I am Wedding Planner in Chicago and Windy City Limo provided Shuttle Bus service this past weekend for a Wedding that I was the Day-of-Coordinator for. Here are the reasons I highly highly recommend them:
1. When the Driver arrived for pick up location he called me to let me know that he arrived at the destination. This is a HUGE help because it took the stress off my shoulders knowing that the shuttle had arrived on time.
2. They were early for every pick up.
3. One of the bridesmaids left their phone on the bus and the driver (Anthony) made a special trip at the end of the night to drop off the phone.
4. Their Wedding & Events Coordinator Klaudia is responsive and kind. Again, easy to work with and very flexible with changes that need to be made prior to Wedding Day.
