did not check the line after adding refrigerant for $936 which leaked & i lost the money to a company which had been bought out & the previous owner refunded $300 which means he knows about the overcharge but no one knew the refrigerant leaked except me. I am alone & elderly & had to go to e.r. for heat stroke inside my home! I would never recommend Wiliams because the staff wont send me a copy of my invoice or take responsibility. I ought to be refunded & have not been.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Williams Comfort Air! After receiving a quote from a different company, something seemed off with the price and the information they gave us. Mike F from Williams came out the next day and gave us a quote that saved us almost $3,000 on a new ac unit. We are so thankful!!

Capacitor went out on the a/c. The technician, Reese, found out what was wrong and didn't try to oversell what we needed. We also bought a service agreement so when the a/c goes out completely, we'll get 15% off!

Seth gerber was our technician. He was informative and very approachable with our questions. We will be switching to Williams at the end of our Maintenance Agreement with dial One Hour based heavily on our experience interacting with Seth. Very pleased with our first interaction with Williams. Seth should be commended for his customer service.

Chris performed an AC tune up for me and checked the A-coil inside the furnace. He cleaned the mildew off of the outside AC unit. He spent about 2 hours performing these services. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I am very happy with his service. I am confident that I now won't have any problems with the AC performance this summer, thanks to Chris. Great job, Chris!

Greg and Juan arrived on time and they were very pleasant. They installed both a furnace and A.C. unit in about 5 and a half hours and they kept me updated the whole time. Afterwards, Greg showed me how to use the fancy new touch screen thermostat (I'm a technology moron) and they were great with my dogs!

Our AC died to go on the fritz after a small power surge on Saturday evening. I called the issue into WCA and was given a handful of things to try prior to scheduling a service call on a Sunday. We'd already tried them prior to calling, but I still appreciated the effort. They were already booked for Saturday, but I received a call Sunday when I was told I would and our system was fixed by 1:15 PM. We've been a customer of WCA for 13 years and the techs are always nice, professional and happy to explain the issue and the solution. We've recommended them to friends a number of times.

Gary was awesome! Because I had a service contract and was due for a check, he was able to find the problem that resulted in intermittent functioning of the part with minimal cost to me. So grateful!

We were very impressed! We had a complicated issue and it took several trips to complete the task, but our tech Austin saw it through all the way, even calling on different people to get the correct person for the issue. We will always use Williams Comfort Air. Thank you again!

We were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Our technician, Roy, arrived right on time and was friendly, courteous, and professional. We have an older HVAC system, and had been told by a previous HVAC company that we should replace everything, when in fact our furnace only needed a $30 part. We tried Williams based on a recommendation, and our experience with them was way better. The issue was a control wiring issue, so no new parts were required. The technician fixed the issue and verified that everything was working normally. We got our AC fixed for just the cost of the service call. Roy wore booties each time he came inside, and wore his mask the whole visit. We definitely recommend Williams Comfort Air, and are even using Mr. Plumber (the plumbing side of the same business) for some work on our basement after this great experience.

We had our air conditioner stop working on a Sunday afternoon. They were out within a few hours and fixed it quickly. Tech was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend using them.

Very quickly figured out the problem and also very quickly figured out the solution. Fixed the problem and was on his way. Scott, the technician, was very polite. Wore a mask the entire time. Was friendly, professional and seemed to know what he was doing (I say seemed because I know nothing about an AC unit, so I have to take him at his word -- plus I'm getting cool air). I have no complaints.

Am disappointed that after spending more than $10k for a brand new HVAC system last year we are just now being shown rust in the condenser pan and told we should be putting gel tabs (32$ for a tablet when I can get 6 on amazon for less than $30 and he already had the cover off to inspect as part of the ALREADY PAID FOR SERVICE PLAN) in there and that any damage is not covered under warranty because that part is outside of the system . The entire system was BRAND NEW last year including the condenser and all its parts. We replaced a 15 year old system and it had only just a little rust in the condenser pan. Also $55 for a new humidifier pad? Its a $15-20 part at the most and he had the system already open to inspect as part of the PAID service pan.

I thought the service plan was suppose to save money, not charge ridiculous amounts for simple things that I can do in 5 minutes or be told we should have been doing something all along that was not in any of the manuals and because of that there is damage when we were never told this is something that is normal maintenance.

Very disappointed in Williams Comfort Air.

We have had nothing but GREAT services from Williams Comfort Air...from our salesman, Don, who came out twice to make sure we understood everything to the guys that installed the new system and then the guys that cleaned our ducts. They were all very professional, on time, had nothing negative to say about any other companies and the best part was they handled my sense of humor wonderfully. We love our new system and will HIGHLY recommend Williams Comfort Air to everyone :)

The technicians were very cordial and appeared to be knowledgeable with regards to the installation of our new air handler and heat pump. My only complaint would be that they seemed rather rushed towards the end. The cleanup was a little shoddy There were sheet metal scraps and about 10 sheet metal screws that I found on the floor and in the carpeting. I would say the education regarding the Wi-Fi thermostat was pretty rushed. But all in all, they seem to have done a good job. The weather has been such that we really haven't had to use the system since it was installed. But I'm assuming that everything will work properly when it comes on.

Fast scheduling and good work done in running my main drain. Responsible and knowledgeable worker, Kindrick answered all my questions and offered an array of options to fix my drain issues. I was able to use a coupon to cut my expenses. WCA offered the best price and fastest solution.

Gary our services tech was awesome. He went over everything. He then explained what he did. He gave recommendations on things we should be aware of and where to do.

Tech was a good guy and showed up on time and was very courteous and kept work area clean. But, Tech said that I had two capacitors and a contact switch that need replaced and quoted me $702 for parts and labor. I understand a business needs to make money but I looked up the parts and was able to order all 3 OEM parts for a total cost of $61.36 delivered today, took me a total of 30 minutes to change them out. So that would mean their hourly rate is somewhere around $1280.00 an hour. Beings they wanted to charge me $702-$61 in parts equals $640 for a half hour of work (for a novice, sure a tech would have been faster). To beat all I bet their price on the parts are better than the $61 I paid.

Chris was very detailed in explaining my difficulties with the water coming from the filter. My only dissatisfaction was with the product not the service man I felt like since I only had the filter a month-and-a-half and should not have worn out so quickly however Chris noticed that my water was still very hard and caused the corrosion. Did a great job explained everything to me and I am very satisfied with

We ve used Williams Comfort Air for a few years now, and have been happy with our experience every single time. We even moved our services with us when we moved houses. Every representative we ve had has been kind, professional, and respectful of our home. And they are very helpful in their suggestions for upgrades, parts, or regular services but have never been pushy . I would highly recommend Williams Comfort Air, I personally think the quality service is worth the price.

Great experience with Williams Comfort Air, from the tech/sales rep to the installers. I felt my options for a replacement furnace and air conditioner were explained well, and installation was done promptly and professionally.

I had them to come do work and they never came back to finish the rocks are still on the side of my yard and I called them 2times and I am on a list 6 months later still waiting still on the list also when the pipe broke in the yard I am paying to fix it but my yard looks like kids did it if I could I would show pictures it is that bad. I am talking to a lawyer about this I am not going to call them any more I will be seeing them at court and I am going to pay someone to come fix my yard back and put the rocks down and they will see me at court very soon.

My 94 year old mother's AC went out. She called Williams Comfort Air.
The tech told her the compressor was bad and quoted her $3,500.00 to
fix it. She relayed this info to me, her son. The AC was under warranty,
so I called Williams and told them this. They told me my name wasn't on
the account and refused to requote. I asked for someone in management
to call me. They sent another tech out and miraculously it wasn't the compressor-just a small part. WILLIAMS COMFORT AIR TRIED TO TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY PERSON. This company is the worst of
the worst. They got caught trying to steal from my mother. No one
in management had the guts to return my call. I find them unconscionable.

My experience was amazing. I called first thing in the morning and Gary Ruddell was at my door by 11:00 AM. He was very polite and was wearing shoe coverings and a mask. He asked me what problem I was experiencing with my air conditioning unit and listened patiently. He told me that he would take a look but that he wouldn't repair anything until he discussed my options with me. He did just that. He told me specifically what was needed but wasn't pushy. One hour is all it took him to get my air up and running again! I was very impressed with his attitude and his professional approach. I will be using this company again and will hopefully have him the next time I need help. Thank you Gary and thank you Williams!

I am posting this for Sandi and Jay Mcintire! Darvelle White was our specialist and we must say he was a pleasure to be around! He is very professional and courteous, and is definitely an asset to your company! His knowledge and persistence in clearing our kitchen sink drain was a success and saved our Thanksgiving dinner mess - I can only imagine what kind of mess there would have been without him!

I ve been impressed with Willams Comfort Air. Shane has done a great job getting our geothermal system running and at peak efficiency. We signed up for their two-year maintenance plan.

We ve had our HVAC system tuned up by several different carriers over the years. Our technician with Williams comfort air was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel was hands-down The best tuneup we have ever experienced. I now have confidence going into the A/C season that our heat pump will keep us cool and will be working beautifully with no issues. I can say we will always use Williams comfort air going forward.

The technician was professional and did a thorough job.

Charged me for 2 services calls because I have 2 units at my home, however they told me there would be only 1 charge on the phone. Charged $113 to change a $3 fuse. Did not honor their coupon to waive service fee with repair. Both irrigation values were not working after they left, these were working before. Said the units were working fine even though they were still blowing cold air. Said they would not check Freon levels as part of service call without charging extra.

Called to complain about the service fees and said they would refund one but never actually did. This is an awful, horrible company with awful service. Stay FAR, FAR away. Worst experience of my life.

As ALWAYS............Williams Comfort Air is my HVAC of choice for maintenance and repair. TODAY they responded within 30 minutes and had my heat back on while it was snowing and the house was freezing! Simply amazing and will remain my choice for HVAC needs!

Horrible customer service. Uncaring, unresponsive, did not call me back and left me without air over the weekend. Please do not use this company. They could not care less about their customers or the quality of the parts they use and that they go out in 2 years. Weren't willing to go to bat for me the manufacturer or help me with cost of repeating the same costly repair. Told me they would email their service manager and he would get back to me. He never did. Terrible company.

I can not express how grateful I am. I had been without heat all of these very cold days. I just lost my mother and I have MS. I didn't know what I was going to do.Then I got a call saying I was to receive a new furnace and AC. tears of joy knowing that there is wonderful people still in the world. We have had nothing but great experiences working with Williams Comfort Air since we began using them in 2013. Their workers are professional, and never pushy about services. I have never felt that they try to offer unneeded services; their recommendations appear to be sound and based on relevant info. I definitely recommend them.

I came home to a noisy air conditioner and a not so cool house on a 90 degree day and it was almost 6pm. The person who answers the phone was awesome! The repair person was here in a half hour and the house is cooling again. I'm sure results are not typical during a heatwave but I appreciate it!! I'm always happy with Williams Comfort Air and their techs. They are awesome. I was also very happy to learn they took care of their employees during the shut down. Take care of your employees and they with take care of your customers! All techs are wearing masks and practicing safety. I highly recommend to anyone!!!

Having used Williams Comfort Air several times over the years, we have found them to be reliable, timely and technically knowledgeable. While they have recommended product upgrades over the years, what company doesn't, they have not tried to hard sell us their products, typically taking no as an answer. Our overall experience with WCA has always been good and we will continue to use them in the future.

I had a great experience with Williams Comfort Air. I actually used Metzlars Plumbing, which is part of WCA. Deljohn was prompt, called in advance and was extremely professional. He gave me great options and advised when the project was completed. I have used them many times, and will continue to do so.

We have two little kids and our heat went out overnight. Williams sent Brian on the weekend to our home on the weekend. It was a complicated job from a diagnosing standpoint. He wanted to try everything possible before landing on a bad circuit board as the culprit because they are pricey. In the end he spent half the day here fixing it, and also tackled a humidifier issue he found. Our heat is back! I appreciate his friendliness and willingness to see it through.

Furnace was not working on Saturday. I called Williams and they sent someone out within a few hours. I got a notice when he was on the way with a photo and a description of him and could track his progress to my driveway. That is great! Once Kenny arrived he found the problem, provided an estimate and we made a plan for the repair. He came this morning and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Williams for future needs.
