Outside of the city. Nice and brand new. Good customer service. Car rentals are a rip-off but I guess that's the same at any airport!

I really liked the food, the attention and the rooms. The spa is excellent.

Wonderful hotel ..., and the breakfast is fantastic!

Our experience here was absolutely stellar. We ll certainly plan to stay here anytime we have to fly on or out of Quito. Comfortable rooms, spacious and comfortable lounge and dining areas and excellent food, reasonably priced.

Good hotel next to Quito airport. I had a very bad experience with the shuttle service offered from the hotel parking lot to the airport.

Located at close to the airport. Keep in mind that new airport is about one hour drive to the city. They have a shuttle to the city for $ 7.99; also regular bus routes that departure to Rio coca, Carcelen & Quitumbe.

The shuttle to the airport run 24 hrs, every 30 min on the hour.

Fast checking and friendly personal. At your arrival they have set up a little table with tea, ice tea, hot water with local snacks ( tostados & nuts ) in the lobby, you can try a " canelazo". Rooms and good size and clean. The property is well maintain and upscale.

The hotel have a well equiped gym. Both dry & steam sauna plus a jacuzzi. There is a SPA too.

The hotel is 4 story high with and modern architecture reseambling an airplane wing.

The restaruant that lets you order a la carte or buffet.

All very well except in transfer aerop-hotel-aerop ... unpredictable ...

Luxury hotel, easy access, very comfortable and pleasant, ideal for those arriving at the Quito airport, with attentive and helpful employees.

Beautiful building design and modern amenities and rooms. The check in staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are generous sizes and very clean and modern. The restaurant has many options and was open until 2 AM. My only concern with the restaurant is the prices are too high. For example, $4 for a coke is a little on the crazy side. There is also a pool and spa, which I did not get an opportunity to check out. The location is perfect for travelers headed to the airport. They include a shuttle service with the stay. It is about 5 minutes to the airport.

Very well. The service is excellent, the rooms spacious and comfortable.
They have a free shuttle to the airport every half hour.
The wifi is correct.
The price to eat is expensive but good

Great room. Extremely friendly staff. Shuttle is convenient though it was a bit small for the demand when we stayed there (just a minivan). TV didn't work. Overall a very comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are just transiting through Quito or if you are arriving late and don't want to ride into town.

This was a beautiful hotel close to the airport. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. A little pricey especially for Ecuador, but we'll worth the price.

Very good concept but in my opinion, the geographical location does not help for your level of occupation.

Very modern Airport hotel. It has some problems with hot water, it can take up to five minutes to get some hot water to come out of the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast starts too late for early flights, but they offer you a tiny breakfast box

Good hotel, especially for tourists with night and flight the next day.

Modern and nice place for convenient over-night stay for interconnection flights. Off-boarding from international flight, baggage claim, and transport to hotel took us approx. 30 minutes.

A place to explore but has no infrastructure for tourists of food and catering within the minimum international standards

Arrival and departure was very easy with an on time, safe and spacious shuttle. The staff was friendly. Rooms clean and well equipped. They provided us with a very clean and safe playpen for our baby. The breakfast is amazing. location is unbeatable is you need an airport stay in Quito.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PARKING PARK FOR THE AIRPORT, THEY CHARGED 5 DOLLARS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, EVEN AN OCCASION HELPED ME WHEN I STAY WITHOUT A BATTERY IN THE CAR

A luxury hotel and a quality of service is incredible. The staff is very attentive and highly trained. I recommend this hotel either for a meal one night. I'll be back very soon for sure.
