This company is very hit and miss. I use them a lot for work and sometimes they are on it (no mistakes, always courteous, efficient) and others they are awful (wrong billing, rude drivers, inept). The fleet is well maintained and always clean and their billing department is nice- I've had to talk to them a few times... Mostly, don;t expect the same service everytime, but you can expect the same product.
