I rented a driver for my daughter's prom. The driver pulled up in a filthy black car so bad the car was grey, the same condition every one's car looked like last week when the dirty rain came thru. I asked how could he think it's acceptable to chauffeur a special occasion with a dirty car... he acted like I was crazy to question the condition of the car. I was embarrassed and could have just drove my clean car and took my daughter to prom myself. Further more the company still acts like it wasn't a big deal. Well it was for me my only daughter's prom WHICH WAS A BIG DEAL TO ME. Thanks for ruining a special day.
