The service we received from John Russo and his crew was par excellence. It actually began when we were away on vacation. Uncertain if an unfinished road had done damage to my car, I called John Russo in the Service Dept. After patiently listening to my concerns, he gave me expert advice that may have saved me hundreds of dollars in service fees from a less scrupulous mechanic.

When we returned, we brought the car in to be serviced. As always, we were treated with patience, kindness and respect. John's "service with a sense of humor" really takes the stress out of getting your car fixed. He showed my "car guy" exactly what needed to be done and explained all of our options before any work was done. And he made every effort to help us not spend more than we could afford. The work was completed with their usual efficiency and we were kept informed of the progress throughout.

Not to be overlooked is the greeter at the gate when you first arrive. With all of the new construction going on, he provides a valuable service, his directions always helpful and delivered with pleasant attitude and cheerful smile.
