Extremely unhelpful..I brought a soldier in there and they didn t do anything to help his situation. Just told us to get a referral from the PA. So now we have to wait another day and then what?? I hope his issue isn t life threatening. It s ridiculous that soldiers and their family s don t get the healthcare they deserve.
Due to negligence, and an utter lack of concern (they treated me like I was an inconvenience) they almost killed me doing a routine gall bladder removal. The nurses didn't listen to anything I said and were downright mean. I spent two weeks in the hospital when I should have spent two days. I've had many bad experiences here (had a baby here...horrible), but this was the final straw. I would go anywhere else...the veterinarians office, before I came back here.
I recently had back surgery at Womack Army Medical Center. My care team was exceptional and very well trained. In Pre-Op and recovery all my needs were tended to and my questions were answered. Dr. Cleveland made sure I was well informed about the procedure and checked on me after surgery and the following morning. Could ask for a better stay in the hospital because lord knows I hate hospital haha.
I m really not happy with my prenatal care at this place. I am high risk and I regret I have to be seen here. I really would suggest that this place don t deal with high risk pregnancies due to the fact that they seem overbooked. Both of my past pregnancies I suffered from severe complications yet this labor and delivery provider made me feel as if I did something wrong by coming in due to my blood pressure spiking up too high. I was always told that me being in the late second trimester I should always take precaution due to my history.The OB just tells you to go to labor and delivery if there is an issue yet you go there just to be treated by a rude provider. The nurses was nice but the female provider makes me very uncomfortable about being seen at this hospital.

Every clinic, literally - Every specialty, has treated us with the utmost care and respect. Really hardworking people - and they worked without complaint to all of us, Including civilians, doctors, nurses, support staff - everyone always professional and considerate, competent. It makes me proud to be associated with such a capable, kind and quality organization.
