Very professional from the initial meeting to the install. Had a new A/C and furnace put in, Donny was on knowledgeable and didn t try and over sell. The install team was on time, fast and answered all our questions. Would definitely use again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Williams Comfort Air. They promise big and deliver small. Short cuts were taken cleaning my vents and ducts. Prep of site was poor and dust particles were left on floor and furniture. Big vacuum equipment created dirt on my carpet. Needless to say, my wife and I were unhappy. Craig, the customer relation supervisor was good in making attempts to execute a recovery strategy. My is carpet is scheduled to be cleaned at their expense. I believe vent & duct cleaning service is over priced and full payment was asked before services. I would not recommend this company.

I'm really unhappy with the last service I had yesterday with Williams comfort air. I get my heating and cooling serviced every year. They were an hour late arriving, and no phone call. I called them, and they said they overbooked. I noticed this morning that I had no hot water. I looked at the water heater, and it looked like the gas valve was off. They were servicing my heater, I don't know why they would shut off gas to the water heater. Now I have to wait again for them to fix it...since I don't want to mess with it. I bought water heater from them also. The customer service reps on the phone didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. Second issue...when they installed the water heater, the pipe from the pressure valve was the wrong size. If it would have gone off, my house would have flooded. I've had the old pipe few years. Finally the last rep Blake Dukes fixed it. There were three other technicians from Williams comfort air who inspected it prior and did not mention that there is a problem...even though I pointed out the loose pipe. I do like the fact that they make the technicians take pictures of what they are doing now. In the beginning of summer was the first time the cover was taken off my a.c. unit outside. They were supposed to do it every year, but they didn't.

David Hut was awesome as usual. He is always dependable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's been taking care of my unit for years, and I really appreciate the fact that I can request David since he knows the history and does a great job. This time there was actually a mixup with scheduling and he was scheduled to come to my home to do my maintenance check after his normal work hours. He came anyway even though it was after his scheduled workday. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Thanks again for great work, David!

William's comfort Air, super friendly service people. Answers any questions I had and made sure I understood what they were saying, not techno speak. On time, and didn't mind my dogs giving lots of hello licks and sniffs.

Excellent sales rep, install crew was awesome, super knowledgeable and clean, as a contractor I notice when people do good work and being efficient at the same time. So glad we called Willams Comfort, would definitely recommend and will be signing up for their maintenance plan every year!!

Main sewer line backed up and I was unable to even flush the toilet or take a shower. Garrett Waldeck and Darvelle White were both extremely friendly and professional!!! After fighting with the roots entering into my main sewer line for about an hour *the roots were BAD* I now have zero restrictions to my plumbing and could not be more pleased with the service I received!!! Garrett and Garvelle are exactly the type of employees your company should strive to employ!! If I ever have any issues again, I'm calling Williams Comfort Air, NO QUESTION!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

We have had a service contract for several years. ...

We have had a service contract for several years. In December of 2018 we had our winter tune up done. 2 months later the furnace stopped working due to water backing up into the pressure switches from a clog that was not resolved during the winter tune up. One year later our furnace's heat exchanger is trashed due to a clog in the secondary exchanger. A known problem in our model. We want to replace the furnace instead of replacing the heat exchanger and we were told it would be 3 days before they could install a new furnace. 3 days with temperatures in the 20s. Apparently it is a manpower issue. I am questioning what the service contract gave us. It didn't extend the life of the furnace and it isn't getting us priority service. What's the point? Oh wait, it saved us $24 on the service call to tell us we have a trashed furnace that they can't replace for 3 days.

I just watched one of their drivers make a left turn between an ambulance and fire truck at an intersection, both of which had lights and sirens on. He was talking on his cell phone while he did it. If your gonna drive a billboard for your company, you should drive properly.

Received multiple notices (text, email, phone) of impending arrival of tech Frank who arrived right on time. Asking where thermostat was, Frank got to work, leaving me to concentrate on other housework. Within an hour, our furnace checkup was complete, highlighted by photos taken, which he shared. Paperwork already filled out (with neat legible handwriting that was greatly appreciated!) facilitated Frank s completion of a job well done. Williams Comfort Air makes this maintenance much easier to work into my life.

The service man Rob Reynolds arrived on time, wore a mask and was extremely courteous. He checked the furnace, and inquired about our humidifier. He gave us a quote to service it and did the work immediately. He was very polite and efficient.

Nice boys; they got right to work. Took an air sample before; but, unfortunately, not afterwards. I didn t think of it h til after they left. I love their texting/reminder system. It let me know who exactly was coming. I would recommend them.

Every experience I have had with Williams Comfort Air has been nothing less than great. They always show up with they are suppose, heck they have even been here early (called and checked to make sure that is ok first). Everyone is super nice and personable. I can't recommend them enough.

Brian initially called us about our problem. He answered all of my questions professionally and with humor. He was great! Roger was the technician who came out at 10:30 pm. He was thorough, fast and explained everything with helpful details. We really appreciated him! Plus, the price was very reasonable!

On Monday, June 8, 2020, I called Wms Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber for service.
The dual float controller on our sump system was flashing red and beeping.
Before Brandon, the assigned technician arrived, he called and asked several pertinent questions. My answers resulted in his instructions to change a simple 9 volt battery that was easily accessed. Brandon solved our admittedly simple problem; but as importantly to us, saved us the cost of a service call and endeared us, once again, to the excellent service that Wms Comfort Air/Mr Plumber always provide. We will continue to depend on this company for all our heating and air conditioning needs!

We had a humidifier installed in our home due to how dry it is in the winter months. Our technician Chris was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have decided to switch our business from ARS to Williams Comfort Air. I also want to thank Barbee for getting us taking care of so quickly.

Overall it was a good experience. A few areas for improvement. 1)the technicians were very cordial with me, but I did not like to hear them using profanity while working. I realize this is a personal sensitivity of mine, but my home is my sanctuary/ refuge away from a the trash talk outside so please be considerate we do hear it. 2) while it is ofen standard practice to put a company yard sign out the home owner should be asked first. I still have a thermostat issue to be resolved and minor adjustments to be completed so my rating may change depending upon how rhuz5is resolved.

Update: I receive a quick response to my issues and they were resolved. So I changed my ratings from 3 stars to 5

very pleased with the prompt service I received and Juwan Oliver was so helpful moving things for me and getting the drain cleared, even offering to clean up mess. I will be calling back if I ever have plumbing problems again.

AC went out last night - called for service at 7am this morning and Chris arrived at 9am. Forty-five minutes later and AC is up and running and I have a (re)new 1 year HVAC service agreement. Great service from a company I have relied on for many years.

Shady practices. The salesman charged a $180 permit fee. He said our county required it. Yet, he applied for no permit, because it was NOT needed. It then took several calls to him, then a couple to the company before being reimbursed. Process took almost 3 months. We would NOT buy from them again. You've heard the phrase "the checks in the mail"? Well, not exactly.

Larry Wilmoth did the A/C check and tune-up today. Friendly, helpful and a great movie fan. Going to request him for all our tune-up and service calls. Xena Jane, our 13 yr old Mastiff likes him to! Although we are still having issues with our system, your employees remain professional. We still don t have humidification. The steam system should have been installed to begin with. Every technician that s been here has said the steam unit should have been installed in the beginning when heating 5000 sq. ft. Due to health issues, my husband is unable to work so we can t afford the steam system. Thank you for the prompt service on the damper issue. It would help us to be notified with a reminder of some kind when our service on our cooling and heating is due to maintain our warranty.

We needed a new A/C and furnace, as our aging system could no longer keep up.
The great service began with the sales rep. He was very professional, and never applied any pressure to make a purchase. He was very thorough, and he took the time to explain everything.
The financing options were great!
Finally, the two installers were amazing. Very professional. They were great with our two dogs. They took the time at the end to go over everything and show me how to operate the new system.
I highly recommend Williams Heating, Cooling, and plumbing.

The heat in our home was not working. The lady I spoke to at Williams Comfort Air first thing this morning was very helpful and courteous with arranging a heating appointment first thing today. Beau has done the maintenance work on our Heating and Cooling system for several years. The dispatcher managed to arrange for Beau to be the tech to do the repair. He did a great job of explaining what the problem was and he was quick about getting the repair done so I could get back to work. Thank you to all involved.

Williams responded in less than an hour when I found myself without air due to a problem caused when techs from a local store were installing my new thermostat. A fuse was blown in the a/c plus other issues. They were unable to complete the job and I was left with no air on a 90+ degree day. They told me to call an HVAC company to come out because they couldn't solve the issue and their company would pay for it.
That's when I called William's. Family members have always called them for their problems and were pleased with their service. I am now a happy supporter of Williams too. Their service tech was polite, friendly, helpful, and explained the problem so I could understand. I heartily recommend them for your HVAC needs.

First, I must state that the technician that came to my home was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, thorough and efficient. The problems are based around actually getting the technician to my home. I called at 11am and was told that someone could be out that day. I called later in the afternoon to confirm I was still on the schedule and was assured someone would still be out. After a one ring hang-up from a technician I immediately tried to call him back but it routed to the office. At this point I was told I was scheduled for the next day. After telling my story the rep checked the recordings and told me I was told I would have a tech out but was still treated like I misunderstood. There were 2 more calls the tech came, diagnosed and presented my options, I won't go into the overinflated prices designed to persuade you to buy all new equipment. I picked my choice and was told he'd be back the next day. The next day came and went with no return visit. On day 3, I called first thing and was told the part "just came in at 5am". I asked why I had no call or no show the previous day and was given no good answer. Four hours later I get a call telling me I was "officially on the schedule" and the tech would be out. The lack of communication and professionalism was beyond terrible. This was quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced.

Williams Comfort Air came on short notice, did a very thorough servicing and cleaning, technician was honest and actually looked for a way to save me money. Last time I had a chain company come out they tried to sell me things I didn t need and I paid way more than estimated. I actually paid less than quoted to me thanks to a membership program and the fact that my system is working well. But thanks now it s official and didn t cost me an arm and leg. Very courteous employees too!
