So I bought my car and came in to pick it up. I got there as close to opening in the morning. So you would think picking up a car would not take all day, but it did. So they had phone problems and they seemed to just forget I was there. The waiting area the TV was not working. They had contacted my insurance agent and they fax over what was needed it sat un touched on their fax for over a hour. So I waited for over 6 hours, at the end when they were finished and I had places to be they wanted to explain the features of the car. This should have been done hours ago when I was sitting waiting with nothing to do. They did not care as they had made the sale. Go somewhere else.
