The hotel is nice, but the staff is very rough. Everything is repeated, there is no variety of food, and the evening program is useless. We are in Turkey and there is no Turkish evening. Reception assistants were not helpful. They're not friendly. The customer welcoming shapes were poor. The first night in our room was a bat. 1-year-old boy sleeping in our lap at midnight, stalled for 2 hours. They said no other room we wanted. When we wanted to talk to the last manager, a top quality room was arranged. It's been hard for them two days to get a baby bed. We had to lay it between us. A variety of dishes but not tasty. In general, chicken, turkey, fish meatballs are served on the grill. This is my last day (in my 6-day stay for 5 nights) I did not have the chance to eat red meat.
I think the meals are delayed and generally the same products are served at meals. But I cannot deny this too much. But there are flavors that are not very suitable for Turkish taste and cold appetizers. We generally fed on snacks and went to the restaurant to ask if we could eat properly, but the result was always disappointing.

Small-scale electrical fire broke out, the rooms were evacuated against the danger.We took our baby in panic while we were asleep, we did not enter the room for 1 hour (for precautionary purposes) and after that, we did not come to the room for about 1 hour. It is now my 3rd day at the hotel. I saw some bad comments on my way here. There was doubt in me. But all the bad comments I see are wrong. When entering the restaurant during the pandemic period, your temperature is measured with a thermal camera. The mask is being distributed. Food is terrific. Both red meat and poultry are always present at every meal. There are not many lines as there are grills in several places. Begenmezsen is available in snack bars from pita to crispy chicken. If you don't like it, you can eat a la carte style food at the other snack bar. So only bird's milk is missing. Employees do their best to please very respectful people. There is a lifeguard at the beginning of each pool. The sea is sand and does not deepen in an instant. There are bars everywhere, you don't wait in line for hours for drinks. Their drinks are of good quality. There are all brands of drinks. Yeni, Tekirda and many more. I didn't like a single beer. Maybe it's because it's icy. My kids can't get enough of having fun. Beco, serkan, olcay and ibrahim from the animation team are very good. Both in the sea and in the pools. There is live music in the evenings. In short, I can say this is the best of the hotels I have visited so far.

Wasnt informed of sauna and spa at Kremelin but stumbled across it on last day. We would of used these facilities had we known. However would definitely recommend both these hotels ....linda edmenson

We were very pleased with everything, the room cleaning food, the staff, the evening organizations, the cleaning was a great hotel with everything, it was a great choice for families with children.By the way, all the precautions for covit 19 were taken very well and we were very comfortable in this regard.

Great luxury hotel. All staff are helpful and most of them can speak in Russian and English. Huge schedule of entertainment and activities for any taste for adults and kids. Big pools, a lot of bars and snack restaurants that are open during the day, so if you miss your meal at the main restaurant you not gonna stay hungry. The staff are brilliant, highly recommend Ali, Alina in the restaurant. The patisserie is a little gem. Konstantin from the reception found for us a great room. The hotel is working by system ultra all inclusive (UAI).

We are currently on holiday. The green area of the hotel is very nice, the pools are great and you are comfortable in the swim, the sea sand beach is adequate. There are many varieties of food (in other reviews, only turkey and chicken are served, each meal in red meat). The flavor was fine as compared to other hotels. It's not a very messy hotel. And the number of bars in the sea, you can easily reach the drinks in the pool. The worst of the hotel as well as the first one is that the rooms are old, but most of the hotel staff except for the event of the room are Kyrgyz and they are just empty empty. Well i must say this is by a country mile one of the best hotels we as a family of a 12 and 15 year old teens and parents stayed at. This has everything to a high standard,the food is amazing which cater for everyone the hotel staff are amazing and all so friendly and helpfull everything is what you expect from a top quality complex we are here at the moment in a beautifull room 2110 and have another glorious 6 days left its all i can say is disreguard any bad reviews and come to this fantastic place

It's a complete family hotel .. We were there in the middle of July. Everything was as it should be. Animation and entertainment were sufficient. Room sizes were adequate and clean enough for families with children. Staff friendly, concerned and problem solving. The food was good, the pools and the sea were very nice and clean. I highly recommend it for families.

The hotel is very nice, the animations are great (Thanks to Beco evening from the animation) The food is very good and quite nice. My favorite place was the pier built into the sea. If you want, you can swim in the sea without dealing with sand. Full score from me :)

We did a lot of research and scanned the hotels. Lastly, we decided on this hotel. We were very pleased with my wife. They have thought of everything, you are just looking at your fun. The only problem is the sunbed the rest was not a problem hygienic tense room cleaning is done. Fever is measured every meal entrance. Pretty good. Animation is very fun, Ibrahim and DJ work, writer, works fine. There are quality drinks in the bars.
