Wise has great products and we have purchased a lot of them. However, when I placed my last order on 3-1-19, my credit card was immediately charged. I figured we would get the order in a week to 10 days since neither item was on back order. The order finally arrived on 3-28-19. I had called Wise twice in the interim and spoke with 'Blaine' in the order dept. Because of him I'm giving 4 stars rather than 2 stars. It should never take 4 weeks to pack and ship an order when the items were in stock at the time the order was placed.
