Not as nice as expected, seems to need maintenance. There wasn't any toilet paper in the room. The bath/shower were dirty as was the bathroom floor. The good things were hot water fast and lots of it. The bed was comfortable.
Super nice staff, no hassle check outs, quiet and clean,,,,,needed the best for my 14 year old Daughter and her sleep over!! Cashed in my 15,000 wyndham rewards points and it was awesome!! My Daughter and her friends had a blast and loved the room when they walk inside and saw the hugh Suite!! That was above and beyond what she expected!!!!!!

Nice hotel clean room, friendly helpful staff. The lady who is over the breakfast area is very nice and friendly a very hard worker who was constantly working to make sure the breakfast area was well stocked and nice and clean.

Took about an hour to get checked in. The next morning took my shower and was finishing getting dressed and the door opened. It was house keeping. She didn't knock or say anything until she saw me and only said "sorry" and closed the door. Went down for breakfast and it was after 9:00 but they stop serving after 10:00.. There was only 2 pieces of fruit and when we asked the attendant she stated that was all they had. She practically stood there watching us.
Not good. I would not stay here again. Arrived 10:30pm at floor to find that room number sign had fallen off wall. Many broken down boxes left at ice machine and food wrappers on table near machine. Glasses in room upside on counter - no wrapper! I took pictures and went down to front desk and showed the very young manager. She said they were new management. The next morning, no changes, nothing cleaned up. Breakfast area - tables sticky with jelly and garbage cans overflowing. Same manager on duty - that just doesn't care!!!
Beware!! their website states that there is free shuttle service from airport to location however what they fail to state is that one has to call them 24 hours in advance to make a reservation for pick up. I was stuck having to pay for an Uber. Their bathroom was dingy and they have no vending machines. I had to go across the street for bottled water. This was a very disappointing experience

Staffed by one person on a Saturday night, waited 25 minuets for service due to a shuttle run to the airport. Room is sub par for the price, there are 15 other hotels on the road, please do yourself a favor and check into one of those.
Beautiful place. Friendly people. There bathroom needs some updates ie the toilet wouldn't flush properly and some mold on the chalk around tub/shower. The pool and hot tub area needs attention. Other than that. Exceptionally great sleep!

Dirty hotel, neglectful staff, rude front desk. We booked through Expedia well in advance of our stay. Upon arriving, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we had paid already. We, of course, told him yes, and let him know we booked through Expedia. He said he understood, then asked for my credit card. I asked why, seeing as we already paid, he told us about the few dollars (which he lied about, it is actually $50) to charge the card that would be refunded so we would have a card on file and nothing else would be charged. I understood, so I handed my card over. The room was alright, bed and pillows were comfy, shower water came out orange (we had to run it a while before it cleared up), closet doors and bathroom were not in great shape by any means. Today (the day we checked out), we get home in another state to see they ended up charging us for our room. After calling, I'm being told there is nothing they can do, and that I need to call them tomorrow when the manager is there, even though the staff member (who first told me his name was Kay, then spelled it differently when corporate called), was able to contact him. The employee who checked us in acknowledged we had already paid for the room, assured us our card wouldn't be paid more than the fee to get my card on file, and went back to sitting down where no one could see him to make the next person wait on him as well. I called today, and got the run around, got put on hold for an unnecessary amount of time, and shoved off to call another time. Corporate wasn't much help either, but at least they were polite. This is ridiculous.
The room itself is good. I see where the furniture was updated. There was a huge dent in the wall next to the air unit. In the bathroom, there was a large crack in the shower. Also, there were no room numbers on my room nor the one next to me. I had to ask a housekeeper where my room was. The door to the outside did not lock. I know they are aware of this because this has been posted numerous times in ALL the reviews of this hotel. Also on the bathroom ceiling, there were water spots. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The microwave didn't work properly. We had to unplug it and re-plug it again. When we did plug it back in, it started automatically at 3 minutes. The clerk at the front desk told me if I called the police or someone called the police on me, they would charge me $250.00. Who tells their guests that? Isn't this supposed to be a top rated hotel? I will never book at this location again. I hope this doesn't represent Wingate hotels as a whole.
Hotel seems a little older and is rough around the edges if you look hard enough. But bed was comfortable after a long day on the road. Husband enjoyed the hot tub to relax his back, and I took advantage of the treadmill in the exercise room. Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast, but it did the job. Overall, not bad.

Stay far far away. Management is rude, maids don't clean rooms or wash the bedding. Every door lock to get into the hotel is broken so anyone can come and go as they please. My truck was broken into and stolen in the parking lot. A trailer was stolen from the parking lot the same week. Management refused to help and was very rude. They need to be shut down or under new management!
It was very comfortable..clean..it has a gym pool..my room had a sofa bed..it was nice..the breakfast was excellent...i would recommend...
Stayed here with a prepaid card one night and came back a couple nights later with a prepaid card and the same worker that was working the first night would not allow me and my wife to stay the second night even though he accepted the prepaid card the first time. Other than that the place was great

Problems from the beginning. Would not use the card offered bc it was a prepaid even though it is provided for a paycheck deposit. Despite that same card being charged at 6PM. I had to put my bank card on file. That card was also charged for the same room. Could not use the pool because there was glass in it. The brbathroom had debri and lids in the corner of the bathroom underneath the vanity. To top of this fabulous visit to my hometown to see my family I got to walk through sopping wet carpet from the air conditioning unit leaking in to the carpet. Staff was not helpful or transparent about the card charges. The 2 stars is only because the breakfast was decent.

Fabulous hotel! I can't say enough good things. They provided me (accurate) directions around OKC. They provided me a wake up call, had a shuttle ready for me at the time I asked, and picked me up 8 days later at the airport for free. I liked that they let me park my car for free at the airport while I was gone on vacation. Because I didn't have to pay for airport parking, the room basically paid for itself! Good breakfast, great customer service (thanks for the shuttle ride Dewayne!!!! He deserves a bonus!!!!!) and clean rooms. Highly recommend!
My husband actually picked this hotel room from how beautiful it looked from the outside. The moment we entered the hotel room it felt like they had the heater on.(it s the middle summer). We walked in noticing a weird smell and noticing the room wasn t as clean as you would expect. We were just tired and wanted to go to bed. As soon as we went to bed I started to get very very itchy. I got up lookin through the sheets and spotted a bug run across our sheets and realized it was a BED BUG. I immediately jumped up, woke my husband and our two children. We got our things and demanded our money back. We will never stay at a Wingate hotel EVER again.
eeeeK!!! Bed Bugs!!!!!!!! I moved the coverlet on the bed and one jumped onto my hand. I shook it off and then found another! The manager tried to make right by moving us to a new room, but I didn't feel comfortable staying there. They cancelled my reservation and we went to the Fairfield.
Was not impressed with this establishment. Justly had very low rates for the room obviously reason being rooms were not kept in the upmost care or cleanliness. Won't be staying here again.

I give one star (it won't let me lower) and that's to the guy at the front desk. Otherwise we never got more towels, they have a 2x4 wood blocking the door which is a huge safety hazard. When we got to our room it didn't have a fire alarm it was taken off the wall, the toilet was wobbly, our tv didn't work. Did you call? Yes,!we called twice and no one came to fix it as promised. Breakfast is lousy and not warm, and when we we went to the pool there was band aids everywhere in the hot tub and pool, they do not do a good job at cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone , and oh yeah to top it off their was "penis confetti" at our entrance of our door and on our pillow cases!!!!! Disgusting to say the least.
I ve never left a review before, but this was awful! It was my birthday so I wanted something nice. I ve been a Wyndham Platinum member for a while and this was easily the WORST Wyndham hotel I ve ever stayed at! I splurged and for the Deluxe King suite because I wanted the nice jetted tub. The AC was broken in the hotel and it was so hot! The room was dingy and disgusting, the AC made a horrible rattling noise and every once in a while this horrible high pitched scream would go off. Toilet paper holder was broken, I had two half used rolls of toilet paper. The walls were stained and it was just disgusting! I paid $120 when I could have stayed in a nicer motel 8!
Loved my stay here! Amber, the night clerk, was so delightful, efficient and helpful after my long trip. Vick the morning clerk was efficient, caring and helpful. My bed was so comfortable! And it was quiet there, essential to a good nights rest! The breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of food to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

Would not recommend, UNLESS you re really desperate for a last minute room. Customer service is alright, they seem understaffed. Rooms seem clean but if you really look...well our room the sheets were dirty had hair on them, bathtub was dirty as well. The morning after the cleaning ladies just walked in to our room. The day after that when we were fixing to leave I went to go check out and leave my room keys and the guy on duty had left the hotel with no one upfront I waited 30 minutes to check out.
This Hotel is under New Managment and will need time to grow. Booked on Priceline and got a good price on a King Size Room. Check in went smooth. Got to the room and the decor made the room dark. Opened up the drapes and turned on all the lights (One lamp had a missing bulb went to front desk to get one). The Room had the standard amenities King Bed, Computer Desk, Microwave, Fridge, Pullout Couch (Old Need Newer One), Plenty of Towels, Clean Room, Small Bathroom, A/C worked well, TV (Had to turn on Manually). The Room Keys for some reason kept de-activating (several trips to front desk). The Breakfast was OK, but the attendant let the trash fill up, tables and floor stayed dirty. Waffles, Eggs, Sausage/Bacon, Juice Coffee. First time I have stayed in any hotel and seen the employees eat breakfast where your customers are supposed to eat. The back and side doors did not work with your hotel key. As people continue to write reviews on this Hotel I hope the new management will address the issues.

WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO STAFF THEY NEVER OFFERED TO HAVE ME MOVED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM AS THE HOTEL WAS NOWHERE NEAR BOOKED ! ALL HE RELIED W "SORRY MA'AM". AS FOR MY BELONGINGS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN THEY ONLY REPLIED W TRY CALLING TOMORROW TO SEE IF YOUR ITEMS ARE TURNED INTO LOST AND FOUND WHEN ADVISED NOTHING WAS LOST THOSE ITEMS WERE THERE BEFORE STEPPING OUT TO ALLOW HOUSEKEEPING TO CLEAN AS I WAS CHECKING OUT DUE TO THE HORRIFIC SERVICES DISGUSTING FACILITY STAFF AND AMENITIES, POOL AREA CLOSED DUE TO REPAIRS IT STATED, IT WAS TRULY MY WORST NIGHTMARE AS I ALSO TOOK PICTURES OF THE ROOM BECAUSE I'M SIMPLY IN DISBELIEF AS TO HOW THEY ARE RUNNING THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION !
I booked my room online with Booking. com it said nothing about them not taking prepaid credit cards I hey there and they don't take my card so I told them to cancel my reservation will that didn't happen my card was charged and now I have to fight for my money to come back to me
Well ,where to begin? How about with our car getting broken into in the parking lot!? When I told the guy working the front desk he just acted surprised and said that he'd make a note of it and if they found anything they'd call us. And then very unapologetically turned away without even saying "have a good day."
The room itself was about what I expected for what I paid. Cheap, broken, marginally clean. I wouldn't stay here again. Ever.
The location is good and the service was wonderful. The room was clean but the bed was so hard!
Nice accomodations and very comfortable beds. They were short handed though, so when we had an issue with the room it took hours for them to send someone to resolve it.

Room was clean except for the missing toilet seat. The cordless phone did not work in our room, and we had to plug in the other phone to call the front desk. The deskperson came up and verified we had no toilet seat. He apologized and said maintenance must have not blocked the room. The rest of the stay was uneventful although you could smell marijuana in the hallways . There was 1 toaster and 1 waffle maker at breakfast, so I gave up waiting and ate a cold, untoasted bagel. When I contacted the company about the toilet seat issue I received a scripted response they would look into the problem. A personal email apology would have been appreciated.
Clean, comfy rooms. Great last minute price on Priceline. Room 310 had excellent shower pressure. Very friendly check in. Love the buttermints. >Took awhile to get hot water to room. Jacuzzi not working. Carpets in halls need cleaning.
I have been remotely working out of hotels lately and finally found my favorite one! The Wingate prices were amazing, the pool area perfect, a hidden gem there is a nice sized sauna!! And hot tub!! As well as perfect gym with great machines ! My room was a regular double queen ..at first I opted for 1 king with hideaway couch in case I had my children and the hotel manager generously for same price gave me double queen with fridge and microwave it had a large chair and ottoman ..I mean to say the least I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my decisions and money well spent! Staff so helpful and breakfast hit the spot..clean room..nice relaxing stay and I will book this hotel from now on if I'm in the city! Thank you for a great family friendly and affordable stay.
Clean hotel with a nice pool hot tub and a breakfast that served its purpose. Parking lot lighting was out, and the walls are paper thin. I had a room on the 4th floor and could hear the guy in the next room talk on the phone plain as day. It was as clear as if he was standing right outside my door.
Terrible service. Don't count on them to get you on the shuttle at your Reservation time! Two months later they offered to fix my problem lol! My problem ended once I got assertive and demanded a ride or a taxi after watching the driver/clerk check out 15 people from 935-1015. I scheduled a 945 ride. They had to ask a maintenance worker to drive me.

Side doors won t open with key card for guest forcing you to walk all the way to the front door in the rain.
Tub stopper didn t work preventing the ability to take a hot bath.
Bath tub had red stains in on the bottom truly resembling someone having a menstrual cycle. It caused me to even try to wipe it up with a wet washcloth.
Bathroom floor was dirty and had dirt and hair in the floor.
Outside the elevator door, the hallway on the third floor had a strong cigarette odor.
The bathroom vent fan had an excessive amount of dust collected in it causing it to be ineffective at removing steam in the bathroom.
One elevator had what appeared to be broken blue pills in the corner and was there the duration of a 4 day stay.
Television remote simply would not do anything other than turn the tv on and off. Was limited to one channel for the duration of the stay.
No lamp on or near the desk.
The rooms are kept clean and orderly and they have great service
So filthy. Hotel hallway looks like it had not been cleaned for over a week. Our room had so many issues and then found blood on comforter. They had no room for us to switch and just gave us some extra sheets. Then a bug fell out of those sheets and there is another blood stain. We left at 12:30am and went to a different place. Stay away.
If I could I wouldn't put a star at all. There is a housekeeper name Diana that has attitudes when you ask her for something .She is always on phone .She even has a lil kid that goes to work with her he looks like he steals .I would trust them to clean my room.There was a couple who told me when they got to hotel she never changed there bed . I don't recommend this hotel its nasty and dirty ! GoodLuck!
Nice spacious clean rooms. Hotel has breakfast and a restaurant, workout center.
They lock all the doors but the front door after 6 pm, so you have to walk in the dark all the way to the front of the building to get into the hotel. Other then that it was a great stay.

Hotel was nice and clean, employees were very welcoming, the prices was perfect.
Bed bugs, woke up to bites on me and reported it. Was told I wouldn't be charged and only wasn't charged for one night. 16 bites found them full of blood nice to wake up to.
When we arrived , we received our room key and headed up to our room . Once we got inside the room it was a horrific sight . I walked inside the bathroom to see the tub looked as if the dirt of the last guest was still inside the tub . We asked for another room , we received the key to the second room , the carpet was so disgusting I didn t even want to walk on the carpet with shoes on , and to top it off the electric socket in the bathroom wasn t probably placed , I tried to plug in my curling iron and sparks went flying . So again back to the front desk I go. I got the third room key , I m still unpleased with the cleanliness and the poorly maintain furniture. We spoke with the manager after receiving the third room key . The manger came to our room with 2 additional workers. The housekeeper tried to spray deodorizer in the room after we told her my mom had asthma and she was already having chest pain from the smell of mold in the room . We went through 4 more rooms before settling on the final room that was best out of the others. The lobby is the only nice part of the hotel . Mold is growing throughout the building as well . The pictures look nothing like the actual rooms. Im Currently looking for another room , I will not be spending my 5 night here . Save your time and money .
This hotel is alright. The employees are definitely all on drugs. The sonic across the street is pretty cool though, the guy will give you free milkshakes if your cool. But yea, I guess people from Oklahoma are just stupid in general.
This hotel is in serious need of new house keepers and possibly even torn down and built new! The floor in our room had not been vacuumed in who knows how long, the bathroom floor was disgusting and smelled like a bad gas station bathroom. The shower floor was cracked and part of the wall was coming off. I do not recommend.
Better then a hotel 6 but not really worth the money when you can stay at the wyndom just down the road that is so much better. Seems like there are a lot of things broke and the people don't seem to care about it at all. So far the ice machine on my floor, the side entry door, the door to the pool, and the hot tub are all broke with a response from the employees of "well it should work".
First Room that front desk clerk moves us to, the tub had a orange brownish ring around the tub, hair was under the sink by the toilet and when we moved to the second room, we pulled the cover back and there was a spider crawling out under the cover. I have pictures to prove it, and then the hotel gave us the run around about our reimbursement. Manager not one time ask to speak to us as customer.
Moldy rooms two times, i viewed a room on the third and fourth floor. Both rooms were damaged on walls and both had moldy bathrooms. Attendant had no kind of care towards it and refused any kind of assistance, bringing up a refund or confrontation of any kind resulted in him saying call the Manager tomorrow. Toban Thomas was rude unhelpful and quite frankly a dissapointment for a first impression on the facility.
If you are Fed Rate stay away better locations at the price point than this place.
You only need to look at the exterior to understand how poorly maintained this location is. The US Flag is faded and in tatters the Wingate flag is so faded its just white. The rooms are dirty and falling apart. Room cleaning is dangerous the mop water they used to clean the bathroom is black and cross contaminating all bathrooms. If you value your health do not stay here the cleaning practices are hazardous.
Breakfast was a joke it is the same sausage and egg every single day no variation in hot food.
I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Motel 6 is better quality than this dump.

Horrible my first time booking here. They cancel my reservation and gave it to somebody else. Whats the whole point of booking the hotel if they are going to cancel it. Worse experience ever for first time booking there!!!!!

The elevator actually smelled good, we were however disappointed with the bathroom in our room. The toilet paper holder had been broken, there was half a roll of toilet paper and the bathtub did not look clean. The bed was comfortable and clean though. It is a dated hotel.
Took 4 of my grandkids for a night away. We all loved it. It has a clean pool, whirlpool, & a workout room. To top it off, the breakfast was great, and the room was good too.
Very dissatesfied was he giving a prize for me and my children to stay the night paid online ahead of time when show up at the front door they want $100 cash deposit nothing was said till then
