We had a mixed experience using Windy City Limousine to transport our wedding guests to and from our wedding.

The booking process was easy; Bailey recommended a 56-seat coach bus as the best option for us. Our guests arrived in time for the ceremony and most of the evening shuttle service to 2 hotels went well.

And then ... the driver left the venue at the end of the night without the bride and groom and about 20 other guests. The itinerary we filed with Windy City clearly noted that the couple would be on the last trip leaving the venue.

Dispatch was apologetic and sent the driver back. A family member drove us back to the hotel where guests were waiting at an after party. Everyone else waited another 30 minutes until the driver returned.

Within the week, Claudia in the wedding department apologized and said the detailed itinerary should have prevented the problem from happening. She discounted our bill. We appreciated her quick response and apology but wish we didn't spend the end of our reception dealing with the driver's error.
