The dealership it self was nice and I was content with the price of the car. The seller was a little nice when he was making the sale after we signed the papers gave us horrible attitude and not much hospitality. He took one week to give us our car without the inspection that they re supposed to do, on top of everything When finally they gave me the car that it s supposed to be brand new it had a 3 dents/scratches in the front bumper. In addition to that the car has a vibration when im driving. Now I have to come 3 different days, one to try to fix the vibration, another for the inspection and another the see what it s going to happen with the dent. They sold me a protective coating on the paint and to be honest my husband's suv paint is better than mine. When I bought the suv they told me that I could take it the same day and I did not have to return. I have a new born which is the reason we purchased new cars, this has been extremely inconvenient. My maternity leave is supposed to be spent at home with the baby, not at the dealership for weeks. This experience has been stormy and I'm still waiting to be told when the front of the my BRAND NEW SUV will be fixed. and if the vibration has repair, can t believe it!

Just to clarify my husband also bought a brand new 2020 car. So they made Two purchases off of us and yet I m experiencing all of this. His car was fine at least. But still ridiculous and frustrating.
