Excellent service, breakfast is very good with several options, the room service is varied although a little expensive, it has no pool, the gym is basic, it is not recommended for long stays.

From the cordiality of its employees to the quality of its food. Everything is excellent, without a doubt the best hotel near the airport. The view from the rooms to the starry sky is unique.

what an absolutely wonderful surprise this hotel was. Clean, modern, excellent service, excellent food. The room was huge, and roomy. Great shower, awesome bed. Great AC. A view from our room of Cotopaxi!

No need to go all the way into Quito for a good hotel. Check-in efficient, friendly and helpful. Spacious room and restaurant good for an airport hotel. Service there just ok, but it was fairly busy. Shuttle prompt for an early morning flight. Would definitely recommend. One note. Rooms only have ac but hotel provide space heaters on request.

If you are arriving in Quito on a late flight, you will appreciate this location. You'll find a free shuttle waiting after clearing customs and you're then just a few minutes from your quiet room.

After enjoying breakfast, you'll be ready for your next adventure. Downtown Quito is about an hour away. You can request an Uber-X or take the hotel's car service into the city.

Some flaws in transport from the airport to the hotel

My husband and I stayed there on March 20 because our airline decided to change our flight (that is another story). The hotel is located about 2 minutes from the airport, they have airport shuttle. We were placed on the 4th Floor, executive floor I think it was called where they have free breakfast until 10 am and tea and coffee all day. Everybody we run into were very nice, friendly, professional; from the Front Desk Agents, Bellman, Shuttle driver on our way back to the airport, the breakfast team, Room Service, Business Center, I don't want to miss anybody. The room was perfect, nice amenities, all you need. They used my name at every turn, they are doing a good job with their customer service training. Thank you guys.

Everything is fine in general. They could be clearer in the benefits and restrictions given by the type of room that corresponds. They could have a fun room for guest entertainment.

The extremely friendly staff, the spectacular facilities, the receptionist Jessael helped me with a problem I had with the booking and I was able to have a good time with my family!

I went to the New Year celebration, the atmosphere is very good, good entertainers and good service, although the food could certainly be better.

Very nice airport hotel. The shuttle is convenient and it's a short ride. The staff are lovely - welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable. The airport and road noise are, surprisingly, not too bad.

We were disappointed with food services at your Quito Airport hotel. Upon arrival in the evening we wanted to have just a drink and a light snack. The only option available for us was to go to the restaurant which was primarily geared to guests ordering a main meal - the buffet. The service was slow and the options for a glass of wine and a snack were very poor and expensive. Next morning for a cup of coffee in the lobby for the shuttle no milk was provided and when we asked for some we were made to feel that this was an exception. We were provided with some milk powder for our coffee. A few snacks in the morning with coffee would be a nice added touch as not everyone has time before an early morning flight for a big buffet breakfast.

Great hotel for an overnight stay for a connection flight, or if you plan to visit other places rather than Quito, and stay the first night. Also, great for those who work close o in relation to airport activities. Its a new, full service hotel.

It's pretty cool. One curious thing air conditioner on all rooms,average temperature 13 degrees Celsius. Why the Acs?

Good location but no shop on premises and the room has an empty refrigerator so you have to call to call room service for a soda.

We have been traveling through South America for three months, with one month in Ecuador. The service and quality of our stay at this Wyndham was the best we had in Ecuador. We chose the location as we came back through Quito airport for an overnight. It is remarkably quiet for an airport hotel with interesting architecture of sound deflection construction. We did not wake once due to airport noise.
The staff was accommodating for all requests and the Club level upgrade is highly recommended. The staff there, specifically s very nice person from Otavalo named Myra, was always paying attention to details for food and cleanup. If your traveling through Quito and want to avoid the 45 minute transfers, in and out of the city, this is perfect option.

Delicious food and a good rest

My wife and I stayed here with a group of 14 friends on our way to the Galapagos islands. We stayed two nights. Everybody was great. No issues whatsoever. The rooms and lavatories were very clean. Would stay here again anytime.

It's a nice place, perfect if you have a long conecting flight. The gym is very good. And the cupcakes that give in the room is delicious. Make sure that you put the alarm correctly because the alarm service is not very accurate.

This ranks up there with my all-time worst hotel experiences. Room so cold you could hang meat in it. Slept in my clothes. A straight down shower? Really? What if I don't want to shampoo my hair? Never again!

Great hospitality, communication and systems maintenance is desperately needed on your reservation and transaction information. Now, they recently opened, let's see how they improve overtime.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and close to airport with frequent shuttles. I highly recommend this hotel! Complimentary refreshments in the spacious lobby and free luggage storage even after check out!
