Went to pick up a used vehicle for someone. Owner was very accommodating and helpful to answer questions and get me processed quickly.

Negative stars on Friday afternoon encountered a reckless limo driver refused to move when indicated to him how he was blocking view of another side of car.
He saw that he almost hit my car but he didn't STOP
I honk to him repeatedly but he didn't even notice then someone from the back of my car came front of him and stop n asked him to go back because HE ALMOST CRASHED MY CAR.!

Professional sales staff with timely and effective communication! Both drivers for our wedding were just as awesome as the sales team!

I ll start off with the positives - the vehicles that Windy City Limos provided were all terrific. We had a 12 person limo bus to carry around our wedding party and then booked the 23 person shuttle to get guests back to the hotel. The vehicles were clean and modern looking, and were great to ride in (we only rode in the limo bus but heard the shuttle was good too).

However, there were some issues with the drivers and communication that brought the experience down a bit. On the very first trip, the driver put in a wrong address to his GPS that would have taken the bride and bridesmaids 30 blocks out of the way and would have potentially thrown off our entire schedule. Luckily my (now) wife caught the mistake when she realized they were heading in the wrong direction. Then the driver sent all of the groomsmen into a panic by telling us he was going to be late when he had just both misread and misheard the time that he was supposed to be picking us up.

The shuttle had problems as well. I m still not sure how many trips it took between the venue and the hotel, because they never actually got in touch with the person we had designated as the shuttle contact. We do have confirmation of one trip happening, but the shuttle was parked down the street from the venue and someone had to cross the street and walk down a bit to see if it was actually there for the wedding because they had not contacted us.

So, while the vehicles were excellent and the drivers, dispatch, and our contact leading up to the wedding were all professional and friendly, there were some logistical issues that ended up being probably the most stressful part of our entire wedding.

Everyone at Windy City was easy to work with and really helped me with scheduling our motor coaches for wedding transportation. Most of our wedding guests, upwards of 90, were from out of town and not familiar with our North Shore area.. I had two motor coaches. The drivers were so kind and consulted me with every move. Our wedding guests were so appreciative. (Well worth no hassle and liability for guest consuming alcohol; no drinking and driving!)

I cannot say enough great things about Windy City Limo. From start to finish, their customer service was top notch. Klaudia was a great help in picking the perfect transportation for my guests and when another vendor fell through for my bridal party transportation, she worked above and beyond to provide us with an excellent alternative. The drivers were fantastic and professional as well. Because there was a slight hiccup with the pick up and drop off schedule for the guest transportation, Klaudia made it right by providing us with a credit (something she definitely did not have to do). The vehicles were also in great shape and photographed well. Highly recommend Windy City for any occasion!

We used Windy City for our wedding day and trips to and from the airport. They were AWESOME! They were very professional and exceeded our expectations! Bailey was our wedding coordinator and she provided a great package deal for us and terrific customer service. All of our drivers were friendly and polite. The customer service before and during was TERRIFIC! This company provides an outstanding customer experience. I would highly recommend them!

This company was recommended by our officiant but we found it through online reviews as well and I'm so glad. Not only were they very reasonable in pricing, they were also very accommodating and professional. Everything was handled so well with our booking. I rented a driver for my daughter's prom. The driver pulled up in a filthy black car so bad the car was grey, the same condition every one's car looked like last week when the dirty rain came thru. I asked how could he think it's acceptable to chauffeur a special occasion with a dirty car... he acted like I was crazy to question the condition of the car. I was embarrassed and could have just drove my clean car and took my daughter to prom myself. Further more the company still acts like it wasn't a big deal. Well it was for me my only daughter's prom WHICH WAS A BIG DEAL TO ME. Thanks for ruining a special day.

First called to get some information. That was great, however never heard back from them and I had to keep calling back and forth just to catch someone. It was so stressful. Sad to say, don't plan on using them. I wouldn't recommend for wedding services.

Negative stars on Saturday evening encountered a reckless limo driver refused to move when indicated to him how he was blocking view of stop sign, making it appear to drivers unfamiliar with area they had the right of way at busy intersection on game night near the United Center. This WCL driver pulled up in marked no parking area , his enormous limo bus illegally blocking busy intersection s only westbound stop sign in a construction zone. He recklessly endangered N/S bound drivers and pedestrians leaving park. And not just briefly did he endanger people the large wedding party was at the park a considerable time having their pictures done.

We indicated the hazard created by situating bus obstructing stop sign and suggested he merely move 30 feet back or turn corner and park there where there was ample safe parking.

At first he listened, seemed to understand problem and danger he was creating and agreed to move. Then he shut the window, changed his mind and sat like stone,went deaf, ignored repeated pleas and explanations, staring forward, refusing to interact.

Not only did he ignore me, my husband and ex CPD neighbor, he also ignored his own dispatcher who was trying to reach him after we called four times, desperate to get him to move as traffic was increasing. . I called to driver finally twenty min later that his dispatch was STILL trying to reach him; then he decided to answer them.

He spoke to them and dispatch related to us that he denied parking illegally or creating any hazard, there were no issues - totally lying,denying danger he was creating for cars approaching Adams and Peoria, despite his knowing we documented incident.

There were several nightmare reviews of a drivers similar behavior on Yelp terrible messes for several clients.

The lying and stubborn reckless endangerment notwithstanding can you imagine having a limo driver for your big event who doesn t answer his dispatcher?

You could need to contact limo, make a change or need desperately to reach limo with a change etc and he might very well just ignore that call too. That could screw up your event terribly, glaring communication errors a common theme noted in many negative WCL reviews.

And then he d just sit there and bold face lie like he did in this situation.

This whole situation and dispatchers response a dangerous mess for no reason.
Thank God nobody bought the farm at that intersection, sheer luck believe me.

Totally reckless liar who shouldn t be driving a Hover-round much less having responsibility for clients and citizens safety.

You d be better off having your Grandma drive you anywhere.

We used Windy City Limo for our wedding and they were great to work with. We had 1 smaller van for the bridal party to go from getting ready to the church, and we had a larger van for the whole wedding party to go around for pictures. They were on time and professional.

My fiancee works here, and they have great quality service.

The Windy City Limo company was recommended to us from our wedding coordinator, and after our initial phone call with them I knew this was the company for us. We had to provide transportation for all of our guests, and Windy City Limo made that entire process so easy. The drivers were nothing but the most professional and kind people, and I can not say enough nice things about them. Our limo driver, Michael, was so attentive to myself and my wife, and he went as far as helping her make sure her dress never touched the ground when she got out of the limo. This company should be your go to wedding transportation!

Klaudia from Windy City was so easy and pleasant to work with and made our experience very stress-free. We booked two buses to transport our wedding guests to and from our venue, and she was very responsive to all of our questions and helped us pick the right combination of buses for the size of our wedding. The company also sent us the contact info of the drives beforehand, and confirmed details with us a few times to make sure everything was correct. The day of, the shuttles were prompt and I only heard positive feedback from my guests about the transportation. We highly recommend Windy City for couples looking for wedding shuttles.

The mixed reviews for Windy City Limo really scared me when I was wedding planning. But my day-of coordinator INSISTED they were the best.

The negatives? Working with them up until the day wasn't exactly smooth. A week before the wedding, they flip-flopped about allowing me to wait in the vehicle prior to walking down the aisle. All the sudden, it went from $80 to $200 if I wanted to sit in the car for even 5 minutes after our 12-minute drive to the church (since the church had nowhere to wait). That left me scrambling to find an alternative on very short notice. I also just don't love the huge branding they put on the side of their party bus (and knew that before booking them). I totally get that it's an easy way to self-advertise, but it was just as tacky in person as I'd feared.

But day-of, I have to admit that our driver was actually really awesome. He was friendly and personable, and when a random rainstorm caused all kinds of chaos, he didn't even hesitate to accommodate. He and the security guard helped each girl hop back into the bus and they were so incredibly polite. My friends also told me our driver had been tapping the breaks along to the music, and everyone was laughing, loving it!

In the end, despite the tacky branding, our party bus through Windy City was SUCH a positive on our wedding day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others -- and be sure to request Timothy Zachas as your driver!

I'm a wedding photographer and have worked with many different transportation companies. Windy City is, hands down, the best. Every experience I've had with them as been great and I hope to work with them more in the future.

Yo this whack bus driver C H R I S was a total jerk during our entire bus ride. He threatened to call the cops on us several times for no reason other than him being slightly annoyed. He also refused to follow through on our teacher s plan to stop at the bathroom and made many of us hold in a lot of urine. Don t use this service, and if you must... DO NOT HIRE CHRIS

Driver was horrible! Kept going wrong way. Arguing with bride and groom! Didn't know how to work the A.C......said it was on...was blowing out hot air. Worst driver and experience ever! Would give zero stars if I could.

I am Wedding Planner in Chicago and Windy City Limo provided Shuttle Bus service this past weekend for a Wedding that I was the Day-of-Coordinator for. Here are the reasons I highly highly recommend them:
1. When the Driver arrived for pick up location he called me to let me know that he arrived at the destination. This is a HUGE help because it took the stress off my shoulders knowing that the shuttle had arrived on time.
2. They were early for every pick up.
3. One of the bridesmaids left their phone on the bus and the driver (Anthony) made a special trip at the end of the night to drop off the phone.
4. Their Wedding & Events Coordinator Klaudia is responsive and kind. Again, easy to work with and very flexible with changes that need to be made prior to Wedding Day.

We had a mixed experience using Windy City Limousine to transport our wedding guests to and from our wedding.

The booking process was easy; Bailey recommended a 56-seat coach bus as the best option for us. Our guests arrived in time for the ceremony and most of the evening shuttle service to 2 hotels went well.

And then ... the driver left the venue at the end of the night without the bride and groom and about 20 other guests. The itinerary we filed with Windy City clearly noted that the couple would be on the last trip leaving the venue.

Dispatch was apologetic and sent the driver back. A family member drove us back to the hotel where guests were waiting at an after party. Everyone else waited another 30 minutes until the driver returned.

Within the week, Claudia in the wedding department apologized and said the detailed itinerary should have prevented the problem from happening. She discounted our bill. We appreciated her quick response and apology but wish we didn't spend the end of our reception dealing with the driver's error.

The Raddison Hotel recommended them and we were glad they did. Offered infant car seat. Great and friendly custody service on the phone (Pat). Well maintained Escalade picked us up with a very friendly knowledgeable driver (Roger).

Waited 90 minutes for an "hourly" shuttle from a wedding reception -- should have been a 10-minute wait. No information provided, no second vehicle. Driver also clearly didn't know the area or route.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have encountered with a transportation company. We used them for the transportation of our guests for our wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond even allowing the guests to stop for a photo op of the city by the planetarium which everyone loved it's the best place to see the skyline of Chicago. I would absolutely use them again for anything we may have in the future.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Today I volunteered to be a chaperone and take a ride with kids heading to a Christian camp down in Byron IL from Bensenville IL. This was a predicted 4 hour trip there and back. When we arrived at the camp I got off the bus to use the restroom. I left my water, ear buds, and charger on the bus. Luckily, I took my phone. When I came out a few minutes later the driver was pulling away. I thought he was turning the bus around. But it turns out he left me and the other chaperone stranded. A second bus also transporting another load of kids was on the way. The driver of that bus communicated to the other driver (#1) my things were left on the bus. The bus driver of bus 1 said he was heading back to the church and would meet us there. Easy going as we are he was instructed to leave the items underneath the vehicle parked at the location. This was a courtesy to driver 1.

My 2 hour long ride back seemed longer as I had planned on using my earbuds on the drive home and charging my phone. When we arrived here nothing was there for me. Bus driver 2 seemed frustrated his peer did not follow through on his commitment and advised us he had taken the items back to Broadview. We are waiting now and told this other person, Jose will be here in 20 minutes with my items. Driver bus 2 did a walk through before he left the camp. Clearly driver bus 1 did not.

***Fast forward 15 minutes***

6:09pm I just called Jose wondering his status and he said he was just about leaving the office. He should be arriving in 20 minutes. My friend, the other chaperone has now walked over to the gas station next door to buy a new one.

Clearly your employee driver 1 has areas of opportunity that require your attention. I am not admin or plan any travel events, but anyone who is should be cognizant the driver wasn t diligent in getting our things back and had there not been a second bus we would have been stranded and forced to seek a way home. It was valuable time wasted. And driver 1 was unapologetic.

As a wedding planner, we have worked with Windy City multiple times and things have always run smoothly and the clients and guests have enjoyed their experience! We look forward to working with them more in the future!

We rented a bus from Windy City Limo for our wedding party a couple weeks ago and had an amazing experience with them. The communication organizing the bus was top notch, as we had to make many changes due to COVID. Windy City handled everything with threw at them in stride. Furthermore, our driver, Gloria, was amazing. She even gave me and my wife a wedding present! There was a pretty big spill on the bus, and they 100% took care of it. Highly recommend Windy City Limo!

On time service great accommodation to any events professional chauffeurs

My Friends and Family used Windy City Limousine for a town function. The 23 passenger Mini Buses were beautiful and clean. The Chauffeurs were accommodating and professional at all times. I recommend everyone to use Windy City Limousine for all transportation needs. They even can book a car/bus in a different state/country which helps planning my vacations easier and stress free.

This company is very hit and miss. I use them a lot for work and sometimes they are on it (no mistakes, always courteous, efficient) and others they are awful (wrong billing, rude drivers, inept). The fleet is well maintained and always clean and their billing department is nice- I've had to talk to them a few times... Mostly, don;t expect the same service everytime, but you can expect the same product.

We booked a black sedan to drive us from our wedding in Western Illinois to downtown Chicago. Our driver was professional, timely and courteous. The car was very nice, and the ride was smooth back to Chicago. Highly recommended for any special event transportation needs.

I was recently married on 10/19/19 and used Windy City to take our bridal party to and from the Oak Park Library for wedding photos. I looked through dozens of vendor options and so many were $1000+ for just a few hours of service, so I was happy to find that Windy City was much more reasonably priced and had some great reviews. My only critique would be that there wasn't much communication the week of the wedding -- I had to reach out a few days ahead of time to double-check when the service cost would be due, but they were quick to respond when I did so. The driver was very nice and super cautious (but we still made it everywhere on time) and wasn't bothered by my somewhat rowdy group. I would definitely recommend Windy City to brides and grooms looking for reliable transportation on their big day.

Very professional, customer service is 2nd to none

Great service. We used Windy City Limo for airport transfers to our hotel and then back to the airport when we left. The black SUV service worked out great. Both SUVs were comfortable and both drivers were professional and got us to our destination without any issue. Will definitely use again when visiting the Chicago area.

We used Windy City 25 person party bus to transport our wedding party and everything was awesome. It was 97 degrees and humid and the bus was very cool, comfortable, and clean. Our driver was fantastic-very polite and professional (and helped us plug in our music). Klaudia is the wedding coordinator and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. I definitely would recommend Windy City.

My husband used Windy City for his brother's bachelor party. Great service and awesome chauffeur! They were early and handled the changes to the plans without missing a beat. Bill Moses, the chauffeur even had White Castle for the guys when they got on the bus at the end of the night. We have used them in the past and will never look for another limousine company!!

A quick note of thanks & commendation for the Windy City Limousine chauffeur of our wedding party. The group was caught in a sudden rain downpour when they were taking pictures at a stop along Lake Michigan. The driver showed such gallant concern in protecting the bride and bridesmaids from the rain & saved the day for the bridal party particularly since this happened before the wedding ceremony .

My driver Graziano (not sure if that's how it's spelled) was the best limo driver! Texted me when he arrived at the hotel, drove safely and kept me smiling with his genuine conversation. I would have never guessed he was new to driving! I recommend you request him personally when you book your transportation. Five stars!!!

Very happy with Windy Limo and Bus. We got a party bus for my wife's birthday party. Aaron was early which put our minds at ease that they were coming! Bus was clean. This was our second time using their services. The first time we used WCL was during a visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the service was also fantastic. Thank you Maribel and the Windy City Limousine.

We booked a 23-person shuttle bus to take us around downtown Chicago for photos. The price was very fair, and the customer service is fantastic. The staff are quick to answer calls and emails, and they are very well-informed. Windy City did a wonderful job staying in communication with my coordinator and me, and even arrived on time despite insane Chicago traffic due to construction. The bus was very clean and comfortable. I could not give a perfect rating because the driver struggled with navigation and our photographer had to constantly correct him and tell him where to turn. Nevertheless, this was very minor and did not affect the flow of the day. I highly recommend them!

Andrew was top notch. We had unexpected travel delays due to winter weather. This created a need for transportation in the middle of the night. Windy City covered our needs and provided outstanding services. We were concerned about the roads and 4 am travel. Andrew was the most professional and safe driver we have met. I used Windy City Limousine for both my bachelorette party and wedding in Chicago. Everything went smoothly for both - the company staff was really responsive to my questions leading up to the events. I changed the bus size numerous times as the group size changed and they would update the contract within a few minutes. The only downside was when I updated from a 12 person bus to a 21 person bus - they made me get a security guard, which cost an additional $200, so the cost went up a lot. I also tried to reserve the bus for an hour later at night to drive guests from the reception to the after party - but they were unwilling to rent for less than 3 hours. Overall, they made everything really simple and anxiety free - I definitely recommend.

These guys are all over the city. I always see their buses and vans on my commute so I decided to try them for some airport rides. My driver was awesome. The car was really nice and clean and I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Their reservationist was very kind and helpful and the whole process was easy. I will be using them again.

For all my guests I used this company to provide the rides between airport and the hotel in Chicago. It was my son's wedding.

The company provided an excellent service. All the guests who used the limos was very happy with the service.

It's a five star company and I will use them again if there is a need in future.
