NOTE: If you are in a short day, prefer this hotel and don't be disgraced with your money, so to speak.

The hotel is overcrowded and its capacity absolutely cannot handle such a influx of guests! Everything is then reflected in the quality (especially the food and behavior of employees). Only an animation team will highlight your stay here, to which I have no reproach at all :) If the hotel is without animations, it is one big bad. However, I can't forget the beautifully renovated rooms (where not everything works as it should).

Food & Restaurant: At first glance, the main restaurant feels that you can't even taste so much food in your life. A closer look reveals that everything is repeating itself. The food is full of semi-finished products, the meat is dried, tasteless, all oiled with oil. It never happened to me in my life in the hotel that I had to spit out every meal because it couldn't be swallowed. (But 100 people, 100 tastes). The afternoon snack is poor (unchanged throughout the stay) and the late dinner / early breakfast is incredibly sloppy and poorer than the snack. At dinner, the time for food is only 2 hours !!! With such a broken hotel, it becomes an unpleasant zigzag, people bump into each other, plates fall, food disappears quickly and there is nowhere to sit at all !!! The employees absolutely do not catch up with debaras, table settings and not to distribute water and other drinks at all. And as you could see, the dishwasher can't catch up either, because the plates, cutlery, glasses = dirty !!! Even though there is a clear sign in front of the restaurant = no prams = a lot of guests do not respect this and the carriages are blocked by the aisles. The chefs have no idea about the allergens in the food at all, one says it and the other does it, and in the final the third refutes everything. As a allergy to milk, it was a serious problem for me. Even though they have made a small corner with vegan food, I also found an egg here, so I don't know how to believe it.

Room: Beautiful modern room. Unfortunately, the exhaust in the bathroom did not work for us, the safe went crazy and the air conditioning could not be set (centrally controlled). The door to the balcony is not so tight that everything was happening by the pool. Through the front door you can hear everything from the hallway, including the crackling of the door. When the next room flushed or turned on the water, everything was also audible. In the bathroom you will find a hair dryer, washcloths, brushes, sticks, paste, razors, tampons, lots of soaps :)

Hotel complex: It seemed clean to me, but as I mentioned, the hotel is crowded with people, so the staff does not manage to take glasses and other utensils from the pool or the beach. Around the pool and the beach are hotel photographers who offer a "professional" photo for 8 euros. I do not recommend taking pictures of Romeo (a boy with curly hair) - very arrogant, invents prices according to himself, will not let the photos look at you and in the final you almost I'm sorry we didn't take pictures of his colleagues, with whom other people had no problem at all.

Animation team: Almost everything takes place around the pool. Rich program for both children and adults. During the day there are several sports activities (fly yoga, pilates, football, sea gym, etc.). Beach: On the beach we recommend to visit the stand with Water Sports and go on a trip with a red boat "Ferrari" to the waterfalls and caves. You will see everything they promise and the trip is absolutely unforgettable! :) The price is around 30 - 50 euros / person, it depends on how you make it :) Ask Mr. Ozan, because at the stand other people offer their trips, which are not so convenient 100x cheaper than the delegate, who offers the same trip (another boat) 100% more expensive :) What concerns the beach as such, you will find drinks, showers everywhere, and who would be hurt to go to the sea over the rocks can use the pier, from which you can jump and climb the stairs :) The sea was cloudy, but 2 days from our stay we experienced it completely transparent.

It was our first time at the Swandor hotel and it is fine and super. There is a fast reception and tennis rooms. Restaurant meals are superb. Alcohol is available throughout the hotel. Food. Diverse and for every taste, you can always eat, even at night. Everything is always fresh and smells delicious! There is a restaurant on the beach where you can grab a bite to eat when the main restaurant is closed. Children can be fed in the kids 'club, just like in a kids' restaurant.
Children's club. Was our child's favorite place. Lots of animators speaking different languages. And the animators really watch the kids and keep them entertained. You can leave the child for a while and not worry (but only over 4 years old). Children's disco every day, absolutely safe indoor and outdoor playgrounds.
Adult animation. It was always interesting and varied, every day there were programs in the amphitheater and on the stage at the bars.
Bars. It was not possible to count their number. Bartenders can prepare any cocktail, imported alcohol, beer flows like a river. The non-alcoholic cocktails are delicious too.
Spa. This place is amazing. For $ 50 you will be given a peeling and massage, unrealistically relaxing! I left there rested and relaxed.

For the first holiday in Turkey - a great place, introduces the culture. It is important to note that WOW (World of Wanders) is a chain of hotels, next to Topkapi there is WOW KREMLIN PALACE, the Kremlin is one to one! And this is a huge plus - each guest has access to the territory and entertainment of the neighboring hotel (now you are in Turkey, and in a couple of minutes - in Russia!).
About the territory of two hotels at once: it is huge, clean, incredibly beautiful, cozy and well-groomed, there are palm trees in Topkapi, and deciduous trees prevail in the Kremlin. Everything is done wisely, a lot of people are involved in maintaining order, there is a wonderful park area for walking, a very cozy place with hammocks by the sea, many flowers. Along the main alley there are bars, restaurants, snack bars, shops.
Pool: large and clean, there is enough space for everyone, it is really spacious, the water does not stink. There are slides, not very high, fun even for adults, but in the Kremlin, in my opinion, higher and newer.
There were always enough sun loungers for everyone (the month of May), you get towels according to the card, during the day you can change to dry.
There is also a small relaxation pool.
Beach: sandy, clean, there are soft pillows and umbrellas on the pier, the depth is also indicated there. At the entrance-exit, there are changing rooms, shower.
There are several buildings on the territory, there are elevators.
Number: it is clear that it is not new. Saves the style of the palace, does not require modern furniture. Nevertheless, the beds are comfortable, the linens were changed every other day, the towels were changed every day, the cleaning was also every day, always clean. There is a TV, air conditioning, kettle. The balcony is spacious enough, there is a small dryer. I didn't like that there are no sockets by the bed, but these are little things.
Food: fabulous! They cooked a lot, tasty, always very presentable served, the restaurant itself is spacious and clean, the tablecloths are snow-white, there are no questions about the dishes either. The assortment is sooooo wide, especially vegetables, fruits and, of course, desserts! Grilled meat and vegetables were cooked on the terrace - divine! All products are fresh, there were no health problems.
I would also like to write about water. I really liked that there is a lot of it everywhere: in a restaurant, in bars, by the pool, on the beach, on the territory.
Disadvantages:
1. Internet. The biggest disadvantage for a hotel of this level, which receives thousands of guests. No good internet access at all, tolerable internet in the lobby, main restaurant and by the pool. In the room - 7 euros / day and it is not at all a fact that it will work at least normally.
2. Not knowing English. Having seen the number of Russian tourists, I was sure that all the staff spoke Russian fluently, it turned out that they only knew the names of alcohol! English - not at all. Only a couple of guys by the pool teaching diving. In bars, restaurants, cleaning ladies - no, only Turkish.
Overall, the stay and the hotel left a good impression. I would go back despite a couple of flaws. Loved the Turkish hammam at the hotel and the ice cream;) so I recommend it!

It is a wonderful facility, especially with your family. NEGATIVE ASPECTS
The hotel's customer concept consists of 80% Russian and the rest Turkish, British and Arabs. Hotel staff's only job is to please the Russians. The hotel management is already in this mind. Although I told 3 waiters separately, I waited for an order for 1 hour and got up and bought it myself. It is nothing but to be treated like a foreigner in my own country.
Rooms must go through old revision. No one speaks Turkish in the kids club, but no one is interested in your child. They all speak russian. Snacks are constantly the same chicken and the like. Pancake vs bad. The staff at the bar are well-intentioned but not enough.
POSITIVE ASPECTS
Rooms are cleaned regularly. In general, as long as the food was good, seafood turned out to be red meat. There are night parties on Tuesday and Thursday. Apart from whiskey and some branded wine, generally known products are offered in terms of spirits.

Nice staff. Food not what i had imagined but holiday was shadowed by Thomas Cook collapsing while we were waiting for our flights. Paid for new flights as the hotel told us the hotel had been paid only to discover on our arrival it hadn't. Hotel charged us again at a higher rate which was frustrating as we had a 2 year old with us and had been up fo36 hours by then

We were last year at wow hotels & kremlin resort and we liked it very much in terms of atmosphere, meal, amenities, entertainment and entertainment program.
