5 star hotel with all inclusive meals. I liked the way they were fed. There is a club for children, to which children go with pleasure. The staff speaks many languages, but not all. Most of the tourists are from Russia and Ukraine.

Staff generally friendly. The rooms are clean. Events are good. The sea is sand and clean. The pool is clean and chlorine does not bother you much. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on 12th July. We got our room without waiting around 09:30 in the morning. rooms are large and spacious. Our room had a double bed, a single bed and a corner sofa. The cleanliness of the hotel is sparkling everywhere. All of the employees are very polite and smiling. When you work somewhere in every hotel, you come across a staff of five inches with unhappy faces, but there isn't even one person here. There are many virus-related measures, free masks are provided. There are thermal cameras at the restaurant entrances and the tables are disinfected after each visitor. During the food purchases, the staff distributes in all open buffets, which is very good. The beach is fine sand and without waves. The hotel area is very large, so it is perfect for those who want a comfortable and quiet holiday. Pool pilage rooms, corridors etc. You can be sure that you will not have a full holiday anywhere. An extra section has been made even for those who want to leave the hotel late and the facilities here are also quite adequate and again sparkling.

On our first arrival, we came from England as two families at 2 in the morning.
They were given the old uncleaned rooms and they showed 4 rooms in 2 hours and they all had the same problem and the next day they fixed their bugs and everything went perfectly. We gave 10 out of 10 as two families.
The meals were in the setting of a 5-star hotel.They offered all world cuisines as an option A la carte restaurant was beautiful (fish restaurant)

3 times, others stole our sun beds with our towels, we were forced to sit down and discuss with others. We fought with the people because the hotel was completely focused on making money and ignored the health of the people and filled the hotel without complying with the certificate they received.

We came to the hotel for holiday for 4 days on 08.07.2020. After a short processing time, we were placed in our room with our suitcases. Disinfectants are placed in the entire area of the hotel at short intervals. The rooms and everywhere in the hotel are immaculate. The mask is distributed at the restaurants' entrances and the staff is like a bee. We listened and watched beautiful concerts in the evening. Disco's sound system is great and DJ is successful. We congratulate Topkap Palace Swandor Hotel management and staff, and wish them continued success, with successful food and beverage varieties.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, clean and well renovated. Delicious and varied food in the main restaurant. Clean beach with very convenient entry to the sea. First part of our experience was not too impressive. We flew from Istanbul new airport to Antalya. Taxi ride from Istanbul to airport costs about 150 TL. Istanbul airport is very high tech and everything is self service including baggage check in.
Taxi ride from Antalya airport to Topkapi Palace was 75 TL by taxi meter. A lady with Turkish costume was at the palace entrance at a table with champagne and other juices to greet arriving guests. But she was preoccupied with talking to other employees and cared less about greeting guests and offering drinks. Check in was quick and easy and we got a room for four which was two stories. A double bed downstairs and two singles upstairs. We unpacked and turned on the air conditioner. After a while noticed that the upstairs AC was not cooling. I called the front desk and they transferred me to guest relations who said they will send maintenance. After lunch we got back and the maintenance people said they had to get AC experts. So we went back to front desk and they gave us keys to two rooms in different buildings to check. AC in one of them did not work at all. But the other one was ok although the temperature never went below 22C even over night after we moved our stuff to the new room. By the time we were done moving, beach time was over.
Next day I noticed two identical charges on my credit card done by mistake or deliberately by a merchant in Istanbul. So, I needed a computer to log in and dispute one of the charges. I asked the guest relations if they have a desktop computer I could use. This is available in even the smallest hotel in the US. But not here. Eventually they were kind and took me to a small room upstairs of the lobby. After trying for half an hour I wasn't able to log in because their keyboards were in Turkish and my banks website would not recognize my password. I eventually quit and called the bank using Viber out call. The resort manager who provided his computer was very kind and helpful nevertheless.
Food is not impressive either. The main buffett restaurant is large with lots of food. But below average quality. The salads and desserts are much better than hot foods which are limited in variety and are plain in taste. Breakfast was OK too and better quality than lunch or dinner. Of course you get what you pay for. I cannot compare this place with Riu Palace in Mexico which is four times as much in price. Last night the live band was good and entertaining. Majority of guests here are Russian and therefore the resort is geared towards entertaining Russians. Trump would feel right at home here. I will continue my report as days pass.
