I received prompt service from Williams Comfort Air (next day) after my air conditioner stopped cooling on a Sunday afternoon with temperatures in the 90's. I had originally contacted Airtron who installed the heating/cooling system, but they stated it would be several days before they could schedule the repair. I did not think this was acceptable, so I decided to contacted Williams Comfort Air. The service technician from Williams (Seth Gerber) was "top notch"!!! He explained everything to me in detail to make sure I understood what needed to be repaired and associated costs of the repair. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received!!
Yesterday (10/14/19), Seth Gerber did an annual maintenance tune-up on my heating system. Seth showed me and explained in detail each thing that he was checking to ensure all parts were properly cleaned and all systems were within the manufacturer specifications. It good to know that you can still get thorough work completed and great service in todays very busy service environment. Thank you Seth and Williams Comfort Air.

Technician came out within a half hour of my call, and was extremely helpful. Talked me through what was wrong and had the problem fixed within an hour. Was knowledgeable about the model of furnace and also simple ways on how to quickly check and fix it. Very pleased with the serviced today. Would definitely recommend, and I will be using Williams Comfort Air from now on for all my maintenance needs.
They just caused a flood in our basement and thus far are saying they will not be paying for the damages caused!
Ryan did a great job on the maintenance.... however we had a miscommunication on our next service contract, we still have yet to get a report on the maintenance on our 2 untis, I have called 2 times....also I have never received a call back from them regarding my invoice....so the customer service side is not doing a good job
Kyle Stevens did a routine maintenance on our AC unit today. He spent over two hours checking the inside air handler unit and also cleaning the outside unit. He was very polite, professional and he explained everything he did.

I couldn t be more pleased with the way Williams Comfort Air handled the service call today. From making the appointment to when my air conditioning was back on and running I felt valued and listened to as a customer. I received a call before the tech was late and told where I was in line for service. When Bryan Duff the tech arrived I didn t feel like he was rushing to get done because it was late in the day. He took the time to fix the AC and even found another potential problem and took care of it as well. I have been a customer of Williams Comfort Air for years and continue to be impressed.

Update: The company contacted us to send out another service technician to review the issue we have with our AC and Blower. I appreciate their responsiveness in the matter, and I wanted to update my review to still reflect my experience and also to acknowledge the company's willingness to work with me to get to the bottom of the issue.
I originally mentioned that the issue is complicated (our AC Blower will run fine during the day, but will not turn on at night causing inside temperatures, 80-85 degrees, well in excess of outdoor temperatures, 70-75 degrees, when we are trying to sleep).
Regarding the original service, the technician showed up within the scheduled window and recommended a potential solution to the problem -- a new thermostat. The original repair is, at the very least, an upgrade to our original thermostat and gives us programming options that can be used to try to save energy. The original issue persists, but they are sending someone out closer to the time (night) that the issue occurs in hopes of identifying what is going on.
The original technician was friendly and listened to my description of the issue before beginning to work. He thoughtfully considered what he had heard from me before going through a series of inspections of the unit to diagnose the problem. At one point, he reached out to a coworker to ask additional questions, and I appreciate his effort to get to the bottom of this.
The service technicians went above my expectations. I have used another very well known company for over 20 years for my AC and heating issues and will never turn back. The technicians at Williams were unbelievably thorough, professional, and would not leave until every stone was unturned to identify an unforeseen issue that was not due to their work. Their work ethic was above any company I have used. Thank you for helping me and my family.

After Summers heating came out to do our annual maintenance (we are on their plan), on Friday, they told me we had a crack in our Carrier secondary heat exchanger and wanted $1600 replace it. Considering the part is under warranty, this seemed exorbitant, but since in recent years they have told us a blower motor was bad, an inducer motor was bad, etc but each time they came out they always mentioned a NEW issue but never mention the previous issues. They also quoted us for a whole new Amanda system for $5700.
I called Williams to give us a free second opinion, and since they are carrier dealers, if we did need a new system then Carrier had buyback and incentive programs available.
Chris Mann came out to take a look and found no issues with the heat exchanger or any of the symptoms that Summers said were happening. He did find that the system had NOT in fact been cleaned with our Summers annual maintenance that had just happened two days prior. So not only are they quoting me for repairs I don t need but they aren t even providing the service I already paid for.
Chris was excellent and took the time to show me everything, explain how things work, what should be and what shouldn t, what things should look like and what they shouldn t. I would definitely recommend Williams and will be using them going forward.
Wow, I do not know where to start with the many compliments this company deserves! I called around looking for last minute service with my a.c. unit. From the upfront, honest, and amazing customer service recieved when booking my order to the highly experienced, gentleman that arrived quick, professional, and got right to the diagnostic and repair. It is hard to find a company with such integrity. I highly reccomend them! I want to thank the entire Williams Comfort Air team for everything!
Called Williams Comfort Air and was greeted immediately, by a very friendly customer service rep. Was able to get a same day appointment without any problems. Was given a 2 hr time frame to hear from my tech for the arrival, and he called exactly within the time frame given to me. Williams sent me a text with the name, picture and a brief bio, of the tech that would be providing my service. Tom, was very friendly and professional. He answered all the questions I had, and made some recommendations for my heating system. Overall, I had a very positive experience today, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future service.

I've had great success with their HVAC area, I used their plumbing division today and a FAR different experience. They advertise extensively for $93 or Free. "We'll clear any drain, it's 93 or free". Well I had a clog in a toilet (the clog had not made it to the actual sewer pipes in the house) and my plumbers snake couldn't get so I figured for $93 with no risk why not. Well they came out, couldn't clear it either but still charged me $93 and they said it is because I declined further service of ~$200 to remove the toilet to clear the drain. All said they wanted ~$300, not what I agreed to do. I went to the Hardware store, picked up a new toilet for $150 (they had to special order just the bowl so I just replaced the whole thing), installed it and my drain is no longer clogged. The customer service rep I called wasn't helpful or understanding at all. I'll be disputing the charge with the cc company and I'll never call them again for any work. False advertising and SCAM at its finest.

LIFE SAVERS. After consistently having our appointment pushed back by ARS plumbing for 3 days (knowing we were without water) I reached out to this company. Not only did they come the next day, they came two hours early, fixed the problem for $4400 less than the other company. Our repair costs went from $5000 to under $1000! To top it off the plumber (Jeff) was so friendly and fast!! These guys are amazing! Don't waste your time waiting on another company for days call these guys first!
The two guys were very nice and got the work done quickly. I would have liked some comment on what they found and a bit more clean up before they left. Some debris was still around vent - particularly return. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
Our technician Dusty was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us all of the things we needed to know. They sent JonF out and he was able to solve a problem (at only the cost of the extended diagnostic) that has been here for over 10 years. No one else has ever solved it before and plenty have tried.
He was personable, conscientious and refused to give up on the problem. He just methodically worked it until he figured it out. Just great! Then he noticed that the date was wrong on our service contract and called in and got that fixed, too.

I love everything about Williams Comfort Air. They show up on time, if not early. 30 minute call ahead times make it easy to not sit around and wait for them to show up . From scheduling to maintenance and repairs, the Williams Comfort Air family is professional courteous. I never second guess myself or the quality of service I receive. Definitely my first and only go-to company for everything HVAC related.

During maintenance the technician told my wife the filter was dirty and needed replaced. It was changed 1 week prior. Tech told wife the humidifier filter was wrong filter. It was not wrong but was not the recommended brand. Both filter replacements were refused. A bright tag was hung on the furnace warning of failure to maintain could void warranty. It has been serviced regularly since bought. A warranty repair was also completed where labor was not covered. Labor was $400 for a 30 minute part exchange. This may be normal and customary but seemed excessive. They have been great in the past but this encounter was much below expectations.
We engaged Williams Comfort Air in 2013 when we starting having issues with a 17-year old furnace. The technician who did the service found numerous problems with cost to repair exceeding over $2000. We took his assessment of repair vs. replacing the unit under serious consideration and did a total HVAC replacement and upgrade. Our experience has been very positive as we have a CairFree contract for both HVAC and plumbing. My request for experienced technicians to be sent to my home are always honored and the work is done in a timely and professional manner.
The company is great and they have awesome employees. The only issue is that, in my experience, customer service is basically non existent and no one who is answering phones has any idea what is going on

We have a new home built in 1951 and our sewer line was backing up regularly. We called another sewer cleaning service recommended by our plumber. On their first visit they cleared the line and said they found no blockage ($100); they had to return a week later and still said there was no blockage; a week later they said they couldn't return without another fee and suggested we try different toilet paper. They offered to come do a video of the line (+$150). We tried Williams Comfort Air--the technician came with tarps to protect the floor as he wheeled in the equipment, he cleared the line quickly and said there was definitely some blockage. The $93 service fee included a 1 year guarantee and an appointment with a video technician. Rob Snapp came and he was able to show us the large roots that were clearly obstructing our line and he sat down to develop a clear quote for sewer line repair/replacement; he explained each line item and insisted that I call right away if I had any problems. Williams Comfort Air charged less than half for the same services and guaranteed their service for a year. I would call them again.

Matt went above and beyond to figure out why my ac wasn't able to keep up with the heat. Found that the settings weren't correct on the unit but didnt just assume that was the problem and went up in the attic to find duct work that wasnt connected.
I also like that they text me a picture of the technician that will be at my house so I know who to expect.
