Wise made it appear that they had items in stock and available for shipping, they actually had what appeared to be an in stock counter, which made me feel comfortable placing my order. However, after the order was placed, there was no follow up communication. My credit card was charged and nothing for over two weeks. Only after I reached out to them regarding the status of my order, which based upon the information given at the time of purchase was long overdue on delivery, did I find out that the items would be delayed. Had I known that the items were not available at the time I was placing the order, I would not have made the order. I am not happy with what I perceive as a bait and switch on the available inventory. Wise is not alone in this tactic, there are other companies in this sector that did the same thing. Very disappointed.
