Placed an order that was in stock based on their website. After two weeks I didn t receive any shipping info so I called Customer Service. They told me the food buckets were in stock, but they were waiting on the water filters and fire starter to ship the order together. A week and a half later I received tracking info and two days later received the water filters and fire starter. I called the Customer Service line again and asked them about the food buckets to which they said they are out of stock. The representative told me the buckets were reallocated to another order and then proceeded to tell me that they don t have an expected date for our order. I was told to simply sit tight and hope for the best. Awful service and terrible business practices. Would not recommend and will not be buying again.
