Horrible ER experience, no pain meds or exams, just shoo'd out while passing large blood clots. Filed an ice complaint, 2 months later I got a call telling me that yeah, them not doing an exam and not giving any pain meds are not good, buy they followed protocol. And now my primary care Dr is doing her best to figure out what happened. The hospital seems more concerned about my Dr not knowing why the er didn't do their jobs, then them actually not doing their jobs. What backwards thinking is that? My Dr actually cares about her patients unlike Womack.

Recently herniated a disk which caused nerve damage resulting in loss of strength in my right foot and leg. I did not understand the severity of my condition until talking with Dr. Andrew Cleveland and his staff in Orthopedics. I tried a last minute treatment prior to surgery (epidural steroids) which did not work. Dr. Cleveland was adamant to get the surgery done to relieve the pressure off my nerve to lessen the chance of permanent damage. So much so that he performed my scheduled surgery last Monday (17SEP18 with another similar case) during Hurricane Florence. All the staff at the hospital were professional, courteous, and very informative throughout my stay. Pre-op, Anesthesiologists, nurses at 2 North and most of all Dr. Cleveland were spectacular. Was walking around 2 North post surgery. If you have back issues, go see Dr. Cleveland and his staff and listen to his advice. You will not go wrong. Thanks again to all the staff at WOMACK Army Medical Center. Shawn Fairleigh

My 83 year old mother was treated at Womack for anemia, diabetes and an eventual stroke. She was well cared for from the ER (Charles) to the 4th floor staff and we are so very grateful to everyone involved with her care- kudos go out to (to name a few) Lt. Bowman, Lt. Cissna, Lt. Becker, Ms. Alam, Cassandra Diaz, Dr. Van Wyck, Dr. Gauer, Dr. Thompkins and all the remaining staff and dietitians that I did not write down names for before departing (I apologize!). She was treated kindly and respectfully- big shout out to the Occupational and Physical therapists and the Case worker Vilma- just fabulous. Everyone was friendly and approachable. Our family thanks you all so very much!!

Physician spoke so fast I could hardly keep up. He seemed disinterested when I told him my symptoms. At that time I was sleep deprived and wasn't as coherent as I wish I was and explained this. He gave me memorandums that were not filled out completely and I was left in the room for what felt like an eternity. I felt like I had to be a squeaky wheel in order get some medicine. Otherwise, I feel like wouldve left empty handed. Guess you do it so long it becomes routine and less compassionate. I'm giving 3-5 because the rest of the staff compensated for his negligence and were phenomenal.

Very impressed with the staff and my Doctor. Dr. Cleveland did an amazing job conducting cervical Spine surgery fusion of C5 trough C7. Last year I had surgery at Duke Hospital and honestly this hospital is as good as Duke but with a better service. They constantly check on me and ensure that I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Also, the surgery took care of all my pain and symptoms life changing experience.

Dr. Cleveland and his team deserve 10 stars! I recently had C6-7 cervical disc arthroplasty performed by him. Every step of the process was easy and informative. The surgery went amazing. He is truly a skillful surgeon. The anesthesiology team was professional and compassionate. The care I received prior to surgery, in recovery and on 2 North was phenomenal. The nurses at 2 North went beyond expected measures to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks Dr. Cleveland!

This place needs a serious lesson on effectively communicating with the patient regarding a surgery. My wife was told to be here at 7am with her escort..obviously me her husband. So I had to take my kids out of school and bring them with me. No big deal. Yesterday she had to go in for what she was told was her "pre op". So we arrive and 6:45 am and check in. We were told to take a seat. No big deal..at 7:40 am I ask the person at the counter politely when is she going to go in? I was rudely told to go sit back down and wait...with absolutely no information. So I wait another hour. This time I ask what the problem is and why were we told to be here at 7 am and it's almost 9 am. Why did my kids have to miss school for us to sit around? The person at the counter said "they will call her when they are ready" 15 mins later they call her. We were both told the previous day it was only a 30 minute procedure. My wife then texts me and says she can't " check in " till 1300 and then after that she has to wait for the room to open up. I then demand one of the nurses to explain to me why we had to be here at 7am. He then tells me she has to do her pre op and then wait. I told him we were told yesterday that the surgery was to start shortly after 7am. He said that department we were at gave us the wrong information. So now my kids missed a day at school and we are just sitting here all day waiting... This is ridiculous. First off..the civilians that work behind the counter don't have rank..they should not be allowed to talk down to a service member or a service members spouse. I don't care if they are a retired e8 or e9. That attitude that they carry needs to stop...the communication flow of that place shouldn't mirror the poor communication flow that the army has. It severely effects families lives

I am new to the base my son is part of the EFMP due to getting croup he has breathing issues and we end up in the ER a lot. well this time he had a fall so I brought him in to the ER for the first time since we just moved here his nose wouldn't stop bleeding and due to him having breathing issues I thought it would be best to bring him in. well when I got there the place was packed with people. The lady at the desk asked why I was there I told her my son suffers from breathing issues he had a fall on the stairs and his nose is bleeding, I want to have him looked at just in case. She brings me to the registration and they give him his bracelet. I sit down and wait our name doesn't get called for vitals or anything and I ask the person next to me if they have been here a while they say yes.

so I wait some more well I have two of my other kids with me cause my husband is deployed so I get up and ask the lady how long the wait is and will it be a while cause his nose stop bleeding at this point she says honey u are going to be here a long time haven't they taken your vitals? cause I don't even see u on the list. well no they haven't I said she says well yeah u are going to be a while if I were u I would bring him back if he has trouble breathing. So I left because I can't afford to sit there all night with 3 kids who have school the next day. let's just go home he when he has BREATHING isssue when that's what he's on EMFP for but okay. so as I'm walking out a lady tells me she's been there for 5 hours and still hasn't been called. So this experience has me thinking what will happen when my son has an attack he gets croup and can't breath will we have to sit there for 5 hours and possibly stop breathing......so I would say my first experience has not been a good one. This place needs to have a pediatric department for there ER and an Adult ER and turning away people is not how a business should be ran especially EFMP patients.

We've been waiting in the ER going on six hours now. They finally took my spouse in for a closer examination and brought us to a room with no pillow or blanket for her and told her to get in gowns. We then waited for another 30 minutes while I sat and watched the two nurses outside laugh and chat. They finally came in and said, "well why haven't you made an appointment for the issue" obviously, if we're in the ER room we're a little past that and also new to the post making this medical facility the only one with an emergency room open that wasn't 1 hour away. They finally gave my wife a blanket and socks and here we are, again, waiting because they basically said we're not going to be able to help you out for awhile straight to our faces. I would not be surprised if someone actually died here and all I can think about is the SFC that died because of a misdiagnosis for lung cancer..

I don't even want to rate this place one star. If you walked in with a knife inside your hand, prepare to wait until next year is to be seen. If you're a patient person this place will make you impatient by the third hour of waiting. It seems like only one person is working in the back. I can barely breathe and I been here since 2 going on 6 o'clock. This is a terrible ER.

Had a procedure/biopsy done there over a month ago and still haven't received my results despite leaving multiple messages and going into the clinic on TWO separate occasions. How hard is it to get a call back, or have someone come from the back to speak with you? It's hard enough navigating the military healthcare system as it is, much less sitting on pins and needles waiting for important test results...not saying the civilian healthcare system is any better, but is this REALLY the best way to take care of veterans, active duty service members and their dependents?

This has happened multiple times. Very upset and I m 4 months. Still have not been seen by a doctor even though I m having complications.

Worst ER ever. My 1 year old had a gash on the back of her head from a fall. We went to the ER to see if she needed stitches. After 3 hours, people who showed after us were being called back for care. I went to the desk to ask the clerk how much longer we could expect to wait. She said we weren't a priority. I get that people in the ER may have a higher priority for care, but a baby bleeding out the back of the head needs to wait longer than 3 hours?

Some clinics are better than others, but several of the doctors I've interacted with at Womack are misogynists and have downplayed issues I've presented. Even after MRIs proved their theories wrong, they continue to blame me stating that "I'm old" and "sometimes you just have to live with it" even though they've only provided a diagnosis and no actual treatment. It's almost as if they believe they've exhausted all options despite only having two visits and an MRI. It's a really disappointing mentality/attitude to take and it's especially dangerous for women currently serving in the military since you won't actually receive treatment for your injuries. You'll basically find out what's wrong then you'll be told to live with it.

If you need to go to emergency room dont go there. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours before asked why I was there in triage. Waited another 3 before being told I was still 4th on the list. And I wasnt a priority. So if anyone else comes in I'd be moved down on the list. Currently still sitting here havent been seen.

Doctor Cleveland and his team performed a C6-C7 disc replacement surgery on me. From start to finish, Doctor Cleveland was informative, patient, and set realistic expectations for recovery. The procedure went smoothly, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care and attentiveness of the nurses and staff at Womack. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I highly recommend Doctor Cleveland and his team to others.

This last week I ha multiple procedures done by DR. Cleveland. It was beyond clear he cares about his patients. I was checked up on regularly, he answered everything in great detail, and overall had an amazing attitude. The floor 2N staff were just as nice and professional. I have zero complaints what so ever about my time in Womack. I am thankful I have access to this facility and staff.

I had back surgery last month performed by Dr. Andrew Cleveland. I am an AD Soldier and had been suffering from sever pain and numbness down my right side. I was getting little relief from pain management so surgery was my only option. I was Very Skeptical of having this surgery. I m so GRATEFUL for Dr. Cleveland and his nursing staff. I had a great stay after surgery the staff on 4 South was excellent as well!!! Dr. Cleveland did an Excellent job! After surgery my pain was gone. Wish I would ve done it sooner.

The facility is actually pretty good. My biggest complaint is with the ER. At night and on the weekends if you are a Soldier, you HAVE to use this ER instead of hitting up an urgent care. Tricare will bill you otherwise. Their processes are EXTREMELY slow and the staff is rude.

On the same token, my kids were born here and there were no issues.

I have come to the ER at 1543 got registered right away and a few people where in front of me. Everything was going well until i got called to the back. 1st i felt it very unprofessional that the male nurse yelled my 1st & last name out & called 3 people at the same time & pushed one lady in the wheel chair. Getting roomed in a ER is not a group project. We are all there because something is wrong so why would you put us in a uncomfortable position. As a former medical professional i was taught to take HiPPA seriously so we called people by their last name then verfied DOB & 1st name before rooming them. 2nd 1717 is when i got roomed & based of my complaints again as a medical professional i was taught to make your bed rounds. How are you doing? is there anything i can do to make your comfortable? do you need anything? Not one person came to ask me anything or check on me. I had to get my dizzy self up to the walk to the nurses station and ask them how long is it going to be because i am feeling worse & dizzy. & a different make nurse tried to offer me zofran even after i told him i tried that at home & i still can not keep anything in or down. & now im dizzy. He then offered water like he totally did not listen to a word i said . Then he proceeds to tell me well there is 2 people ahead of you so the 3 people that got called at the same time no one made an attempt to see for almost 2 hours. On my little room board it says
7am-7pm
Provider : Robin / Khandi
Nurses : Kay /Abe
Medic : Jesse.

I came back to my room & still no one has come to check on me at all.
I couldve had sone kind of complication & died& they would not even know it before it was too late.

I know they can do better

Terrible customer service, I waited for 4 hrs to been seen for a legitimate problem. People with broken toe nails went back before me. I went in nauseated, fainting (I've hit my head on walls, floors, door knobs. Even fainted in the restroom in the waiting room) and vomiting. No abdominal scans were ordered. NO HEAD SCANS WERE ORDERED. Only got an ekg, 3 viles of blood and some saline. Was there from 1900-0300.

I've had two experiences here, one was for my husband for surgery after a jump accident and the other for childbirth. My husband was taken care of great, mine too. They saved my life and I'd never be able to thank that staff that day enough. It's been 5 years since I have been back but I felt a review is needed.

I had many appointments for neck and back issues that were plaguing me since November of 2017. I have seen four civilian providers to treat my condition. I was given an epidural, physical therapy, NSAIDs and nothing worked. I kept getting rescheduled for follow up appointments until Womack Orthopedics called and said the surgeon is back and I had an appointment on 27 August. The day after my appointment the cervical arthroplasty procedure was completed by Dr. Cleveland. Dr. Cleveland and his staff were professional and compassionate. My brother passed away the day of my surgery. Emotionally I broke down and the staff allowed me to grieve and were genuinely concerned about my well being. I appreciate being treated as a person instead of a Soldier. The surgery I believe was a success. If I had my choice I would use Dr. Cleveland again for my next procedure. I thanked him and the staff at least 20 times before I left.

I have heard many negative stories about Womack but I have never experienced an issue here. We have dealt with the lab, medical records, and the pharmacy on several occasions and have seen a handful of different doctors here. We have always had a pleasant experience and yes, sometimes the wait is long but that's too be expected being that the hospital is located on one of the largest army posts.

For several years, I have struggled with a painful issue dealing with my lower back. Finally, after several consultations with other medical personnel and requesting an updated MRI, Dr. Cleveland quickly reached out to me and setup up an appointment for consultation. During the consultation, Dr. Cleveland thoroughly discussed the findings of the MRI and what his recommendations were moving forward. Dr. Cleveland was not rushed during the consultation and addressed all my concerns ( I finally knew what was causing my pain) and I left the consultation with full confidence in Dr. Cleveland. Surgery was scheduled for a L3-L4 TLIF with decompression procedure and all went well. Post surgery, Dr. Cleveland continues his professionalism and genuine compassion for the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Cleveland and his Orthopedic staff.

Went to see one of the doctors there, Major Ortiz. When he talks to you, he comes off as belittling. Definitely never felt remotely comfortable with him. After my third visit, he told me that his other patients are higher priority and that he places them before me. He never asked me any questions to see what symptoms or issues I am having are, but wonders why he can t figure out what s wrong. My second visit i did only see a tech and he was very knowledgeable and provided me with awesome insight.

I had to go to the ER for an infected wound. I did have a long time to wait (4 hours) but the ED staff knew they were extemely busy and called in extra people to help treat patients. As soon as I was taken back to a room the level of care I received was excellent. The doctors and nurses had great bedside manner and I really felt like they cared. Womack is an excellent facility.

First review I ever write in my life... The worst ...

First review I ever write in my life... The worst hospital I have ever dealt with, and I'm from New York City. The lack of patient care and professionalism is baffling. I've been expressing to them the same concern with my left leg over and over again for MONTHS, and it's like I'm bothering them. Went to the E.R. last night. The first nurse I saw for my vitals was asking me questions, while watching a football game on his computer (I could see it from a mirror) and pretending to record what I'm saying/listening! Then another nurse came in once I was called inside and made me feel as if the reason I was there was not a good one and dismissed everything I was saying! What is patient CARE all about, and why is he in this field??? I told him he was being rude and he got mad at me, at one point saying "this girl in that room has chest pain"... Um what about the reason I was there, like MY LEFT LEG. I tried showing him my leg and he didn't even want to see it! You call for an appointment, it hardly ever goes through, and when it finally does, they schedule an appointment, you get there, they say they can't see you? I could only imagine what type of service there is at the VA HOSPITAL. Two thumbs WAY down!

My husband Brian had laminectomy procedure beginning of Sept and we had excellent treatment pre surgery, hospitalization, post surgery, and great results. The people from pre-op to post-op were fantastic. Exceptional high marks to Major Cleveland, spine surgeon who thoroughly explained everything in details and spent time answering our questions.
He sat with us everyday in hospital to explain what was next plan of action. We are very appreciative of all who took care.of Brian.

Got no showed for an appt I never made for my 22 weeks of being pregnant. Receptionist couldn t understand that I never made it and said there was nothing she could do even though you can reverse the no show in the system they use. I called OBGYN/Midwife three times in one day and got hung up on every time by the receptionist because she picked up then hung up the phone. Had my appt yesterday for my 38 weeks. Was told I would be called to make an appt for next week for my 39 weeks. Got a call from an automated message today saying I have an appt on the 22nd...that I never made, again. The midwifes are terrific, but their receptionists are missing a few brain cells.

I am a supporter of WAMC and use it quite often, but the prescription intake clerk really pissed me off today, my number was called to counter and she was reading her personal book ( something by Kareem Abdul Jabar) and didn't acknowledge me, I had to say excuse me, then she lifted her head up and still was not pleasant. This is the second time with the same clerk, first time she was on a personal call and had people waiting to be checked in. This lady wears a cap, similar to a train hat.... she needs to catch that next train leaving.... very unprofessional!!!

I have had several bad experiences with this hospi...

I have had several bad experiences with this hospital! When hurricane florence had hit several months ago, I went to the ER for help as to why I was bleeding out of my chest. The dr drew blood, took some test and came back saying she has no clue what s wrong with me but in case it could be a infection here s some meds. So after seeing my pcm and battling the symptoms I have progressed from have a pituitary tumor, I went to Womack yesterday to speak to patient advocate about some concerns, and than was sent to the urgent care, where we were not accepted to be seen, as the nurse politely tried to put it as this is a ER case. We checked in the ER where we sat for quite a bit before we were able to get a EKG, X-ray and than finally triaged where the triaged nurse neglected to even put on my barclet I was allergic to medicine.from 2:47p.m until about 6:08 p.m we sat in the waiting room with my 10 month old and 4 year old son. Meanwhile I was running a fever, had the chills, barely could walk or move, and the constant headache that never goes away from my tumor had become so severe I barely could keep my eyes open. Come to find out they neglected to prioritize patients. And after further studies anyone with a tumor that s not benign should be listed as a P1 and should of been moved to the top of the list. But nope we sat in the waiting room where they said they didn t have beds open, meanwhile i counted 14 beds open and Unoccupied from my walk back from getting my X-ray. And than when I asked how much longer it ll take because I am in severe pain and I can t wait any longer I need help ASAP, they said and I quote it ll be another 1-3 hours before we can get to you . So we left because I couldn t take the pain anymore I needed to lay down where my husband tried his very best to comfort me and help me, and where my children can eat and be able to play and not be cooped up in our arms that whole time. So thank you for showing us how our members and of course spouses are treated we defiantly appreciated not being of any concern and will be taken this complaint higher than a review.

Epitome of professionalism. The staff in the All American wing (2 North) were absolutely the most professional staff I ve ever experienced in a hospital. I ve been active duty for almost 23 years.
I recently had spine surgery (total disc replacement) in my neck and stayed approximately 24 hours at Womack. Dr Cleveland, who performed the surgery, , Lt Horuff and Lt Mojica who attended to me afterward were absolutely professional, completely caring and totally on point. I should note that last year I had another surgery on my cervical spine - at Duke in Raleigh- and my experience at Womack far surpassed my experience at Duke. Dr Cleveland explained everything that was happening to me and everything that would happen to me. His skill and expertise are very impressive and it makes me proud of my country and our military to know we have professionals like him among our ranks. My pain level went to zero the moment I woke up from the surgery. Something I had been dealing with for several years. While recovering, the staff absolutely went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of and was being attended to. Even the food served to me (I ate 3 full meals during my recovery) was quality. My wife, who stayed bedside with me for the duration of my stay, even commented on the contrast between our experience at Duke and what we were experiencing at Womack. I cannot thank Womack, Dr Cleveland and his staff enough.

Going here is more of an in-and-out sort of experience. You do get rather good service, but the place is often times filled with people. Waiting to pick up my prescription is an actual pain in the neck.

I'm a military retiree living in Fayetteville. My wife and I have visited WAMC many times, with everything from a heart attack to a broken wrist. We have gotten nothing but the best treatment there. I would rate every experience with WAMC as excellent. As many times as we've been there, we have not a single complaint.

I underwent spinal surgery on 09 July 2019 with Dr Cleveland from the ortho clinic. Out of the numerous surgeries that I have underwent inside of a military hospital, Dr Cleveland and his staff and the surgical staff at Womack has been the best experience I have had. I was treated with a great deal of respect and courtesy, as a patient and not a problem. I would highly recommend this team of professionals for any surgical needs. The command has a great team on board and I hope they can retain them and provide even more to support our military men and women and their families!

For simple in and out walk in to get antibiotics and cough drops, for chest congestion and sore throat. It took a whole 4 hours. Horrible customer service, easily the WORST Ive ever experienced on a Army Installation.

Dr. Cleveland and spine surgery

Dr. Cleveland and spine surgery

I suffered a bad back injury and after xrays did not reveal much I was given an MRI. Turns out I needed spinal decompression and Dr. Cleveland was able to help me get fixed up. From the first time I met him and he described everything that was going on, I knew I was making the right decision with him and his team. Since the operation, the numbness and pain in my leg has subsided greatly. All the nurses and the entire staff treated me as if I was their only patient. Very thankful for such a wonderful team. Everything was clean and I was kept informed of how it was all going. Hope I don t need surgery again but if I do, I know where to go. Highly recommend Dr. Cleveland and WAMC if you need surgery for your spine.

Visited the Emergency department today. Within less than an hour I was out with a diagnostic and meds (that included X-rays and Dr's consultation). Everyone was very nice, professional and efficient. As a past project manager for the emergency department in another hospital, I was very impressed with their efficiency and process (ie x-rays before seeing the nurse when possible fracture).

So great work everyone, the ED is probably one of the most difficult unit in a hospital (being the front door) and you didn't show any signs of irritation that comes with your job. Thank you !

Little shout out to Corey who was amazing.

Slow, inept and unimpressive in every way. After a year of trying to give this hospital a chance with everything from baby births, illness and serious injury I am leaving this review. This hospital is awful. Hour plus ER wait times for broken bones and bleeding on children. 1950's era maternity ward bedside manners. Unbelievable bureaucratic nightmares to get a simple ultrasound. Avoid this hospital if at all possible.

My son had a medical emergency and they moved him right along through the process to get him admitted. They are very caring and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I can't believe all the negative reviews. We have always had good experiences here.

Stacy Parker in OBGYN is great. My NP is good too but every time I see Mrs. Parker she is awesome. Especially with how Womack OB definitely does rush you in & out like cattle lol, she needs some recognition for making the appointments 10x better.

Been here going on three hours. I can't sit as I'm here for a messed up hip that I can't bend. I'm convinced that by the time I'm seen my other leg won't be usable as I have all my weight on it because I can't sit. I've been to xray, and the back is full of empty rooms and a lot of staff doing a lot of nothing.

Dr. Cleveland and his staff are outstanding! I recently had back surgery and was a little apprehensive but all went very well. From the moment I showed up until I was discharged I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. The best experience that I have ever had in a Army hospital! Also, I had to return to the ER within the next couple days and again it was outstanding! Thank you!!!

January 18, 2019.

January 18, 2019.
I was scheduled for an appointment at 1pm. I had clocked in for my appointment at 12:43. It was myself, and two other women, whom are pregnant waiting in the ultrasound area. My appointment was for an ultrasound to recheck a lump in my left breast. While sitting waiting two people were called. One had been there before myself and the two other women, and one had just arrived and had been called. That wasn t an issue. Everyone is there for different reasons. At 1:35 the pregnant lady to the right get up and walked to the front to ask about her appointment, which was scheduled at 1 pm as mine. We begin talking amongst each other. They had drunk water previously , as instructed before their appointment. I happened to see a staff member walking and asked if radiology is running behind. We were informed her that wasn t her department, but she would check for us. We explained how long we had been waiting. Upon returning we were told they would be with us shortly and advised the two pregnant women to use the restroom if they needed too. The other pregnant women ran to the restroom because she had been there almost as long as I. The time was now 1:40. We asked were they behind, which the staff member did not know, but told us it was several people back there working. I had become frustrated do to the fact no one ever came out to address us , and said why my appointment was behind, or gave an apology for any of the patients waiting to be seen. I left and went to the front desk. I asked could I reschedule my appointment, due to the fact, I had not been here an hr and has not been seen . The secretary gave me a card and informed me to use the phone on the wall to let them know that I was leaving. I ask her , so you want me to call them ,but they could not come out for an hour to let me know anything. I told her I would call to reschedule and not being addressed by any staff in Radiology is unprofessional. I would of typed this on Friday if I could of found the ICE comments section sooner.

Nobody takes anything there seriously. I was ignored constantly by my obgyn even though I'm a high risk pregnancy and she pcs'd and left my file a mess for my new dr (which she didn't tell me that she was leaving). The ER told me I was just dehydrated when I lost feelings in my legs and couldn't move even though my lab results showed I was extremely low in potassium and had a heart issue. I went to the ER again months later because the Nurse Advice line said I might be having preclampsia, but they told me I was dehydrated again even though I was sweating with chills, my blood pressure was 154/80, my resting heart rate was 156 and having pressure in my upper stomach. They even gave my husband's coworker chemo when he had mono. I highly recommend people, families, and mothers to avoid this hospital at all costs. It's not worth the convenience.

ER visits... thought there is a wait most times, what hospital have you ever not waited in the er.They took care of each problem. Staff helped hold my child while I took an xray. They brought cups of water, so they're people, and they'll care if you ask for help. Change in shifts are the longest wait.

Gave birth here... they really pressure you to not have an epidural. They waited til my contractions were on top of another to give it to me. Nurse ran the show. Bad experience, I don't want to talk about it.

Post delivery nurses were nice. Anka was amazing! There are no more sharing rooms which is a plus.

The food in post delivery was microwave quality, and they served me leftovers for dinner. Yuck!

The hospital facility in general is nice to look at. There are wall murals.

The worst hospital I ve ever been too. They don t do their job, and skip steps to check what s wrong with your child and rush you out after you ve already waited 4 hours to be seen to be sent home with Tylenol and ibuprofen when in actuality they had strep. The entire staff has an attitude and needs to be replaced.

My daughter n law is 5 months pregnant and they claim to not have any appointments available for her to be seen. She has had a high risk pregnancy and health issues and they won t even give her a referral to see a doctor off post! If something happens to her or my grandchild I Will Definitely Be Suing The Hell Out Of Them! They Better Believe It! I Have Everything Documented Of Them Not Doing Anything To Make Sure That Her Or The Baby Is Ok. Not One Appointment Or Sonogram....Nothing! Unprofessionalism At It s Finest
