One of the best dealership experience you can get around Boston area. Their facility is awesome. Staff ( from sales to finance to delivery team) were second to none. People treat with you great respect & care all through the process !

Highly recommend woburn toyota when looking for a new car. Mike Quevillon was great when helping me decide on a car and get the deal done make sure you ask for him!
I had an excellent experience and really appreciate the professionalism of Ricky Arora. He made the whole experience quick and easy. I spoke with Ricky over the phone a few times about the car I was interested in. We set up a time that was good for me and he had the vehicle ready. He never pressured me into a deal and answered all my questions. I ended up getting the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend Ricky Arora and Woburn Toyota to friends and family. Even though buying a car is never quick, Ricky made it easy and did not waste any time going through the whole process. Thanks Woburn Toyota having such a professional and talented employee. Thank to Ricky Arora will be back to you!!!!
I had a great experience from beginning to end. I had no problem meeting the salesperson (Haney) to financing the car, to picking it up and then coming back for an inspection. Everything was smooth and easy and I left feeling confident that I knew how the car worked!
Recently bought a car from woburn toyota. Ernest was the best would definitely come back. If in the market ask for Ernest and Mike they where great to work with.
I had a great experience when I bought my used Toyota! My salesman, Pedro went above and beyond to find the exact car I was looking for. Pedro was very professional and extremely nice to myself and my boys. I would definitely recommend my salesman to someone because it was a great experience.
Terrible service!! Don't go there. I bought a car there and they only care about the payment not about other services! I paid a full amount for my car. Then they changed the vehicle with their own reason and then they said that they will send the paycheck for the difference of payment amount but they didn't! I tried to reach them about this issue for a month but no one helped me! Dealer avoided my call and never responded to my call!!! I went there to get the check by person and finally I got it. The next problem is that I didin't get the title but they said I need to wait! But still I didn't get the title! I called them again but they just transfered me to different departments and ended up to a voice mailbox. That's it. No one want to talk to me. Terrible dealer ship! I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there!
Earlier this year, I had a wonderful experience buying a Highlander from Mark Hickey. In fact, it was such an easy car buying experience that my mother went that same day and bought a Rav 4 from Mark. When my grandmother was interested in a Corolla, she wanted to go to Ira because that was what she knew. We went with her and got "okay" numbers, but mom and I encouraged her to go see Mark at Woburn. What another exceptional experience! We walked in, told Mark and the Sales Manager, Wally Sabet, exactly what we wanted and within minutes, the deal was signed. Literally no back and forth - it was one and done! Mark and Wally were incredible...they stole the deal from Ira, and have another Woburn Toyota customer for life!
Purchased a 2017 Tacoma and picked it up the next day. My experience with this purchase was very good. Stephen Kingstad was my salesperson and he did a great job with this deal and my trade in. I want to also mention that Scott Hoffman who went all out to have the vehicle ready for me to pick up at the time scheduled. Scott s professionalism was outstanding.
BAIT AND SWITCH! I was "sold" a hybrid, only to realize myself after the sale that the car was gas only. I was not able to get out of the deal as financing already happened (this was all within 24 hrs). The experience that followed has shown that the managers at this dealership don't care or take any responsibility. Aside from throwing in some car mats and a tire warranty, no apology. They don't' care about you only their bottom line. The entire experience has been a dishonest one, and an utter lack of customer service and empathy.
This was very Amazing with Lurgy Ramos she's very patient and professional, she provides me many options, she's very fast and even if I was over the phone all the time because I didn't know what I want, but she was very kind and patient with me she helped me found the best car that I like, the experience was very great because of her, I'm happy I would give her 6 stars if I could.
A month ago I went to this dealership to buy a car but since then my life has been stressful. The car has some things to repair, so the sales manager told me everything would be done. I already made the down payment and signed the contract but until today 2/15/19 I continue without my car. Every day they call me informing me that the car is ready but that is a lie. I went to the store to get the car and they told me they could not find the car! A lack of consideration with customers. The other day they were delivering the car to my residence in Medford / Ma but they did not deliver and did not call me and inform me of the reason for not delivering. This place I will never recommend to anyone, the worst place and service I have ever had! My first car is a terrible experience. I'm still without the car ...
I was coming out of my Toyota lease, and shopped the auto mile, and almost purchased from a dealership in Norwood, but I decided to try one more dealership, Woburn Toyota. Night and Day from the four dealerships I got offers from to lease a new Rav-4 (including Brockton where I leased my Camry). I called and spoke with Jacqueline who was up front and beat (what I thought was a good deal) by $20/month or $720 over 3yrs. I called to schedule an appointment the next day Jacqueline was off, and I spoke to Danielle (internet mgr.), and she did 2 awesome things. Advised me to check if I had a certificate and told me to come in and ask for Mark Hickey who has 15yrs of knowledge with the Toyota brand. Mark did a phenomenal job. When I got to the dealership, I had a reserved sign with my name on a Rav-4XLE. I thought here we go as I was looking at an LE package. Mark greeted me and explained he researched and found me a certificate which allowed me to get the XLE for $2 less per month than the LE. He gave me the option to look at the LE which would have been lower than what I wanted. It was a no brainer to get the XLE with a lot more safety features and tech options. The BEST car buying experience ever and the FIRST time where a dealership offered me more for less without any BS. It was worth the 40min drive, and will purchase my next Toyota from Mark Hickey, and highly reccomend purchasing a car from Woburn Toyota. Ask for Mark Hickey, you will not regret it!
I purchased a vehicle from WOBURN TOYOTA on 08/24/2019 and the salesman was Gabe Zorrilla, I couldn't have asked for a better person to do business with. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Even days after the sale he reached out to me and asked if there were any concerns that he could help with. I have to say that Gabe, along with Hank, Kieth and Johnathan (from the service dept) were all exceptional in what they do/did. They cast a wonderful light upon WOBURN TOYOTA and from the treatment/service I received from the WOBURN TOYOTA family, I will not hesitate to recommend WOBURN TOYOTA to all my friends, family and neighbors. Thanks to all for a very pleasant and fulfilling buying experience. Yours Truly William Dunn a present and DEFINITELY a future customer.
This is a place that makes money on selling cars by the volume. Don't expect great customer service. Also, if you leave a deposit and decide not to purchase the car, don't expect to receive that deposit back for over a month. And during that month, you have to call and email every salesperson, manager and general manager at the dealership to get that money back. I have not received my deposit back and I'm glad that I did not purchase a car from this place. I will continue to fight this until they mail me a check to return my money.
Randy Davies and Mike Q were so easy to deal with they got me in a car under an hour which is the best ever go see them for a great deal you will not regret it Mary V
Wally was a great sales manager, he was really really helpful and caring definitely took care of us and kept checking with the sales person to make sure he took care of us, I definitely felt at home at woburn toyota and will be going there for my next car. If you have any questions definitely see wally sabet
BEWARE! Where do I begin... From the moment that I tried to buy my car to my most recent service appointment, it is clear that the management at Woburn Toyota does not care about providing good service or sales experience. Between being bullied while trying to purchase my vehicle, to my car "getting lost" 3 out of 4 times that I've been there, to my car being promised for 10:30 then not calling or answering phones until almost close, I would NEVER recommend Woburn Toyota to anyone. I literally had the worst experience, including yesterday, and walked into a dealership this morning to get rid of my car and Toyota as fast as possible. There is absolutely NO reason for the experience to be as bad as it is a Woburn Toyota.
John was great very helpful !! When I arrived to pick up my car I was in line waiting then I hear my name and it was him! With his upbeat personality!! Great experience
My Sales Girl was incredible Lurgy Ramos she went above and beyond when working with me and helping find the Vehicle of my dreams she made the buying process very smoothly I really recommend her if you are in the search for a vehicle
I had an excellent experience working with Vinnie. He helped pick out the perfect car for me, and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else when I need my next one!
Worst customer service ever. Put my phone on hold for more than 1 hour. Every time I called no one pick up phone and have to wait for long time to speak with Service department. Once I put my car for only Tyre Rotation and they did inspection of my car. they called me and said your front Break pad and rotars are not good condition. I installed new rotars and breakpads only few months ago. so I told them I just changed them. then they put my call on hold and then they said may there is stone inside break pad and they will charge 574$ for fix. it is very ridiculous that they were trying to do cheating with me. next time I will not go there.
Recently bought a used Celica and could not have been happier with the process. The sales guy Keith Svenson was great and I highly recommend him to anyone. He made the whole process stress free and I never felt pressured at any step.
Terrible experience, was quoted a price for a vehicle and that number slowly started to rise. Definitely was giving us the run around and after all that had to pay for a new registration because they never gave it back or cared to help find it after many attempts.
Gabriel was awesome in showing us the vehicle and explained all the details about Rav4. I am exploring other brands in the same class right now but Gabriel made a really good case for Rav4. If I do come back, which is likely, I will surely buy the vehicle from Gabriel.
If you guys are closing in 2 hours, you are still open. No need to be rude. It s not your customers fault if you are working on a Sunday. I have road side assistant from Toyota and from Toyota tire protection plan. I called in to get some assistance and were to told to call Monday. I got a bolt in my front tire, I have two toddlers in the van. For a situation like this I bought that protection plan.
Due to their store offer a competitive price on oil change, I chose this store for my car maintenance. But on my 2nd visit, the work order list with conventional engine oil not the synthetic oil that I paid for. The associate who prepared my paperwork unable to give me a reasonable explanation. So I started to question their truly service quality. I brought my own engine oil and filter to a local auto store for 3rd time maintenance. The mechanic spent half hour unable took the filter plug down. I drove my car with new oil and old filter back to Woburn Toyota, hope they can help me took a quick look. The associate said they didn t trust what I told him, and if I needed a appointment or not. During the whole process there was no sorry just arrogant. Then he scheduled me on the next morning. But when I back home and called in to verify the appointment, it became the afternoon and I unable spoke with anyone who can solve my problem. On the end, I found out they didn t even install the elastic on the filter plug which cause it s too tight to take down. BTW, the elastic is including when you buy a filter.
Leased my 3rd RAV4 with Robert Fahey @ Woburn Toyota. He is a great resource and sales person. No nonsense approach makes it easy and fun to work with him. Very accommodating and always goes the extra mile. Thanks again!
I'm giving 2 stars because I ended up with a reasonable price on the car I bought here. All other aspects of my purchase was more of a 1-star experience. I came in to test drive a truck (which I ended up buying). I first walked into the used car showroom (after making an appointment) and I stood for 10 minutes before being approached to see if I needed assistance. The truck hadn't been cleared off so the next 20 minutes was spent warming it up and clearing the ice.
Once I decided to buy the truck, the experience continued poorly. I told the finance manager that I was financing through my personal bank. He seemed to be insulted by me and became very short with me. I thought it was odd that I was treated so poorly, given that I was trying to buy a car. I had to ask for him to copy the title paperwork so I could then get the loan (rather than him offering or knowing how to complete the process). He seemed intent on getting me out of his office quickly.
The title paperwork he provided was missing a page. My bank and I struggled to get a response from either the sales rep or the finance department for several days. Once I received the correct paperwork, I went to pick-up my vehicle a week later on a Monday evening. I gave the same finance manager the full payment for the vehicle and signed all the paperwork. Right at the end he told me that there wasn't a notary working that evening to notarize the paperwork. I know that technically a notary isn't supposed to notarize documentation that they don't personally witness being signed but I just wanted the process to be done at this point and didn't raise the issue. The finance manager told me that he would Fed-Ex the completed paperwork and title to me the next day (Tuesday) and I would get it Wednesday or Thursday. After three days (on Friday), I called and emailed the finance manager to find out what happened. When I did not receive a response, I had to call the dealership multiple times over multiple days and each time there was a different story (i.e. the finance manager uses a separate Fed Ex account and they couldn't give me a tracking number, the finance manager is on his day off, the finance manager has been out sick a few days). After 4 days, I was able to get a hold of the finance director who then tracked down my paperwork which had never been sent. I appreciated that he figured out what was going on and called me back, but I was extremely disappointed with the whole process and upset that I was lied to by multiple staff about both my paperwork and the finance manager's whereabouts. Most importantly, the finance manager who dropped the ball never responded to my calls/emails. Very tellingly, I never received an apology for this being such a hassle from anyone I spoke to. "Sorry" goes a long way to repairing mistakes in my opinion.
I've never had to do more legwork to buy a car. They were so unenthusiastic about dealing with a customer which is surprising. I didn't mention the finance manager's name or my sales reps' name in the review as I believe that although both of them did not do a good job, the responsibility for making sure that they do rests squarely on the dealership.
I dropped off 4runner at 8:00am and was all set by 10:00am. Only had oil changed and tires rotated but was very easy dropping off and picking up. There is a lot of traffic in that area due to them building a new building
Great service from Lurgy Ramos. I would definitely recommend her being in your corner when getting a car. Went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly!
I was surprised to see so many 5 star reviews after the awful experience we had purchasing our used car from Woburn Toyota.
*This review does not reflect our salesman, Barry, who was incredibly nice throughout the whole ordeal. Barry is the ONLY reason they received two stars from us.*
The first day we went in to test drive a used car we arrive to the dealership and our salesman swings the car around and the car has a flat tire and could not be filled because service was closed. Okay fine, we were very interested in the car and decided that night to put a down payment on the car and go through all the financial paper work/credit check even without test driving it. The following day we return to test drive the car and if the test drive went well we were told we could take the car home that day. We test drove the car and everything was perfect so all we needed to do was finalize the finance paperwork. We meet with the finance guy and he tells us that they don't have the title for the car yet so they legally can not sell us the car but we were reassured it would be in by end of week beginning of the following week.
After multiple follow ups on the title two weeks go by and they still don't have the title. Finally after my husband went into the dealership and complained the title miraculously manage to "popped up" while he was there. They told us to return after 5pm (when I get out of work) and that they would have everything ready for us to sign and it would be a quick visit... NOT. We arrive just after 5pm they take us up to the finance department and 30 mins go by and nothing. Then our salesman comes out to inform us that ALL the financial documents with our SECURITY information on it could not be found because the finance person that originally did our paper work was not in! And they would need us to refill out all the paperwork AND pull my credit again. I told them I did not want my credit pulled again and they went ahead and pulled it anyways because their credit checks only last 7 days! Thanks to them my credit score has gone down 20 points. Finally after 2.5 hours we are able to get the financing complete and take the car home.
Does the nonsense end there? NOPE. They said they would take care of the registration process and that we had 7 days to get it done. Well day 6 arrives and they had not contacted us about the registration at all. So we contact them and they said they are waiting on insurance to fax something over then to find out they need me to switch the insurance over. Finally on day 7 we receive the registration and go in for the inspection. The inspection took OVER 2 HOURS. The lack of communication between departments is horrible. What should have been a quick and simple car purchase ended up being a month long drawn out process. Needless to say, after this ridiculous process I am so thankful I will NEVER have to come back to this place again.
The best staff, the best cars, and the most professional sellers. Brian Veras was my seller. He treated me excellently, was very polite, very professional, and knew very well how to get me what I wanted.
Sales associates are more concerned about selling than what you really need. They try the best they can to sell sell sell than put you in the right car. Auto shop, which repairs your vehicle does so in a good time and reasonably priced but they try to make you spend extra money on repairs that are not needed. Do not recommend.
My husband and I went to Woburn Toyota after visiting two other dealerships and multiple internet searches. After comparing the Honda Pilot, Audi Q3 and Q5 we ended up buying a new Highlander with CJ Gagnon. The Highlander is a reliable SUV that we have had for years so we traded in our 2013 for a new model. He will work hard to get you the best price for the vehicle you want. CJ is friendly, down to earth and honest. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles at Toyota and also the competition. This is our second Highlander we purchased through Toyota. We toyed with the idea of going to another vehicle but couldn t beat the deal CJ was able to get for us. Very happy with his work and will be back to see him!!!
We had an amazing experience buying a car at Woburn Toyota. Julio, our salesman, was incredibly efficient and kind. He answered all our questions and made the process run very smoothly. He even came into the office during his day off to help us with some paperwork! I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about buying a car to go visit Woburn Toyota. Thank you, Julio!
We got a great price on our new Toyota! But what should have been a quick in and out stretched to hours we we waited for them to prep the car, find the keys, attach license plates...And then they still couldn't find a key. That took a few weeks of daily phone calls to resolve. But we got a great price!
Easy booking and online options. Service is generally good. I have been here a number of times and they explain everything in detail which is good. They do change some of the settings in the car without changing them back which can be slightly annoying. In addition their express service that takes 1 hour has never been 1 hour, closer to 1.5 hours. But in general they do a good job and are friendly.
Only one star because you can't give a 0. If you like leaving multiple messages and not getting a call back for months at a time then this is the dealership for you ! Every experience I have had at this dealership has been an extremely negative one. I have been waiting weeks for a call back to fix a problem from 5 months ago with still no result ( this is after trying to deal with many other problems for the year I was involved with them) After so many problems with this dealership and their inability for ANY sort of customer service I made the decision to sell my 1 year old car that I loved just to get out of any sort of contract with them. After turning in my car and buying from Toyota Watertown the experience has been a much more pleasant one. If you are considering purchasing, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 30 minutes to Toyota Watertown.
Ernest Menninger was a good sales person. He had a clear understanding of what we wanted and what he had he helped us get the best deal. We are happy with what we got.Thank you so much .
Julio Bencid, a staff salesman, worked tirelessly to find the right car to meet my needs. His patience and his knowledge of current inventory was much appreciated. His approach was not the hard-sell approach as is stereotypical for car salesmen. He was able to make recommendations about car model and option choices that made sense and provided me with a good foundation on which to base my final decision. I also appreciated the attentiveness of Barry who was shadowing Julio during this entire process and his assistance in setting up some of the electronic functions in the car. They made a great team.
Wally Sabet jumped in from the get go ( along Keith) to get the ball rolling. We would more than likely recommend friends and family to come and work with Wally and his team in their next purchases. Our son will be soon working w/Wally to trade his car for an suv.
It was a smooth and quick experience at this dealership with Manale as my salesperson. Would recommend this dealer to anyone else that is looking to purchase a vehicle.
Sales team was helpful and attentive. Thanks so much to Gabe - he was well informed and very patient, happy to show us everything we asked about and made great suggestions of others we might like.
I continue to keep going to Woburn Toyota for regular maintenance and fix ups because of the staff. They are friendly, attentive, and recommend and prioritize the list of fix ups. For example, when they noticed I could use new ball bearings, instead of pushing to get them fixed right away, they suggested I could safely get some more use out of them and encouraged me to wait. I really appreciate their honesty. Thank you.
Great customer service skills when u walk in, Idk about the phone though. If u ever leave a message forget it. Smh. Now let's talk about the actual live people working hard to keep smiles in customers' faces. Wally Sabat this man is #Amazing he actually listens and takes actions. No BS He's helpful, nice and will go before his customers ie instead of sending u, he goes for u to take care of business. He works in sales, but when I need help with something in the service dept, I call Wally. Mark Zayac another great one, he's the last one in the corner in the left coming from the sales department. He's funny, easy to talk to. While waiting for my car, he checks on me so I wouldn't have to wonder what's going on and how long I had to wait. The Service Dept. Manager, I don't remember his name sadly. Great guy as well. He's fair, goes out of his way and again kind people. #woburntoyota is the real deal
I recently bought a car here and had a wonderful experience as far as buying cars goes. Ernest was my salesperson and Alex did the financial portion of the sale. They both were great Ernest found the right car for me and Alex did a wonderful job getting my payments lower and reasonable. They both really showed they cared about my experience. The end result is an A+ plus on service and sales. THANK YOU!
Horrible customer service and will definitely not buy another car from them again. The process of purchasing a car here was an extreme hassle. The employees did not know much information at all, which made this an awful experience. One of the managers named Darren was extremely rude to us. Poor customer service, go elsewhere for a car!
I went there last Wednesday. Brian Veras greeted me and helped me. Great customer service, beautiful facility, awesome cars. An excellent experience. 100% recommended. 100% chances of coming back.
Good service, as usual. Nice waiting area, with tv and complimentary coffee, water and bagels. I've been a long time customer and am always satispied with my service here!
had a great experience in leasing a new car. Sales guy Wens was great and was out in a couple of hours with a new car. Sales guys were very friendly and had me engaged while i was waiting and never felt was left alone. Best Toyota dealer so far in my experience....
Very grateful to salesman Victor Chaves. The car is great, we are super happy with it. I've known Victor for a long time now. He is a dear friend and I can testify to his great character and readiness to help others. Thanks again Victor!
Troy A. in sales was stellar in all aspects. He went above and beyond, truly worked to get us what we wanted, making us feel comfortable, valued and informed. Been dealing with another dealership for many years and decided to try Woburn Toyota. Overall great service, made us feel appreciated and part of the Woburn team. Facility is top notch, great inventory but the sales team made it a positive experience. Thank you Troy A!
Great experience purchasing a car here. They were willing to negotiate and gave me the exact deal I was looking for. CJ was a pleasure to work with - make sure you ask for him!
I left my car for fixing minor accident. They repaired with insurance claim. Though had issue with insurance appraisal total value, woburn toyota team resolved the issue. They really value the customer.
Sales representative Al Amrani was not like a typical car seller, but a member of the family. His candid approach helped us to make a purchase. The premises and overall staff inspire loyalty as a client.
Called in advance and made and appointment to test a specific car. Salesman not only made me wait, but also did not have the car ready to test drive. He then made me wait for 15 minutes until he could find one. After driving the car he wasted another half hour of my time to answer a few basic price questions.
Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had! As we continue to experience this national pandemic I was unsure if I should wait to purchase a new vehicle, but it couldn t have been easier, huge thanks to your staff! Thanks for everything!
Totally unresponsive. Very disappointed. I read someone else's review and it said he has never experienced someone trying so hard to lose a sale and I agree 100%. Had money in hand and could not get a response from a sales person or sales manager. Someone that understands business and customer service needs to take a look at the operations of this place. Terrible...
Do not get you car serviced there. 3 times in a row they messed up the simple service i had done. Im the idiot who keeps going back. First time, i went in to get brakes changed and came out with an annoying squeak they refused to fix. Second time i brought my car in for an oil change, and they left the oil cap off resulting in oil being sprayed all over the engine and then refused to take responsibility, the most recent time I went in for a first time service, (tire rotation, fluid fill, multipoint inspection, air fill) they made me wait almost an hour and a half and then i realized they didn't do any of the services i went in there for. I got home and checked my fluids, nope, windshield fluid still empty -then i check the tires, nope-the front tires were still in the front, My tire pressure was still the same after as it was before, so they didn't do anything at all. They even told me my tires were 1/32" which was not even correct..Never been to such an incompetent place before in my life.
Woburn Toyota Rocks! Just purchased a car from there a few days ago. I was greeted by Ernest as I came in and he took his time and listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. I didn't have the best credit but I was able to get into a brand new corolla with payments that I could afford. If you go there just look for Ernest.
I mean, all car dealerships are inherently bad, but they took it to a new level. We scheduled a test drive yesterday, they messaged to confirm today, they called to confirm, then I called again and they said it was here. Got here and they said, sorry we had to send it to Nissan to get something fixed, then they finally said it was on some random lot in town and it would be 30 minutes. Get it together guys.
Gabriel Zorilla was a knowledgeable salesman. Very enthusiastic and helpful. He showed us various car models. He was pleasant to work with and would definitely buy a car from Gabriel
I just want to thank Ernest, Ahmed, and Phil for helping me with my first experience in buying a car. Everything went so smoothly, I couldn t be happier in choosing the right car for my son and myself.
Horrible customer service....Jeremy and Abdu tried a disgusted way to sell us a car. I told Jeremy I was there to look at a certain car...he was a little busy so he asked his co-worker Abdu to help us out with that....He immediately responded "oh the car is sold"...car was never sold and probably will never sell with sales people like them.....I told them.."no problem" and i was leaving, when Jeremy said ,"you know what? I don't know if the guy is coming for it so you can test drive it. They did not negotiate the price at all, even though they had told me they would work with me. Couple of weeks later I offered them full price. I was in my way to go and buy the car when they call me and tell me that I had to pay another $750 to fill out the bill of sale and RMV1....I was so pissed off and told them to shove it... Worst experience ever....they are a bunch of tricksters...poor old people that get taken for a ride there.
Costumer service at the service department is not good. I bring car to oil change, tire rotation 25.000 inspection and sticker, they fell on sticker because have yellow fog lights and only did oil change, on report they was say they did the tire rotation but is not, wash fluid and I live is very low lights came on on my dash board. I let the service I will change the fog lights and do the sticker again hi told like you need came back because I not here for you all day long I don t think is good costumer service. The time I was talking to him was 4:40 PM, only take-me 5 minutes to change Very disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at Toyota Woburn. After leaving the dealership, I felt like I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my next car. I also was offered some amazing pricing options. I had the opportunity to work with Sergei Orlov in finding the right vehicle for me. Sergei made me feel at ease by giving me the best options for my desired car features and price point. He was fast, efficient and thorough, and I was able to get my vehicle on the road soon after our meeting. When signing the closing paperwork, I worked with George Akhpatelov and I again had amazing treatment. George was able to explain all parts of my contract as questions arose. His service was excellent and I never felt as though I was just trying to be sold something, as I have felt at other deanships in the past. I would absolutely recommend Woburn Toyota to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Everyone I encountered at the office was top notch. If you want a dealership with down to earth and knowledgeable reps (such as I had) this is your place.
