Had a slab leak on the hot water line. The gentlemen who showed up were extremely professional, informative, and thorough. They explained what was happening at every step of the way. They also cleaned up all of the mess they made during the service to the point that you couldn t even tell they had been there at all. I would absolutely recommend Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber for any needed plumbing services, big or small.

My plumber was Jason. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

My furnace stopped running so I called to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke with told me to print off the free service charge coupon on their web site so I did. The problem was only a blown fuse on the furnace. When I gave the service tech the coupon he said if I used the coupon he would charge me $200.00 to change the fuse or I could pay the $94.00 service charge. I have rental properties and planned to use them to service these properties as well but being charged $94.00 to change a fuse is excessive and I will never use them again.

Technician Joel Crabtree was courteous and professional. Joel walked me through every diagnostic test he performed until he found the problem. His knowledge and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable. Hopefully I don't have to see Joel for a while, but if I do I know we are in good hands.

Mike Flannagan, William's Service Tech called me approximately 9:15 AM and advised he should be at our home around 9:50 - a little ahead of the scheduled 10 am appointment. Mike arrived and we discussed our HVAC system. I mentioned that we had been a WCA customer since moving to this location in 2011, service and new furnace as well. I also mentioned that I could remember using Williams back in 1975-1980 at a distribution center I ran in Park 100. Mike has been with Williams 13 years now and could remember being at our home before. Mike proceeded with our service 'tune up' check and completed everything by 10:45 or so..........all went as planned.

I would definitely recommend Williams Comfort Air to anyone who needs their services. Our furnace went out on Saturday evening and they had a technician out to repair it in less than 30 minutes. Great service and he quickly resolved the problem.

Great service! He was able to get my AC working right after his inspection which was amazing because my house was miserably hot!

On 3/15/2018, we had our 14 year old hybrid HVAC system (heat pump and propane fired furnace) replaced with the same type system but a much more efficient one and adding 3 zones and associated thermostats and other controls. The price was fair compared to other estimates, and this company is large and well-known and has been in business for quite awhile. In addition, they had at the time a manufacturers financing deal for 60 months with no interest. Their installers were very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions all while getting the job entirely done in 1 day. They also cleaned up after themselves inn fine fashion. We are very pleased and are hopeful our bills will be going down shortly.

Ryan showed up at 4:30 the day after I had reported a problem. He diagnosed the problem which was similar to what I anticipated to be the problem. It was to late in the day to get the part and fix it so it was another night without heat (52F in the house).
As a maintenance program subscriber I was disappointed in the timeliness of the overall response. Ryan was not the cause for this but he accepted my feedback well.

The rest of the story gets my BP up. I called in early Oct to schedule my furnace tune up. I have learned to call early otherwise it might be late January or February. The scheduler asked if my equipment was working okay and since it was to my knowledge they would schedule it for later i.e . Dec 13th. I thought the program was geared to a preventative service approach vs a corrective (after it s broke) approach. The variable speeds motor on the blower had failed. There is a check of amperage during the tune up that might have detected this type failure and I could have avoided 2 plus days of 50F inside my house. It was in the 20s outside. I am still waiting today Nov 14th for the repair to be completed.

To rub salt in the wound the scheduler told me I was not on the Maintenance program, it had expired on Oct 31, 2019. I have routinely renewed my contract (since 2014) during the fall tune up , remember I called in early Oct but was scheduled for December. I have heard I am a valued customer . I would hate to be a non-valued customer. The cost for the annual maintenance program is very competitive, but the value and service may drive me to consider other providers. This is not a reflection on Ryan the technician, he seems very competent and professional.

Scott was great. He was able to diagnose the problems with my system and even walked me through every step of the way. He went above and beyond and even made sure every feature worked on my thermostat before he left. Thank you!

Technician great.
But customer service not so much. Was without air for over a week. Part promised to be in Monday or Tuesday on the previous Friday. Called Monday, and no part. Called Tuesday no part. Tuesday they said Friday. Requested to speak to management, no one ever contacted me.

House is miserable and humid. Mind you, I never was proactively contacted, I had to continually follow up. We had to stay at a hotel and the house was humid and stunk from the humidity.

Friday comes, no part and told it could then be the following Wednesday. Not acceptable. I had to be very firm that it would be fixed Friday.

They finally came later on Friday and fixed. Requested to speak with management again, no one ever called.

My technicians from Williams Comfort Air were so professional ans really did a very thorough job of figuring out my air conditioning issues. They were on time, very respectful and were very knowledgeable about my heating and cooling system. I would recommend these guys and this company to anyone needing these services. Awesome job!

Max was great help. I appreciated his tips and tricks, and he said he wasn't leaving here until he knew we had fully working heat. I hated to have to make an emergency weekend call, but even with that service charge it was still a very, very reasonable price. I will absolutely be using Williams Comfort from now.

Everyone from the woman who answered the phone to the two gentlemen who came today were very kind and helpful.

These people have been out to my house four times in the last couple months to fix the heat. The first guy said our filters were to thick. He was wrong obviously. The next 2 guys turned my heater off and on and called it fixed. The fourth guy literally flicked a wire and called it fixed. He also threatened to charge us a ton of money because they keep having to come out because they keep not fixing the problem. This company is a rip off. And has caused my 2 year old to wake up freezing in the middle of the night a bunch of times this year. I m only writing this to warn others to not use this company, I will also be telling others in real life not to use this company from now on.

CONNOR was very professional and took care of my drain issue with ease. I have used several plumbing services before,but this was by far the best affordable experience I have ever had!!!!

Had a great experience with this company. They came out installed a complete hvac for me with some duct work. The quality of work is top notch. I had 5 different quotes done and they had the best solution to my problems and seemed like they wanted my business a few other company's seemed less intrested so I gave Williams comfort air my cash lol. Had my furnace inspected and found out there were cracks in my helmet exchange. They got me a new one installed next day, which is nice because it's a bit cold outside. Everyone was polite, and they showed up to both appointments early(after calling and asking if that was okay).

Matt did a excellent job again ,we have had Matt before.He is very prompt and texts ahead so we know he is coming,does a great job checking everything for us here.Have always had great service from Williams Comfort Air.

The technician that came out for my system check was Brian. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the system I have. He explained to me in detail everything he was checking and servicing and showed me exactly what I need to know about the system I not only think that it is a good idea to have your system checked and serviced regularly but a good investment as well

I read reviews on companies all the time and decide if I want to do business with them based on their level of customer service and how they handle adverse situations. Williams Comfort Air exceeded my expectations on every level. I had other companies come out and bid the replacement of our HVAC system and some were less expensive, but Williams Comfort Air set themselves apart with from start to finish. They weren t the cheapest but you get what you pay for!!!! Upward and Onward!!!

Always do quality work and never pressure you into buying anything. They recommend what you absolutely need and give you options. Will stick with these guys going forward.

I called when my AC unit was out, the service provider Craig spent a lot of time explaining to me my options on repair vs replacement He has a lot of experience and was very helpful

Friendly professional service, explained the problem thoroughly. Provided quotes before ever doing any repair. The technician even pointed out my neighbor s AC unit showing signs of something being wrong as the lines were frozen and said if we had her info we could notify her (we live in a townhome and our AC units are right next to each other). I appreciated that extra level of care, Scott Evans!

Although I had to book a tune-up appointment pretty far out, the technician, Jacob did an excellent job, he explained everything well, and only took about an hour.

These guys came highly recommended from a friend! They tore out old furnace and AC and installed in 4 1/2 hours! They answered all my questions showed me how to work new system. I will use Williams Comfort Air again and would recommend highly to anyone!!

In over 20 years of being a homeowner, I have never had such a great experience with a heating and cooling company. The technician was extremely thorough in all that he did to service our air conditioning unit and explained everything that he was doing. And he did an air quality test which I didn t even know was a service that was provided. Our system is basically in good shape, but there are things that we can do to make it better. Rep Joel took a good amount of time to completely inspect all units and walked me through each step of the process. I learned quite a bit about signs to watch out for on my aging unit as well. This company is truly a God send. I had just finished my children's Christmas. There was a very bad clog in wall. I was upset and Williams comfort air not only fit me in for a same day appointment on a weekend but also only charged me a service fee. My plumbing is better than ever. Took less than an hour to put my home back in order. I will never use another service again. A company you will not be disappointed with. Try them for yourself. I promise u will never use another service again.

We hadn t expected to have to deal with such an expensive fix our first year in our new house. Our AC went out and we called Williams comfort air. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and kind. They even dealt with our home warrenty company (note: if you re buying a house, don t even worry about a home warrenty - they cover nothing)

Very responsive, coming to my home within a couple hours on a Saturday. They did charge an extra fee, but I didn't mind paying for the immediate service and it was a reasonable fee. 2 reasons for not giving 4 or 5 stars. 1. It took 3 visits, 2 on Saturday and an additional visit on Sunday to at least temporarily fix my problems. However, it does seem fixed at this point. 2. One of the techs needs to work on his customer service skills, very unprofessional in his communication to me the customer. Definitely lost at least once star. Not charging me for the last 2 visits and ultimately fixing the problem saved what otherwise would have been much worse.

We've experienced YEARS of great service and completely trust our favorite tech, Jaron. He has given great advice to improve our system and we couldn't be happier. Very fair pricing too!

Chris was great. I will be using Williams for all of my HVAC needs.

The plumber was nice but did not run any diagnostics to our pump to solve the problem. Didn't look in the pump bucket just shook it said we needed a new pump and gave us $1500 quote . Nothing is written on the receipt to explain the service or why the pump didn't work. So out about a $100 for someone to tell what we knew which is the pump isnt working.

Just a follow up. So disappointed with WCA. After 13k replacement of our furnace/AC system and a wonderful personal experience, I gladly recommended to my 90yr old mother a clogged sink repair. She was totally taken advantage of upsell services she did not need. Her kitchen sink clog cost her over $335 of upsell services she had no idea was optional. Shame on you WCA for taking advantage of our elderly citizens. I tried to call in this complaint as well. The young lady taking the call said a Manager would call back. It was totally ignored with no follow up from my complaint. BEWARE if your a Sr. Citizen or like me taking care of them. Again SO DISAPPOINTED with you WCA!

Williams Comfort Air came out on a very cold night, did the troubleshooting and got out furnace running just by finding a small amount of water which affected a gas sensor. They were prompt, professional and extremely courteous!
