Great place to stay anytime, but especially now because of the pandemic restrictions.

Excellence in service and facilities. No complaints.

Nice design, shuttles available every half hour, 24 hours. The club level has free food and drinks.

Comfortable, quiet, and it has delicious food. The staff are helpful and considerate. There also seems to be quite a lot more of them than I've seen in other hotels. I will definitely stay there again!

This is an airport or transit hotel and it fulfils its function very well. I arrived late at night from New York in Quito and was luckily booked into the Wyndham Hotel, which is only a few minutes away from the arrival terminal in the airport grounds. As I was departing the next day, this seemed like a sensible choice. I was en route to the Galapagos Islands the following day. It turned out that some of the other people travelling to the Galapagos Islands had been booked into hotels in Quito, that was a mistake as Quito is quite a long drive and not much fun late at night after a long flight with an early start.

I did not have the opportunity to have a look at the facilities of this hotel. However, it is modern, the facilities of a good standard and breakfast were excellent in a light-filled Scandinavian feel dining room.
If you are heading to the Galapagos, and you have to transit in Quito, then I strongly recommend the Wyndham Hotel.

A place difficult to forget: distinction, class, attention, impeccable facilities and care of it. I have felt as if I were a queen or first lady of some country.
When you ask for my opinion on this, I feel very satisfied to do my duty by having said an open secret "Hotel Wyndham is a beauty".
You will see their rooms, gym, spa, cafeteria, etc., the attention of the staff ......... spectacular ......
I have fallen in love ..... My check out is not yet given and I want to return ..... as the song of ancient times says: I will return, I will return .....

Very convenient, clean, comfortable. Bathroom lighting is quite dim.

They want $40 for early check-in even though it was almost empty. BTW, don't take the private taxis around outside the hotel. They don't always know where they are going. Instead, go back to the airport terminal and take the official taxis from there. More inconvenient but you won't get lost or ripped off.

The hotel is great, excellent service the staff treats you as if they had known each other for a long time, you feel at home you will not feel alone, many attentions. From the food I can tell you that it is excellent variety, mix of the coast with the mountains, you have ceviche at all times, as well as good cuts of meat. The rooms very comfortable and cozy, does not make much noise even being close to the airport. The 4th floor is spectacular I recommend it there you have many amenities included unlike other hotels that offer executive floor, I can tell you that this is one of the best I have visited, I assure you that you will not regret it.

Very good attention, excellent to rest and return to travel

We arrived here on 9.04 after a long US flight and had a shuttle service pick us up from the airport. The shuttle attendant that met us at the airport, the bellman that greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage, front desk, housekeeping staff were all so welcoming. Also stayed 9.17 and 9.18 ... departing back to the US ... will update upon our departure.
Note, for my American travelers, the breakfast is not included with your room, not complimentary. We paid $20 each for the breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, fresh juices, oats, nuts, cereals, muffins, omelettes, etc. and other breads and some brunch options. We also dished about $90 or so on the lunch buffet, and a little over $100 for dinner. The food was pretty good but I did not see many options for vegans.

Many guests of this hotel ask to be transferred to the Jimenita wild live reserve, which is very close to the airport, and they want to enjoy the facilities and birds for an afternoon one day, or when they can for a longer time.

The room's maximum lighting was so dim that I had to use a flashlight several times to do things like see the slots in an electric outlet.

Had a corporate event here. Nice space and very elegant feel at the lobby and overall all the hotel.
Staff was friendly and my group and I were approached to review the service , which shows they really care.
Only dislike was the entree and main course. Tasted kind of old and our dishes were cold by the time they served us. Dessert was delicious though.

Wonderful hotel and one of the best I stayed at during my trip to Ecuador. The hotel has every in-room amenity you could want: iron with full size board, coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, table & chairs, comfortable bedding, large bathroom with large shower, full vanity, hair dryer with difuser!, makeup mirror, washcloths, and more! Erika at the Front Desk did our check-in and was so helpful and really the entire staff couldn't have been more friendly! The restaurant is open late (until 10:30P) and offered a la carte from the menu or a buffet that had some of the best food I experienced while in Ecuador! Plus they have a Spa (open until 11P) with very reasonable prices (massages start at $60). I would highly recommend this hotel !!

All the amenities you want near the airport, just 5 minutes away and with free shuttle service. The spacious and super nice rooms have the necessary elements. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy a massage area, jacuzzi and other options. Gym available and the attention is luxury

The hotel closest to the Quito airport, but not close to any shopping center. It has a large meeting area and excellent restaurant.

Without a doubt now my favorite when I arrive in Quito, the attention is first class, mainly restaurant ... It is another level and I visit many hotels ... Congratulations.

Bad experience. Because of cancelation of ticket, I had to stay in this hotel 4 days. Company pay whole meals, but service is really bad. Price is so high, and I get some daily menu, and if I want some from menu they charge me extra. They organize some new year dinner, and I don't have a space to eat there and have to wait, what si really disappointed. Than for breakfast same situation. Same day for the dinner, they serve me some biftek what they serve day before for new year, and was really bad. So, obviously they make differences of the guests which is unprofessional totally.
From my part, never more in this hotel, and 4 stars maybe in the dreams.
