Wyndham Quito airport Review

Very recent hotel with European/US standards (amenities, room size, comfort, service). Shuttle is coming when called at the airport but please train your employees to stop saying the shuttle runs all the time when we ask for the departures early morning. It happened to me twice this week when I get told I just show up at checkout and the shuttle brings me but it s not true. Departures are at 4:30, 5:00, etc. So I needed to take a taxi every time to fit my right schedule. It s 2$ one way so no brainer... but please communicate that. It s frustrating to arrive 4:35 and get told there is a schedule and now 25 minutes wait.

Hotel that is very close to the airport and is very functional for quick trips. The rooms are very comfortable and complete, they offer a wide range of personal hygiene devices. It has a spa with various types of massages, jacuzzi, gym, bar and restaurant. There is a buffet option at lunch. The service is very good. Highly recommended to use it. It is necessary to mention that it is far from the city of Quito, at an hour approximately, depending on the time in which one transits and the traffic.

Excellent service! Every single person is very kind and willing to help you! Room as are spacious and new. Great location for late or early flights.

The very good attention, the small detail was with the price, I arrived from Spain I was very tired for many hours of flight, and as it is the first airport that is when leaving AirPort Mariscal Sucre! I stayed there! Upon arrival ask the price 120 USD per day! I stayed two days to pay I leave with beautiful news that they were 150 USD I was increased 30 dollars more Tax supposedly and as I was not willing to fight with anyone I said nothing! BUT NEVER MORE AT THIS HOTEL FOR ABUSERS! I asked to talk to the Manager but they never talked to me!

Really good hotel. Really confortable and clean. The bedroom is huge and everything works fine. The price is expensive and I would like to have tried the breakfast but my flight is earlier and I had no free time. The people that works there are very polite.

Don t leave many reviews. Great hotel, service and comfort and breakfast all exceeded expectations significantly. Great people!

Good service in general, delicious breakfast with a variety of international, local or vegetarian food options. They have transfer service to the airport and from there it is very easy to transport in public service to the city.

No reservation needed despite its strategic location, great amenities such as sauna/turk bath, and out of this world customer service!

Great location for our layover in Quito. Easy shuttle to/from the airport. Staff provided a rollaway bed late at night which was very much appreciated.

Clean, modern rooms with free bottled water. Very convenient to the airport, with a prompt shuttle. Didn't use the amenities, but the restaurant and workout room looked very nice!

The rooms are beautiful, the recreational amenities are fantastic and the buffet a delight. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. All the amenities and top notch service. Comfortable beds and lovely rooms. The restaurant food and service was only so so - but not bad. We stayed on the executive level and had a wonderful breakfast bar included.

Impressive building design. Taxi driver said it is a black condor. Average overall service. Rooms are nice, but my impression is deep cleaning is needed. Pillows do not smell clean, doors do not fully isolate your room from outside noise, dust and weather. Breakfast buffet is good as well as service. I tried to print my airline ticket at business center and printer did not worked. Fortunately, my airline accepted image ticket so entered with my phone.
Quality in service needs to be enhanced.

The staff service at the door and restaurant is excellent, the people at the counter could improve, they are always a little tired, the breakfast buffet and dinner are spectacular, the rooms are new, very comfortable clean, totally recommended.

The rooms are lovely and modern. The dining room food was just ok. Buffet alright but nothing special. The service at the front desk and catering to peoples' needs was fantastic. Upon arrival., you are given fresh iced tea and cookies. There is a spa on the 3rd floor. In the lobby, you can see your flight details. There are many places to relax in the lobby.

Very expensive and very old facilities. The executive floor is closed at 10 pm and in the mini bar there was an open package of potatoes. There is no balance between cost-benefit

Comfortable hotel, close to the airport, it is good to spend one night. Good breakfast, they offer transfer to and from the airport.

The warmth of its workers and the excellent service impressed me!

Clean rooms, free water. Excellent staff. The massage was only $65 and perfect!
