Reception assistants were not helpful. They're not friendly. The customer welcoming shapes were poor. The first night in our room was a bat. 1-year-old boy sleeping in our lap at midnight, stalled for 2 hours. They said no other room we wanted. When we wanted to talk to the last manager, a top quality room was arranged. It's been hard for them two days to get a baby bed. We had to lay it between us. A variety of dishes but not tasty. The soups do not always come out of the same kind of soup to feed the same children.
