The dealership it self was nice and I was content with the price of the car. The seller was a little nice when he was making the sale after we signed the papers gave us horrible attitude and not much hospitality. He took one week to give us our car without the inspection that they re supposed to do, on top of everything When finally they gave me the car that it s supposed to be brand new it had a 3 dents/scratches in the front bumper. In addition to that the car has a vibration when im driving. Now I have to come 3 different days, one to try to fix the vibration, another for the inspection and another the see what it s going to happen with the dent. They sold me a protective coating on the paint and to be honest my husband's suv paint is better than mine. When I bought the suv they told me that I could take it the same day and I did not have to return. I have a new born which is the reason we purchased new cars, this has been extremely inconvenient. My maternity leave is supposed to be spent at home with the baby, not at the dealership for weeks. This experience has been stormy and I'm still waiting to be told when the front of the my BRAND NEW SUV will be fixed. and if the vibration has repair, can t believe it!

Just to clarify my husband also bought a brand new 2020 car. So they made Two purchases off of us and yet I m experiencing all of this. His car was fine at least. But still ridiculous and frustrating.

My service was amazing and I felt being treated as a king. Although my service was taking the whole day, they offered me a couple of vouchers and a rental for the day. I highly recommend them!

Alex continued to go above and beyond throughout the entire process making me feel comfortable.

Woburn Toyota has very deceptive sales tactics. They started off well to drive me into the dealership by beating another dealership's quote by a few hundred dollars. They had the car I wanted, it was expeditiously brought from the overflow lot that was a few miles away, I test drove it, and I wanted it. They then low-balled me on my trade, but the overall deal still made sense, so I proceeded. Now, the finance manager comes along and hard sells an extended warranty to me. He made it sound like a great deal at the time but I regretted purchasing it hours after especially given the reliability of Toyotas. Though, the paperwork clearly states that I have 30 days to cancel it, and after then I can still cancel it but the refund is prorated.

Now, when I picked my registration up, there was a 1.5 hour wait for an inspection sticker. I then at the time said that I wanted to cancel the extended warranty. The finance manager asked me for some time to clean his desk. Well, that desk cleaning took 1.5 hours. Next time I saw him, he was in the sales manager's cubicle and the sales manager was trash talking about me regarding my decision to cancel the extended warranty.

Needless to say, I took a closer look at the sales slip after I purchased it and noticed that there was an additional $695 charge for elite protection which was explained by the finance manager as being included in the price of the vehicle and another $395 for paint protection which was never mentioned.

Very tricky folks to work with for sure! But frankly, I will not be servicing the vehicle that I bought from them as they are not to be trusted!

My 70 year old mother went in for assistance because her key with remote broke. Her purse fell over and her keys hit the floor and it crumbled. Her car is not even a year old. You would think it would be made of more durable materials. The wonderful associate there was rude and completely insensitive and tod her it was her fault and it would be $500 for a replacement. I have had my car for almost 10 years. The images on my key are completely rubbed off and I've never had an issue. I highly not recommend going to this particular Honda. They will blame you if anything breaks on your car.

Recently bought a used car at Woburn Toyota and was pleased with my experience. It's a beautiful facility and a well oiled machine. Worked with salesman Leon Boole, who was very respectful of my time, my process, and didn't pressure me to make one purchase or another. We both played our parts and arrived at a fair price that I thought was very reasonable. Look, at the end of the day, they're all workers at a dealership and they need to close sales to make money, so what do you really expect? Cars to be given away? Do your research, come up with a fair and reasonable price where you save some money and where the salesman/dealer makes a decent profit and no one needs to feel ripped off and everybody wins! Love my 2013 Toyota Venza by the way!!!

I swear, I've never had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE ! I stepped foot in several Toyota dealerships the Same Day and NOT one of those places gave me the same feeling I got here. From the minute I drove into the lot, I was so kindly greeted by my new friend/ lifetime salesman PRINCE AMADI. Wow, when I tell you , this guy knows what he's doing . I am currently at this dealership with Sales Consultant Weston Paglia. He is a true professional with 42 yrs of car sale experience. He would do whatever he could to find the car which meets your needs. Regardless I end up buying or not buying a car from him today, I strongly recommend you to meet him. I also met their Sales Manager Wally Sabet. He is a very nice guy. Wally offered me a very reasonable price on the new 2020 Camry. I eventually bought the car today because of their Great Service and Great Price.

Before the entire COVID-19 nightmare started, getting a new car was on the todo-list, but we did not get around it anymore. As Mass started to open up, I reached out to several dealerships that claimed to offer the entire buying process online. After the initial contact, I either never heard back or the request came to come to the dealership. Otherwise the deal would fail. Then I reached out to Toyota Woburn. The entire deal was online. I never left my office and the car was delivered to my driveway without even any need for social distancing. The deal could not have been easier. It almost felt like amazon. Special thanks to Kal who handled everything. I can only recommend.

So I came in not knowing anything about buying cars. The facilities are beautiful. Everything is pristine and up to date. I was greeted so warmly the moment I walked in. I had been reccomended to go to Keith and let me just say that he was spectacular. He was patient and open and told me exactly what I needed to hear. He showed me the car of my dreams and made it possible for me to get it. Thanks to him and everything he did, I now have my dream car in the most perfect color. I thought it was funny trying to explain there's a noise but I had no idea where it was. Then i asked them to refund my 1000$, they told me to came after 3 days friday(but theirs manager didnt tell that it will take so long, this is CASH it doesnt take more days! ) When i came on friday they told me to come after 3pm when i said i cant they told me to come tomorrow. The next day they told me to come on monday and i am still waiting. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE DONT GIVE DOWN PAYMENT UNLESS TOU ARE APPROVED FOR FINANCING!!!

Definitely so disappointed, mediocre customer service at the service desk. My 2nd time here. First time they over charged me for a tire rotation which wasn't done plus I didn't ask for it. Today I had my ticket to go talk to a service clerk, waited almost 15 min without getting noticed by the device agents, 6 of them were just chatting.
I brought out my bill to show them the over charged service, I was told it was to late to talk about it.
I would rather go to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston better service, faster,free car wash, free food, pay less plus they don't cheat you.
Anyways this is my last time here also all my friends and family.

They couldn't find the problem with my car. They called stating the problem had been rectified which it wasn't. I filed a complaint and the service department was going to call me to schedule an appointment. Three weeks later after waiting patiently, I called them to inquiry and they had no clue. The interior of my vehicle is beige and they had oil stain on it. Now I have more problems with noises in the dashboard then I started out with. The service we received from John Russo and his crew was par excellence. It actually began when we were away on vacation. Uncertain if an unfinished road had done damage to my car, I called John Russo in the Service Dept. After patiently listening to my concerns, he gave me expert advice that may have saved me hundreds of dollars in service fees from a less scrupulous mechanic.

When we returned, we brought the car in to be serviced. As always, we were treated with patience, kindness and respect. John's "service with a sense of humor" really takes the stress out of getting your car fixed. He showed my "car guy" exactly what needed to be done and explained all of our options before any work was done. And he made every effort to help us not spend more than we could afford. The work was completed with their usual efficiency and we were kept informed of the progress throughout.

Not to be overlooked is the greeter at the gate when you first arrive. With all of the new construction going on, he provides a valuable service, his directions always helpful and delivered with pleasant attitude and cheerful smile.

Thanks again, to all the guys at Woburn Toyota for making servicing our car a pleasant experience.

Brought my Genesis last year used from Woburn and every time I take it to be serviced even for a oil change it becomes a process of 2 or three days.
Took a month to get my brakes right and then I'm told that they don't always have parts for my vehicle which then needs to be kept and I'm out the pocket for a rental.. Crazy...
If you sell the car then you should know how to service the vehicle properly which it seems is a problem.

I purchased a truck from here 3 yrs ago and was showed a carfax report indicating that there were no accidents. Yesterday I go to trade in my truck for a work van and after telling the dealership that my truck had no accidents I find out that there were 2 car accidents right before I purchased it. Only one conclusion...I was shown a wrong carfax report!!! I am furious and there is nothing I can do about it. Learned my lesson. Make sure you take a close look at the carfax report.

The worst dealership experience ever. I purchased my Prius in 2016 from these guys and I had to service the back camera today. It took them 3 hours only to diagnose it and was informed I had to pay for $1400 to fix which was not what I had been told when I purchased this certified car. Extremely slow and rude service. I could not stand to wait there anymore. I just had to leave. Not only I am not going to fix my camera with them I am not coming back there ever again and I will advise anyone not to go there. Everyone deserves a better service and treatment that this dealership has to offer. It s just terrible to feel so unwelcomed. I might not even buy another Toyota ever again because this horrible experience.

Horrible experience. The salesman was so rude. I think his name is Gesse. After he showed me the cars, he asked "do you have money to buy the car today?" I said yes. He rolled his eyes and shaked his head. I went in there because the price on the internet was good, but the price he gave me was $1,000 higher with an extra 10,000 miles. With that attitude, I took my business elsewhere and bought a really nice car the next day.

Ernest has a friendly disposition and a willingness to listen to the needs of his customers. He was not only knowledgeable about the cars on his lot but was able to accurately compare those vehicles to the top running competitors. He spent time going over the pros and cons of each of those vehicles. With his help, I felt enabled and sure that I was making the right decisions for my family and I. I am very big on not being "sold" a car but instead being given the necessary information it takes to "purchase" a car and he did just that. Bought a used Toyota Avalon...was told the shake in the front end would be repaired before I took it...After they told me it was "fixed' I took it to my mechanic to check it out..power steering rack was leaking badly , and would have failed at a cost of over $1,000 withing 6 months - but after their 90 day coverage.

my advise is NEVER buy a used car at this sleazy dealership without having it checked out independently first .

I will never buy any care from this dealership because I don't trust their service people.
