It s frustrating to wait well over an hour for your appointment & look up and see a sign that if they don t have 24 hour notice , I will get charged $25.00. I guess since he s an hour & 25 minutes past my appointment, he should pay my co-pay.

Can billing be so sloppy that they can be so negligent as to constantly rebill when you paid? I am about ready to change doctors because this billing is so bad. I printed out proof that my copay was paid in January. However, I got another bill for the same copay and same account in April. Are they hoping I don't notice that they send out the same bill that was paid? Warning: watch out for rebilling. I will walk this into my doctors office to complain. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am fed up.

Dr. Shenouda of Fairview Heights Medical Group LLC has been my GP since he first started his practice in Illinois and I have the utmost confidence in him. He is compassionate and will explain things to you in easy to understand manner and best of all, he never discounts your opinion and actually appreciates it when you ask questions and actively participate in your health care well-being. If he ever retires, I will truly be heartbroken.
