I tried to buy toyota camry. i paid 1000$ down pay...

I tried to buy toyota camry. i paid 1000$ down payment CASH but they couldnt get finance to buy a car for me. Then i asked them to refund my 1000$, they told me to came after 3 days friday(but theirs manager didnt tell that it will take so long, this is CASH it doesnt take more days! ) When i came on friday they told me to come after 3pm when i said i cant they told me to come tomorrow. The next day they told me to come on monday and i am still waiting. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE DONT GIVE DOWN PAYMENT UNLESS TOU ARE APPROVED FOR FINANCING!!!
