Can't say much because we never made it in the door. No place to park or signage for customers. When we finally squeezed into a space, we were told to move - pointed toward back of building, opposite entrance. We simply left & will try another dealership.

I had an appointment before I came and I arrived 20 minues early. They told me, I could not have my appointment on time because of ppl just walking by, there were two ppl in front on me in the list, I couldn't have my appointment on time. Because the place would close at 7. If you take walking by person in front the list from the person who made an appointment, why you are making an appointment? What is the usage of this appointment? I left my job early and drove 13 miles on the traffic jam for reaching my appointment.I don't think I will come this place again. There are many nicer customer friendly place, no need to spend my time and money in this place

Thank you Mr welly for the humiliation and the insult. What a horrible customer service, 30 years of working is no worth if we treat your customer like this. Thank you Woburn Toyata will not return again. We went to check on some used car, but could not decide on, and was not able to xome to a conclusion. Mr. Welly's pressure tactics didnt work so he became very aggressive and insulted us. I am also into service industry for 15 years but have not met a person like him. I was a return customer only because of Mr Haney. But we are done with Woburn Toyota. Thank you for your customer service.

Not happy whatsoever with the service provided by the salesman "michael garas" who was extremely disrespectful. it got to the point where i was pretty much told to go screw and that they didnt need my business. this is all within the first 30 minutes of talking. I only asked for an invoice which he said was "not possible on a used car" which is a complete lie, then told me the msrp on the car was 40,000 however when they then sent the original window sticker AND claimed that was the invoice the actual selling price was 45,000. this guy had no idea what he was talking about and i will be recommending to everyone i know and talk to not to deal with this business ever!!

Worst experience of the car service I had ever there, they took 4 hours just firing out that car tire can't be reparable. Even they didn't inform me after 4 hours. I went to the desk and asked my car status, one of the guy was very rude language to said me i don't about your car. Finally after 15 mins they found a guy who came to me and say that you car tire can't be fixed, do you wanna change it. I said yes and they took 1.5 hours more to fix it. When I got the key and moved to the car, jack and other tools of my car were missing. I went back to same guy and said that where are tools of my car. He said we didn't find any tools in your car, he wasn't agree that tool were in my car, I said please ask your technician, and technician said sorry it's my bad that I forgot to put it into the car.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. You guys need to learn customer service!!! Awful Customer service provided when you call them. Get organized people, learn how to treat your customers! Emailed the manager twice asking for our paperwork--they never bored to get back to us. Left a voicemail for the person in charge--never called me back. Called them again, the lady who answered the phone put me on hold and then disconnected me. Called 3 more times and instead of picking up they hung up on me again. I also know someone who's worked in this place before and

The salesmen was Great , but they fired him and no one followed up on what he had going on. Spent hours in the dealership on the day of pick up only to find out they were getting our car ready when we got there. When we got the car it was not complete . No remote starter which we ve paid for no inspection sticker which they said they would take care of. Gave them vehicle back again only to come back the next day for them to tell me they didn t finish anything . Reached out to the GM by voicemail and email and it has been 2 days since I haven t heard back from them. Really wanted to hold back on leaving such a bad review but they have made this the worst car buying experience of my life .

My son and I went there to test drive the car that he wanted to drive. We met with Gabriel, who made us feel at home and comfortable right away. After making a decision on the car he wanted, Gabriel and Phil was also able to help him get approved for a loan and reassured him that everything would be ok. I m happy that my son will be driving off in his car this Wednesday.

I have been to Woburn toyota located at 394 Washington Street, Woburn, MA 01801 on 3/8/2015 to look at a used Prius.
I was shocked at the behaviour of the Sales manager at the delearship. No wonder Google and yelp has 3.5 rating about the delearship. And some of the posts specifically mentioned the Sales Manager. I should have read those before going to delearship.

Here is what happened:

I had a look at the car, had a test drive and liked it. Then the sales associate asked me what is stopping me for proceeding to buy the car. I told him few external and internal factors. I explained him that I needed some time to think. I asked him if there is any discount on the car. As we all know, dealerships run discounts time to time. I know few had discounts for president's day few weeks ago. The sales associate said they dont have. I said ok and started to leave the dealership to think about the price and the car I was going to by. After all, No one wants to commit to spend close to $20000 without giving 2nd thought. Then the sales associate stopped me for leaving and asked me to sit while he goes and talks to his manager. I stopped the sales assocate from going to his manager as I needed some time to think and as I did not completely decide. The sales associate insisted that I stay while he goes and talks to his manager. The Associate and Manager talked for a while and came back to me. The manager comes

Manager: (With LOUD and DISRESPECTFUL voice)asks me - Did you decide to buy the car.

I: Said no.

Manage: Why

I: Few external and internal factors .. one of it was price.

Manager: WHAT ARE THE FACTORS (still with authoritative and DISRESPECTFUL voice)

I: Though I did not want to tell the external factors, I explained him.

Manager: (still with authoritative,unpleasent and DISRESPECTFUL voice) SO, U ARE STILL JUGGLING AROUND, YOU HAVE NOT DECIDED.

I: I have not decided. I told your sales associate the same. I told him not to talk to you as I did not decide , but your sales associated insisted.

Manager: WHEN YOU DECIDE COME BACK, THE CAR WILL BE HERE.

He need not tell me what I should do. Looks like manager came out to YELL at me (customer). I never asked him to come and talk to me. I was on my way out.

Hope this delearship understands that there are a lot of delearships for customers to choose from and a lot of them sell used cars.

I hope the manager understands that he is what he is because of the customers who come to the delearship and buy the cars.

I am just flabergasted about the behaviour of these people. This incident really hurt me. I bought a car from Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence, MA. It was like a breeze and liked it. When I needed the 2nd car, first thing I did was to call commonwealth. Unfortunately they did not have used Prius. If they had, I would have never gone to Woburn Toyota.

I hope the Owner of the delearship, reads this and takes necessary action to help the customers and save his delearship.

I just went through the worst customer service experience I've ever had ... I called Toyota from woburn to schedule my 15,000-mile maintenance and to ask a simple question ... if I could replace my windshield at this location because it's cracked and I would not like to use a windshield that s not like the original factory wind. I took the opportunity and asked if I could use my bumper to bumper insurance that I purchased to make this exchange .. after my call was transferred to the receptionist, finance department, and back to the service department I spoke to a rude lady that told me I would have to call my insurance company and ask them to make the switch ... neither gave me the courtesy of answering any of my questions and continued in an increasingly harsh tone that I should call my insurance company ... I don't think Toyota has this kind of training among its employees. If I called a representative of the brand that I chose to be my new car, and I'm treated that way, why would I return to this company for my car s maintenance? This lady urgently needs to go through a refresher to learn how to treat clients. I am very disappointed and really thought of changing my car, and never go near a Toyota dealer again!

I have always thought that Woburn Toyota was in a horrible location - and access to/from Washington Street can be a nightmare. After visiting the place, Toyota should really be ashamed of the place. The saving grace was my dealings with salesman Robert Fahey -- very simple and straightforward. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and Toyota's programs and is very responsive with calls/email/text. To spend as little time there as possible - ask for Robert Fahey.

He provided one of the best sales experiences I ve ever had at a dealership, aiming to please everyone in my family to ensure we got what we needed. When things were running a little long, he even brought my family some food to tide us over. We were able to flip the lease we had into a new one in under 3 hours, with Joe working alongside the car detailer to help get us out faster. I will definitely work with him again.

I just purchased my third car from Woburn Foreign Motors. I have had nothing but very good experiences with all departments in this dealership sales to repairs to body shop. I take my car their for all service appointments and have been able to arrange days and times that work for me to get my car needs met. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is if they had a better organized system for their clients. A lot of it has to do because of construction the dealership is going through though. Hopefully in the near future it'll be much better but besides that staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

I would not recommend Toyota of Woburn to anyone; this was by far the worst car buying experience of my life. I set-up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle that was advertised to have 5 miles on it, it had 53 miles on it. Haggled with the sales person to get a fair price for my Toyota trade-in, finally agreed on the end price. Word of advice to anyone get a copy of this signed agreement before sitting down with a finance person. Waited for over an hour to meet with a finance person who took the liberty of adding in items that I did not want or ask for, I only requested an Extended Warranty - fortunately, I was able to cancel these. The finance person was very rude and unprofessional, repeatedly got up and left the room with no explanation. This whole experience should not have taken over 3 hours - that is not acceptable. Then the sales person was supposed to deliver the vehicle to me since I do not live in Massachusetts. The plan was to give me a call when he was leaving Woburn and meet at my Town Hall, which closed at 4:00. As the time grew later into the day, and after multiple unreturned calls from the sales person, I contacted his manager and finally received a return call. The sales person arrived 45 minutes late and the Town Hall offices were closed really? In addition, he did not have the necessary paperwork with him - unbelievable! They had to send a runner with the paperwork the next day, Town Hall closed at 12:30 and it was a Friday before a long holiday weekend. The runner arrives just in time, 5 minutes before the office closed and then the torture was finally over. My family and I have owned several Toyotas over the years and will continue buying Toyotas - just NEVER from Toyota of Woburn buyer beware.

Terrible! They help you until you pay, after that you have zero support!!!

I bought a used car a week ago, the car came with a broken locker and window. I spent the whole day there and they didn t fix it, just asked me to come back next week.
Now the car stopped working! Simply doesn t turn on! A WEEK AFTER THE PURCHASE! I called them and they told me I signed a contract and there is nothing they can do. I don t expect they giving me a new car but at least work with us to try to solve the problem. Rude attendants, poor service, I m really unhappy.

They squeezed me right in no problem and took great care of me. I called ahead of time yesterday to ask about test driving one of their used vehicles. Went in as scheduled and was made to wait 20+ minutes while someone in sales freed up. Spent another 10-15 minutes waiting when they told me that a manager had the car for the rest of the day and when could I come back to drive it. Awful experience especially compared to their competition. Check out the Yelp reviews on this dealership too and beware.

Honestly RUN far away. They don't even deserved oneo star. ThisThi the worst place to buy a car Ever. They sold me my GAP and service contract and my car was totaled 9 months ago and I'm still waiting for payment. At first GAP wouldn't pay because the service contract had to be cancelled. I went to Toyota multiple times and called them and it took 9 months for them to cancel the contract and it's only because I got the service contract company number. Well now GAP still hasn't paid because the service contract company sent Toyota the info and check for the remainder of the money and the finance Dept at Toyota won't get back to me. The last time I went in, he told me to email him, well I have multiple times and no response and when you call the finance Dept they don't answer. I absolutely had it with this company. Not to mention after my last car got totaled I got a certified car from them and they said it came with free oil changes for 2 years, well when I went to get my oil change and service dept had no clue and told me it doesn't come with free oil changes. They only want your money and once they get it they want nothing to do with you. I will NEVER buy a car from this place, if you do good luck with any service or if you have any issues, because they will not help you.

UPDATE 10/17/2018: 2 months later, I sent an email to the GM Ken after he responded back to my original review and still have no response from him. Hoping this will get their attention as they still owe me a spare key.

Original Post:
I had been looking for a used RAV4 for a little while when I came across the one I wanted at Woburn Toyota. So I went in and my dad and I were paired with Mark. At first everything was great, I put a deposit on the car and came the next day to fill out the paperwork. During the first visit, another car dealer was screaming a couple of clients about them not wanting to move forward with the purchase, so unprofessional and rude to do in front of other clients. That s just bad business. The next day when I filled out the paperwork we were there for over 3 hours. While I understand it takes time, 3 hours seems excessive. Next, they told me the car would be detailed inside and out, it would have a full tank of gas, the original roof racks and it would be inspected and have it s plates (which we paid for the office to do). Lastly, I was told I d be given a second key. They said come in the afternoon two days later to pick it up and it will be ready. The only thing they did was fill the gas tank. I have photos of the car and I know it wasn t washed on the outside and definitely wasn t even wiped down on the inside. I texted Mark at 10am to let him know I d be there about 1pm to pick up my car. After no response until 2pm that day he said the car wasn t ready and to pick it up at 3 but I was already on my way there. I waited close to 2 hours for someone to even tell me where my car was. Finally I got it close to 3:50pm. That s when I noticed that it wasn t cleaned, they had taken off the original roof racks that were silver and gave me back ones that clearly don t match. Mark said that they were brand new and that s why I was getting them which is a bunch of lies. The other ones were nicer and I want them back. Next, the car was NOT inspected and we paid for that and I was only given one key. They told me come back within a week to get the inspection and by then we can make a key. Another thing that was supposed to be done WAY before I got there. I was so upset and felt cheated by this dealership, I sent an email to mark and Markus Perkins who did the paperwork, explaining to them I wanted my key, roof racks back and for it to be cleaned inside and out. Mark responded the next day and said saying the roof racks were black . Completely ignoring everything else I said. Also no managers, or hire ups have reached out to me to try and fix any of the mistakes. This car dealership is terrible. The only reason why I would go back is to get my key and I wish they could transfer my business to a different Toyota dealership. Here s some advice: don t make promises you can t keep.

Before coming into this location to look at a certain car I wanted I spoke to the manager and asked if the car I was looking at was still available, he told me yes. I explained to him I went to 3 different dealerships that we're supposed to hold a car for me and didn't I told him I would drive down there to look at the car and start the process to purchase the car. He told me he would hold it for me I told him I would be there an about an hour because that's how long it would take me to get there because I lived an hour away. I get to the dealership and see the car I go to look and notice it says sold. I asked the guy that was supposed to help me if it was sold he said no they just put that there because they were holding it for me. 5 min later he comes over and told me it was sold 20 min prior. I should have known by looking at the Google reviews that this place was trash and a waste of time and gas. It's all about the dollar and not the customer service I advise you to stay away and don't waste your time here they just want your money.

I dropped my car for service and the car was parked next to the Construction fence. when i went for pick up, my car was completely covered in the sand dust caused by their construction. I took it for car wash at my cost and then realized there are multiple spots where the paint chipped away by small stones. I went back immediately and also the next morning and also wrote emails but all in vain. I have been pushed back saying that it might have been caused in the highway driving. I bought this CPO car only a month ago and i know the car was not like this earlier.

This place will give you headaches. They are terrible communicators within their organization and it leads to unneeded stress you don t need when trying to purchase a vehicle.

That being said they do often have great prices, I ve gotten great deals here. Just make sure you pay attention.

I just purchased a new Toyota through Woburn on Friday. The whole process was great from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with CJ and I thought I knew my stuff about the vehicle I was looking at, but I'm convinced no one knows more about Toyotas than he does. He answered every question I had, walked me through every detail of the vehicle, and made sure that I was 100% informed in my decision to purchase. While waiting for vehicle delivery he stayed in touch with me, unprompted mind you, and kept me updated on the process every step of the way. After my experience with him I don't think there would be any other dealer in the area I would reach out to first when it comes time for my next purchase.

I just bought a new 4runner and brought my suv to ...

I just bought a new 4runner and brought my suv to woburn Toyota to have someone demonstrate the 4x4 shifter sequence hi to low. The toyota salesmen that attempted to demonstrate these features did so incorrectly and grinded out my transfer case as well
Causing other problems. Since this happened my suv has been making noise and driving awfully. No longer driving well. Feels like the drivetrain is now damaged.
I have reported this several times to woburn and still my car is having these issues.

** I have driven into the service center many times and have explained everything to the personnel yet I still have the same problems with the vehicle. Following an alignment as well as first service and inspection my vehicle
Continues to have undiagnosed issues. At this point Due to this horrible experience I cannot in good conscience make a recommendation to use woburn Toyota. I am very disappointed. I will now open a case with Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healeys office.

I was at Woburn Toyota week before last weekend, looked for cars, picked a car and finalized the price, gave a deposit for the car and I clearly said that I am financing through my own bank and I don t need it from the dealer and just wanted the purchase and sales agreement to go get the check from my bank. Then the sales guy sent me over to his finance person (Karl) who was suppose to get all the paper works done and hand me over the sales and purchase agreement, but rather, he tried to talk me into financing with Woburn Toyota and I said again that I have my loan approved and I am all set, at this point the finance guy seems bit upset and he quickly closed all the documents and made a photo copy of a document which is called AAG CASH DISCLOSURE and gave it me saying that is the sales and purchase agreement go get the check from bank. Given, that this is my 4th car that I am buying, I knew exactly what a sales and purchase agreement would look like so I asked him again and, Karl, said yes that s it. So, given that I haven t bought a car recently, I assumed that things might have changed. However, soon as I went to my bank, I realized Karl actually bullied his customer and gave the run around. In fact, based on Karl initial treatment of me, I realized that he is not treating customers respectfully. Just because of this, I decided not to go forward and buy the from Woburn Toyota. I would NOT recommend Woburn Toyota for any business relationship mainly because of how they treat customers, they try to bully them assuming customers are stupid.

Long overdue, they sold me a LEMON and a half at the used car dealer, goes through 50 point inspection
Took a nice long email explaining the lemon law for the vehicle they sold me to get some repairs, within a week the steering rack went bad, I love how they tried selling me the extended warranty about three times, then they still someway found a way to try and sneak it in. I ll tell you one thing. Do NOT buy from the used car dealership, well, I went there because it was a first car for my daughter....

We drove over an hour to look at a truck they had listed on their website, made an appointment ahead of time and everything, only to get here and have them say oh, we re sorry, that truck JUST sold. For anyone considering buying a used car from here, do yourself a favor and don t even bother going. All Woburn Toyota is is a waste of time and one big scam.

Dont buy a car here. Horrible experience. They are very unorganized and made buying a new car a giant headache. I bought my car a week and a half ago and I'm still dealing with problems that they are not resolving. Not giving me an inspection sticker and being confused when I ask for one, rude sales manager who interrupted my husband a lot - I just want to be done with this dealership but they haven't been able to fix a problem on my car and I keep needing to go back. If you want a Toyota go to Ira or Atlantic on the Lynnway. I've bought three cars from those dealerships and the process went a thousand times smoother than it did with Woburn.

I had an issue coming in with my car making screeching noises and metal cranking noises when I made hard turns.

The sales rep had recommendations from the mechanic that would remove these sounds so I took them. Changing the brake pads and rotors along with some other recommendations (i.e new spark plugs, cabin and engine filters).

After 1k in labor and parts the screeching and grinding issue was not fixed and I was still getting the noises.

I took my car back into the shop to have it looked at. The sales rep proceeded to tell me this was a body shop issue, and I would have to take my car elsewhere to get it fixed (an auto body shop).

I ended up spending 1k in repairs that didn't fix the original issue.

I had a tire sensor issue not to long after purchasing my Rav that caused quite a headache. I worked with Mike and he was great! He is a genuine guy that will go out of his way to make sure your car is fixed and your happy! I will only be working with him going forward. If you need service done at Woburn Toyota I highly recommend asking for Mike. You wont be disappointed!

Our experience with Julio Bencid was the best we could've asked for. After going to several car dealerships we finally went to Woburn Toyota where Julio found us the car of our dreams. He has been so hands on and took a lot of time out of his day for us. Not only is he very personable, he also is extremely knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He gave us his private cell and was available to us 24/7 even outside of his work hours.
We couldn't be happier with our experience. We will definitely stay in touch with Julio and come back for the next car!

Your service at Woburn Toyota Service Center by your titled (Professional Mechanics) handled my vehicle poorly, never looked into finding the source of my vehicle's antifreeze leek, and automatically figured just replacing the entire radiator would solve any and all leakage problem, and save them the pain and time of thoroughly searching the main reason for the leak. So my vehicle was returned without original not broken Radiator and charged for a After Market radiator labor and parts costing me over $800. Yet they never fixed the original leakage problem. Had my vehicle returned 2 times after this, missed time from work and treated awful by on duty female Manager, started to feel like it was racially Motivated others witness this behavior and came to the same conclusion. I was forced to give my credit card for the second loaner and it was insultingly filthy inside and out, cover with mud spash from front to back, I have the photos if you like me to post it, it was littered with trash. My vehicle was never fixed. Not only that both of the loaner vehicles had the personal loaner agreement papers of the last 4 people with the vehicle. I have proof of that too. There names addresses, Date of Birth, that license number, telephone numbers. This is a violation of privacy laws of Massachusetts. And the manager against my will wrote my master card information on the loaner agreement. Like I mentioned. I found out how they store personal information and I'm not comfortable with there practice.

Terrible experience with a used vehicle. They sold me a Tundra "in good condition". They passed it with a MA state inspection with no e brake and tires under the legal limit, but failed it, with the black R, for an 02 sensor. They said drive it 100 miles then bring it back to them. I took it to a local place instead as I didn't want to make that drive. That's when I found out the tires were too bald to pass and the ebrake did nothing. I had they e brake fixed, they promised to reimburse me as I live over an hour away, they never did. They said we could work something out about the tires if they failed, they never did. They kept stringing me along with promises until a month had passed, pretty sure to get by the time I had to return the truck. I've since had to have the front differential rebuilt, the starter replaced. Sure, it was a high miles truck but a competent mechanic would have caught these things, shame on me for trusting Woburn Toyota. Don't make the same mistake.

Very disappointed. I had a drive in for service for replace not functioning head lights. They want appointment!! Completely discouraged me to drive in for an emergency service. Attitude was, man, I don't want you drive in for emergency service. Then, last time when I went there for an oil change with an appointment, they forced me to add this and that, so that my bill was nearly $500. At the end, there was a complement "man, your car is well maintained and is in good condition". If so, why $500?

Years ago I bought a new 2002 Toyota Prius from Woburn Toyota, and I bought it from Robert Fahey. As the years past I added mileage to the car, first one hundred then two hundred thousand miles. During that time I talked to Robert about replacing it. This year I got a new 2015 Prius and Robert helped me get a great deal on a lease. I d obviously recommend, the dealer, the service department, and Robert to anyone.

Bait & Switch, I saw 2019 Tundra with 10 miles on it on Cargurus that was listed by this dealer, I made an appointment to see it on the same day after 3 hours, drove 30 miles each way to the dealer in the traffic to see the truck when I got there they made up a story that the truck was sold and registered to another person but could not get the finance ( I knew at the moment they were B.S.) but they still had the truck but could not sell it, I insisted to see it, the truck they showed me had 1426 miles and different VIN, they are bunch of liers and this blind advertising should be illegal, so consumers don't waste their time and money.

What a beautiful building! Well organized friendly reception nice spaces to relax wait .. nice freebies popcorn etc .. kept little ones happy.

Keith was very nice friendly Down to earth down to the point and took time to explain all our questions. He did try to upsell me bringing a trim up from what I asked and added BS fluff like 200 to 300$ four nitro fill in tires (that's one of the fees they later negotiate off)

They matched for the most part another internet price. Manager was nice friendly As well. But ended up having different needs.

This is where the good ends.

We decided on a used vehicle. One turns up at this place. I call to make sure its available They confirm. I go over to get appraisal on my trade in and would come later on with spouse so she can see it too. Still have the used car we want.

I go back later ...confirm by phone to make sure they have car out. I arrive to be told shucks it's been sold over a month ago but we're are waiting for the title so it still appears as available. But.... here's a better lease and new car deal than we offered you before.

Sheisters posted a fake listing to get me to go in and then pull the old ... but for a little more you can have a new car.

Really turned off ... wasted so much of my time.

My review is for the service department.

I came in for the airbag recall (about a years late, I know, whatever) and left the day after with a new airbag, new battery and something about axles and grease.

(this is still a shock to me, but cars need maintenance apparently)

Because the car needed more time, they arranged for me be shuttled over to Enterprise, paid for a car rental and then to be shuttled back over. I was pleasantly surprised.

Car repairs are one of those things you can never be 100% happy about because you're already lots of dollars down and that effects you when considering how you feel about the place that took them. Even with that in mind I had nothing but professionalism and excellent customer service all the way.

Things were explained, the car was done when they said it would be done, the price was way closer to the estimate than I was expecting.
If I'm super critical I had to reset the dashboard clock because the battery was unhooked, but then if it's classed as billable hours, maybe it's better I did it myself.

I can't say enough positive things about Woburn Toyota and the car buying experience. From the moment I walked in to pulling off the lot in my new Toyota RAV4 the process couldn't have been easier! Vinny, my sales associate made sure I understood everything and worked to get me a brand new car within the budget I had to work with. Every member of the Woburn Toyota team that I interacted with made the process so simple and efficient! I am very glad I went to Woburn Toyota and can say I have found a dealership I can truly trust and rely on. I will 100% be back!
