Order some food end of Feb, its still processing with no shipping. I understand your behind with orders. But I tried to chat with a rep to asking when I might get it or an update of some kind. I gave my order number and then didn't hear back for nearly 20 minutes. No response, I asked he was still there, nothing. So I closed the chat hoping someone will reach out to me. First time ordering from this company and not impressed.

Update! Still 1 start because I emailed about 4 days ago now , because the rep asked me to, and still no response. So, basically, what we have here is no one will respond to when my product will ship, but they sure as hell took my money fast! American company at its best! I would steer clear of this company and find a company that will at least talk to you.
