HAD A NEW AIR CONDITIONER AND AIR HANDLER INSTALLED TODAY. WAS PLEASED WITH THE TECHS. AND HOW THEY WORKED AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. BOTH WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. i AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately, we ve had to utilize Williams comfort air multiple times this year. Fortunately Williams comfort air was outstanding. In both situations we ve had to call, they sent awesome technicians. The first time was for a plumbing issue, we had a PRV installed and Austin was able explain to us some other issues we should address before they became emergencies. He was very honest and easy to talk to. The second time was for a furnace issue. Seth was able get our heat back on and show us some other options to optimize our system. Not the best situations but the best service we could ve hoped for. I highly recommend Williams comfort air for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

I received a mail offer from Williams Comfort Air for an AC and Heater tune up for new customers. I called and easily set up an appointment. I was impressed that I received a text and email notification with a short bio of the technician and a picture so I could easily identify him when he came to the door. Frank was incredibly professional and thorough. I never felt that he was trying to sell me on anything, he was just concerned about doing an excellent job and making sure I was satisfied. The final cost ended up being exactly what was advertised, no fine print surprises. You have a new loyal customer!

Chris was great to work with. He was professional and able to explain what the issue was in a relatable manner.

The technician was on time. He was clearly irritated to be at my home. When asked for advice regarding the yearly plan, he was short and flippant in response. He made my children uncomfortable with his uncalled for frustration.

Awesome service as always! Got a reminder call the day before and 30min before arrival, serviceman was timely and enjoyed my dog, whole process only took about an hour. Can't ask for better!

Service specialist Chris Mann is very thorough and explained his Air Conditioner service in detail. I will request him for future service calls.

Mirza was my technician. He was very thorough and spent time explaining things to me. Much appreciated. I have only used Williams for my 17 years in the house so I can t compare them to anyone else. But, I have always been happy with their service.

Service on AC unit was OK: very disappointed that dirty footprints were left on white carpet and tile from the tech walking in house to check vents. He wore booties but apparently the water and dirt passed through them. Suggest an upgrade to heavier duty ones that are waterproof.

Our A/C unit stopped working on Sunday, I got on home advisor looking for reviews for service. I put my contact information in and within a couple of minutes I get a call from Williams Comfort & Air. She setup a meeting with a very professional experience professional and after reviewing my old system. We agreed on a very fair price. They installed it the next day and were are thrilled with our new unit. I would highly recommend this company for your next service needs!

Prompt and courteous. Replaced capacitor and cleaned unit. I needed him to work with my home warranty which he did. While I paid direct, I was approved for reimbursement by the warranty.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that needed to be fixed in my duct work to improve my system. The bid was competitive because all the duct work and plumbing was not a bunch of up charges. The workers were nice and polite and did a good job with there craft and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

Called 30 mins out so I was able to keep working right up until the time I needed to get home to meet with Ramon. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job. I have an old heat pump and instead of trying to suggest a new system, he replaced a part, cleared off a bunch of ice, and had things running smooth. Second experience with Williams and both have been very good!!

The Williams Comfort Air worker was definitely an experienced employee of yours. He called, was on time, checked both furnaces carefully and changed the filters. Then he presented me with an account of his work and I felt very satisfied with our heating systems for the winter season. Thank you for sending us such a capable worker. Mike Freeh came out and let me know exactly how much it would be and answered my questions. Once we decided to go forward, they came out and replaced our 20 year old heating and air units. Again, answered our questions and walked us through the new thermostat. I recieved texts and emails to let me know who would be arriving and when. Everyone we have dealt with have been professional and friendly.

Chris came out and was super friendly, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Have a split unit that has had issues and Tom has done great work! Fast and had to exhaust all options but found issues that he repaired and very good service! Repaired issues quickly and well worth the call! Thanks Tom!

This 4 star is for Joel Crabtree. He went the distance and fixed my furnace. I could not give 5 stars as the first tech was more interested in selling to me than quality repair. Please hire more techs like Joel, he is what made me be a continued customer.

Prompt response. Attention to detail. Cleaned up the floor and cabinets when finished. Sent an email prior to arrival indicating "who" was coming and their personal credentials. Stayed committed until job was complete!!!

Chris came to my house today and was fantastic. I was late getting home and he was patient and gracious. Then he more than put up with my many questions as I tried to understand some things I was experiencing with my new Nest thermostat and how it interacts with my furnace and AC. On top of it all, Chris was able to identify my unit was over-exerting itself and came up with a solution after a handful of tests to reduce the strain on it so it will last longer. Chris is a great representative for the company!

The folks at Williams Comfort Air called to say that they had a cancellation and could therefore come out within a day or two for our first tune up after installing the new system in October 2016. We were originally scheduled about a month farther down the road.
The lady who called could not have been more pleasant. The technician called well in advance of his arrival. Showed up on time. Very courteous and professional. Answered all questions. Represented Williams in a very positive light. Very satisfied.

Nov. 2018 - New water heater needed. Once again called the folks at Williams Comfort Air (and comfort water!) Courteous, polite, professional, timely, etc.
Don't hesitate for a second to call Williams Comfort Air if one of your comfort appliances needs repair or replacement! They should just call themselves Williams Comfort, because that's the feeling you're left with after a Williams technician leaves. High Marks!

Top notch service; Zak did routine maintenance for the AC; discovered the capacitor was going out and replaced it promptly.

Kyle was early, did great work, and taught us a few good tips about maintenance and upkeep of our system. Would definitely recommend Williams Comfort Air!

Jaron was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions. The appointment was the annual maintenance contract check up for the furnace and no repairs were needed.

Quick fix to a long standing problem. Wish I had called sooner! Knowledgeable and helpful team.

Amazing service! We came home from work at 5pm to a cold house; our heater wasn t working. We have two young kiddos and were rushing to get them fed and to bed. Called Williams and they sent a technician out within the hour! Heating was fixed by 7pm, just in time for the kids to sleep comfortably :) thank you!!

The technician was on time. He was courteous and professional. He tuned the furnace and humidifier quickly and neatly.

We purchased a new HVAC system from them in May of 2017. We thought we had an issue with the furnace and they sent someone out as soon as they could. David Hut was our technician and he was a great guy. He answered and explained all of the questions we had. I am glad we went with Williams Comfort Air.

I have used Williams Comfort air twice now. The first time was on one of the hottest days of the summer when, you guessed it, the AC went out. They were there the same day and got it running again in about an hour and a half!! The technician was very nice and explained everything. We signed up for a maintenance plan that included a free inspection of our furnace in the Fall. We just had that done, and again, it was done quickly and thoroughly. Both technicians were clearly knew what they were doing and even tested our air quality. I highly recommend them.

Andrew was the technician who serviced our new HVAC for the first time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I also appreciated his patience as he setup the schedule on my thermostat.

Called, left on indefinite hold. Sent text, two days to respond. Went elsewhere.

Bryan Duff called in advance, very thorough explanation of what he was going to do prior to, during and upon completion. Offered options for my requests and complied with my decisions. Definitely will request him for future service calls.

Our service man, Jim was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He took care of us right away when our AC went out. Even the woman I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment (her name started with a K), was outstanding. I will definitely be using this company again :)

Mark was very punctual and was available in the early part of the appointment window given to me. He took great care not to track all the snow into my house. He knew exactly what the problem was when I asked him why I was hearing a whistling sound from my intake vent. He also took time to greet all the pets that I have and give them a little attention. I always appreciate someone who treats my pets respectfully and not as a nuisance. He was friendly and professional and got things taken care of quickly. I most certainly would recommend Williams Comfort Air.

Bought a brand new unit from them Nov 2015 & it has broken down 4 times since. Customer service when we call is horrible & they are always slow to service us. I would never use them again!!!

Skyler was are tech. He was amazing. We were told by another company we needed a new furnace. So I wanted a second option. Skyer found a lose wire had been unscrewed. That was the only thing wrong with our furnace. The other company was very dishonest. Thankfully Skylar found the problem. It's been running perfectly ever since! William Comfort Air he is such a great asset to your company.

We were without AC over the 4th of July and fireworks terrify our dog so having open windows is hard. So happy with the service and speed that Chris Mann took to get things replaced and repaired. We would highly recommend them!

The technicians are all very knowledgeable. They take time to explain what's going on with my heat pump system and what my options are. They don't pressure me to make decisions right away.

unbelievable. They charge $94 just to come by for a quote! Granted, it applies to job if we accept them but if we think they charge too much, they walk away with my $94. Never had a place charge me to give a quote. So wrong. do not recommend.

Technician was knowledgeable, on time and friendly.

They will call you less than 24 hours in advance to cancel. Has happened 3 times now, and will say they are too busy. Then they will try to schedule it 30 days later. What's the point of even scheduling appointments

Seth was very helpful in explaining all the questions I had on our new thermostat, and checked everything in detail on the check up.

We had them out to do a tune up on our AC and furnace. Roy was very thorough and great at providing info on what he was doing. I also liked that before our service we got a text with a photo introducing our tech to us. It was a nice touch since you are inviting someone into your home. They were also very prompt. We were impressed!

We had a plumbing inspection done by Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber. The technician was very nice, and thorough in checking al our plumbing. He made a few suggestions and gave estimates for those, and also looked over a few problems we had and gave estimates for those. The prices were competitive, and their service is trustworthy.

The technician,Roger, was very informative, friendly, and professional. He arrived early within my scheduled time frame and pleasantly answered all my questions.
