On the 2nd day of our holiday dated 7 -13 August, I wanted to see everything and be sure and write, we seem to have fallen into the beehive since the moment we entered the door, everything works in a certain order without a hitch.A facility where mothers with young babies can say that I have fully rested. Everything was perfect. The room we stayed in was very clean and we asked the staff if you would do daily cleaning and they tidy up our room without breaking it. Open buffet meals were varied and very filling. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the finest detail. The working staff are also wonderful and very polite. The pool is very clean but I cannot say the same for the beach but it is tolerable too

Amazing time celebrating a hen week , Hotel is brilliant , clean and comfortable Pools were plenty catering for all from kiddies pool to water park , even had a quiet pool , during our stay we were well looked after by staff who catered our every need especially the Hunter Restaraunt waiting staff Adil & Ibrahim also chef Mutlu . We came here as a last resort due to our first choice being cancelled (Covid ) but will definitely be happy to return.

This is the second time we come here. This is the only hotel in which I wanted to come again. Everyone is happy. Real 5ka. Food, room, sea, pool, cleanliness, everything is super. Nice area, large and well appointed. Animation for every taste.
Concerts, shows and live music in the evenings.
Children's discos, playground, entertainment center. Aquapark.
Bars, restaurants. You can eat almost around the clock. The alcohol is decent.
I am not a connoisseur, but I can say for sure that red and white wine is good.
There are many people with children and many disabled people. Wheelchair ramps are everywhere. Conveniently.
No noise is heard in the rooms.
I recommend. Another convenience is close to the airport. Pegasus is now out of luck through the shops. The road takes 20-25 minutes.

The hotel is nice overall. Personnel concerned. The spa and hamam are great, the staff are also very good. Foods are good. Don't go to Saray Patisserie, there is no line, people are trying to get something by pushing each other. Terrible place! Internet is bad except for the hotel part. Security is not enough in the aquapark, the lower part of the stairs smells musty. The sea is beautiful in the mornings, it is wavy but beautiful in every way. The animation team is very good.

The resort was very good but the animation team helped me a lot this person was(Mensah).The games were very well looked after i would have not asked for more.All the animation team looked after all the guests very well and were very friendly and knew how to look after the people who attended the hotel. Also the food was very nice everyday the food was different which i liked.

We started our holiday today for 11-15 August with the reservation I made from Jolly Tour. First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Ceren from Antalya Jolly Tour Office for her interest. The pandemic measures at the hotel are very good, thermal cameras are active when entering closed areas and the use of masks is emphasized. The hotel is definitely over 50% occupied, but there is no annoying mess crowd. Food is delicious and there are plenty of variety. All the staff working are very kind and smiling, doing their best to help. I have stayed in Rixosta before and it is not much different from there. A hotel that I can prefer next year. I was at the hotel and I had such a great time. Thanks for the animation team including Dj denis, Ibrahim and all ! It was really fun and worth it. The event was awesome, restaurant is great, and the hotel self is beautiful.

We went there this summer and it was the worst holiday for us. The staff was very ignorant and unfriendly they completely ignore you so you have to do everything yourself. The rooms were not nice with dated furniture and need to be refurbished ASAP. Very uncomfortable beds . Will never go back there no more than 3 stars. You have to pay for the wifi. The food was the same every day. The lobby is very small as it is the only place you can get free Wi-fi

This place is good if you are from Russia or some other ex Soviet Union republic! If you are used to people cut lines, rush for food, be loud...Almost nobody speaks English. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Rooms are outdated and dirty. You can t even complain about it because they don t care. You need to bribe or camp at the front desk in order to be helped. All bad reviews are completely true especially if you are coming from developed country.

Good things: there is plenty of food and drinks. Food is really good! Not everything is labeled so if you are not familiar with Turkish dishes you will need to guess.

Hotel is pretty good for kids. Pools, slides, entertainment...

Definitely not 5 star hotel and 5 star hospitality. Hospitality is probably 1 star or even 0.

Hello there. 07.07.2018 entry 12.07.2018 I stayed at the hotel with my family. The rooms were very clean and the rooms are very very old .No only cleaning the bedsheets would not be cleaning. The carpets in the room, the bathroom, the windows, the door handles were like carcasses. .I'm very happy with the sincerity and friendliness of the employees .On the possibility of the hotel is taken too seriously.

Guest Relations Deprtman was very interested in us from the very beginning of our holiday. Especially Ye im Han m and Feride Han m were very interested in us. First of all, my reason for choosing the hotel was its proximity to the airport and its affordable price. We encountered service and quality well above our expectations. Our first time to the hotel, we enjoyed it. the people who used to be very interested were immediately interested in everything we wanted, you can feel this at check-in. Just arrived from a vacation at Swandor Topkapi. Vacationing with children 2 and 7 years old. What can I say: the room is good, but you won't find a sea view, so I was told at the reception. The food is delicious, portions behind the glass and gives the waiter, which is annoying in the queue. Every day the same thing. Imported booze is very rare, a couple of bars throughout the territory are hidden under the table. Nice beach, sand.
Everything would be fine, but on the last day, when we were waiting for the bus in the lobby, a 2-year-old child found other people's pills under the sofa and began to open and eat them! How could hotel staff allow pills to be scattered there? We reacted quickly, took out a few pills from our mouth, but did not know how much he ate, since the blister was empty. We ran to the first-aid post, they called for an ambulance. My wife went to the ambulance, my son and I took a taxi from the hotel, gave $ 20 for a taxi. The hotel could have taken care of this, bearing in mind their fault in this situation. In short, we were hospitalized for a day, lavage and tests. We were late for the plane. I called the travel agent, explained the situation and asked to contact the hotel administrators to cover the costs of living for one more night in Antalya, so that they could find the tickets back. The tour operator from Antalya said that he would call them himself, on the second day he called and said that he and the hotel representative were going to our hospital to make sure that everything was so and talk. In short, the hotel representative expressed his condolences and a speedy recovery, but he will not refund the tickets back to us. I stayed with my family at the hotel. The rooms are very large and convenient. Wi-fi attracts very well from all over the hotel. The staff is friendly. The sea and the beach are beautiful. The children's mini club converted completely now has an open part in the air, inside there are trampolines, balls, children's beds and cribs for the little ones. Own restaurant. Amazing Holiday in Antalya
