Flew in late at night to spend the night here before leaving the next morning. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Hot tub, workout room. Great breakfast!

Nice hotel just a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport with flight monitor in reception. Good English spoken and excellent buffet breakfast.

Rooms beautiful with great amenities. Restaurant slow but friendly.

Excellent place, good location for flights in the early morning

this is a great hotel to stay at if you get in late or need to leave early for a flight. it's literally 4 minutes from the quito airport. it is also fairly new. the room was great, friendly staff, and the breakfast was awesome and included with your stay!

Very friendly, super clean, free airport shuttle is less than a minute from terminal. Restaurant is tasty and offers a nice variety of foods. Highly recommend!

Very nice, nice, modern and comfortable. A great hotel for those who go to Quito for work but maybe to be located at the side of the airport, for those who go there for tourism can be inconvenient. The city and the center of Quito are around 40km and 40 minutes by taxi. However in general it is a beautiful hotel very comfortable and with excellent breakfast. Good price for what it offers and excellent restaurant.

After a day of travel, nothing, how to get to the hotel and rest. Well, at wyngham Quito airport it is possible. Just 2 minutes from the international airport, a delicious bed and delicious dishes await you to pamper your palate. Transportation to the city and all the facilities. Super recommended.

Excellent hotel and very good option for express trips or quick business in Quito to return to the airport. The buffet is very complete at any time.

Front desk guy very impolite. The rest of the personal is very nice and attentive. Manager at the front desk should be removed to other position since the first impression is not the best.

Very nice, modern hotel just a short taxi ride from the airport. There is a free shuttle the arrives every 30 minutes, but we landed at 1:00 am and wanted to get to the hotel fast. The customer service was top notch. The Room was spacious and nicely appointed. I loved the shower.

A very nice hotel, impeccable facilities and very friendly staff

Perfect location for super-early flights, or late-arriving flights. Quito city is about 45 minutes (without traffic) from the airport. Rooms were slightly dark. Bathroom was large and clean. We ordered room service, and food was good and arrived on time.

They gave us a pre-packaged sack ham-and-cheese breakfast because our flight was at 5 am. Free shared shuttle from airport. (Hotel is at airport, but not walkable from terminal). Our stay was pre-COVID

Awesome hotel! Rooms were as close to perfect as possible.

Shuttle is not reliable, but once you get to hotel it is very nice and relaxing. But seriously, from time I called to time I checked in was an hour. Sad hour hotel you can almost see from the airport.

Nice hotel ! Room is huge and clean, bed is confortable. Recommend it if you have a flight from Quito. It takes 5 minutes to go to the airport with their free shuttles.

I stayed a couple of nights at this hotel. The service was excellent and perfect for meetings or being close to the airport. The 4th floor is suitable for business people, including a buffet, coffee station and drinks. The disadvantage is that it is far away, but you can get additional services in the shopping center next to the airport, you can go one in the hotel shuttle.

Clean, fair fare, allowed for early check in, perfect room size

Solid stop before or after the airport. Easy shuttles every half hour to the airport and good breakfast with comfortable beds.

The hotel is very conveniently located about a few minutes drive from the airport (UIO). The shuttle is right outside the airport (it's a small airport) to the right as soon as you walk outside of the airport door. It's clearly marked, stops every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. There is also a hotel staff nearby to confirm your taking the shuttle. No appointment/reservation is needed. Although it's a short drive away but the hotel is not where it can be walked to. The room is faily good sized. The hotel lobby is large, with large seating areas. The restaurant is also on the first floor, with spectacular views of the Andean's mountain. The breakfast items are plenty but not to my tastes. I actually was a bit disappointed with their breakfast items.
Expensive hotel I think. The price ($170 for 3 people) is what you will pay at an equivalent U.S. hotel near the airport; but in Ecuador I expect less. If you are layover in Quito and not planning to go anywhere in the mainland, this hotel is the most convenient, and it's most like a hotel you will expect in the U.S.

Updated December 2017: The hotel manager is very nice and care about the hotel, and he wants to know what I like for breakfast (see comments below). I think I would like some American bacon, breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, English muffins, cheese spread, etc, like what I would eat in a high end hotel in America. Thank you.

I stayed in this hotel recently and when I checked-out they told me I would receive the invoice about my stay in my email.

I did not receive the invoice yet and this situation is causing me a problem in my company because after any trip I have to give them any invoice about my travel expenses.

I already asked the hotel for this invoice twice (by writting in its website), but did not receive anything yet.

Check in incoordination in accommodation cancellation. Electronic card room was not configured, we could not enter the room, we had to ask for another

Conveniently located in front of Quito International Airport with complimentary shuttle service. Cons: the hotel doesn't have heating in rooms so be prepared to experience the cold nights of a mountain city. Also rooms are pretty noisy. You can hear every car that runs through the front road. Architecture of the building is defective there. And around 1 to 4 AM you can sense faulty odors in the area. Like a sewage plant or similar. In sum, not a good rest but enough for an overnight stay to catch an early flight.

The customer service is awesome very kindly people.

Upscale hotel near the airport. Excellent if you are returning to airport. It is 30 to 50 Mon from town depending on traffic. We stayed on the concierge floor. The food was wonderful.
