We've been using Williams Comfort air for over 7 years now at two different homes. They are great with communication and the service techs we have worked with over the years have been very friendly and professional. They show up when they say they will and the maintenance plan has been an easy way to "keep tabs" on our home HVAC units. When we moved, we made sure that Williams came out shortly after we purchased our new home to tune up our unit because we wanted to know it was going to be good hands going forward.
Short summary: I paid 95 dollars hoping to fix a loose vent but nothing was done. Long version: One floor vent lacks airflow while other vents appear normal so I called comfort air for a fix (I also have a coupon for free service call with repair). Upon technician arrival, I told him that the problem was that the first-floor vent became detached from its duct so a fix would be either cutting the floor or the ceiling below it to access it and re-attach. He looked around (~ 20 mins with his only tool of screw driver and a flashed light I provided) and said the the duct system was poorly designed to give good air flow, plus the HVAC was an older unit. As to the loose vent issue, he said he could not work with dry walls (He could cut it open but could not patch it back). He recommended a handyman to do the job. So I was handed a 95 dollar bill without the fix. I asked why he couldn't fix it, he opened up his book a gave the quote: minor duct work (a simple reconnection of the vent to its duct falls into this category, according to him) cost >400 dollars; drywall cutting cost > 100 dollars; plus, he does not do drywall patching (you will be left with a opening on the dry wall, which becomes another handyman's job). I was dumbfounded by the outrageous prices! I have cut and patched drywall myself a couple of times before, and connecting the vent to its duct is no more difficult than setting up a garden hose. I gave one star for the quoted price, for the work (no fix), and for the charge (95 dollars), for how he spent his time (less than 30 min, most of which on things that I did not ask for).
Prompt, very professional, thorough evaluation of needs and capacity, excellent explanation of options, proposal and costs without high pressure sales pitch. Install team arrived on time in 3 trucks with all equipment needed. Installation was completed very well, and all old equipment removed, with very helpful personal explanation of thermostat operation. Thoughtful follow-up to insure complete satisfaction. My technician, Evan, was on time, explained what he was doing and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Williams Comfort Air and Evan for cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning and furnaces.
The P-tac unit in our upstairs addition stopped sending out warm air right when the polar vortex was on the way. Over the past few years they have been the only ones with consistently good service for not only our regular furnace but able to handle this unit, as well (and Gary came out to handle the same day). Because of that we've gotten their annual maintenance agreement the past 2 or 3 years. (They are also good with reminders of when your service is due.)
What a great experience. He let us know every step of the way what he was doing. I have used other plumbers in the past and this by far was the best experience. Our serviceman was so polite and so helpful. I would refer this company and this worker especially to everyone I know!!
Called Williams on Sunday afternoon. They explained the charges up front. Showed up a few hours later - fixed the AC charged what they said. All is good

If I could rate at less than 1, I would. Our toilet was leaking from the bottom (wax seal). The technician disassembled the whole toilet, replaced the wax ring, flush valve, tank bolts and gaskets, and supply line. I'm not anything needed replaced, except the wax seal, but even if they did, all of those parts add up to $49.00. Our bill $434.00. The technician was at our home a little under 2-hours for the entire job. That equates to $192.50/hour. Outrageous!!! We will never use Williams Comfort Air or Mr Plumber for anything.
WCA replaced my heat pump and electric air handler (furnace) this week. The salesman who came to my home to provide a quote and answer my questions was professional and friendly. We arranged for installation the next day. The 2 guys who did the installation knocked out most of the job (in the garage and outside) while I was at work and then installed the thermostat inside when I returned home. Not cheap but they made the process smooth and no-hassle. I will regularly service my system through WCA in order to keep up the great warranty. Thanks WCA.
Williams Comfort Air serviced our A/C system yesterday. Our technician was efficient and professional. Williams sold us a Carrier replacement furnace and air conditioning system, and we have not had any trouble since. I will recommend this company to our family and friends.
He was very professional-he answer all my question-l have a 85 yr old brother who was complaining about the furnace-he talk to him and assure him there was some precaution he can take to be warmer in the house!!! Thnk u Mat

We love Williams Comfort Air. They send you a text message with worker s bio and picture, so you know who will be arriving. They just installed a new furnace. Then we needed a plumber for our sink, and it was fixed in less than 12 hours. Then our humidifier was leaking and they fixed it quickly. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We won t use anyone else.
We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed. The test of a vendor is to see what they do after the installation. We had a small issue with an existing humidifier and the install team came out and did a great job on fixing the problem. They were apologetic even though it was just one of those things. This company is locally owned and understands that in a small town word spreads quickly. The word is out and Williams Air is outstanding

Jordan and his assistant did an amazing job! Jordan was so polite, personable and professional! Debrah, who answered the phone, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The work done was exceptional! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. It was our first time using Williams Comfort Air and it certainly won't be the last! We highly recommend them!
The technician was awesome! It was Christmas and they were out within 5 hours of the call and didn't charge extra! Definitely will be doing business with them in the future.
furnace went out in middle of night woke up to 57 degree house. Called Williams Air and Kevin showed up about an hour later on a Sunday morning. Had the problem solved and fixed in about 30 minutes. Kevin was very professional and super nice I would have him ack anytime I need service. A very valued employee of Williams Air, We are warm and ready to watch Super bowl.
I have had the same technician, Joey, a few times now. Always takes his time and does a thorough job. Informs me of all the good and the bad of how things are looking and gives me honest feedback. Very nice and personable. I have had a great experience with this company on more than one occasion.

The tech was courteous, prompt and took care of my tune-up and recommended a part for the longevity of my air conditioner. Williams Comfort Air texted me and emailed me the day before the service was scheduled and emailed me the info as well. The tech called to confirm the appointment, and then I received a dossier on him as well as a picture of him via text so I would feel certain I knew who he was. I was impressed from start to finish.
Well, after I messed up and missed three phone calls from Mr. Plumber when the gentleman showed up he couldn't have been more polite, intelligent, courteous, professional or clean! And the kicker is he fixed my drain! He showed me how to use a declogger. He cleaned my bathroom probably cleaner than it was and I will never go anywhere for anything you folks do .Made my week!
Repair technician Kenny was very kind and informative. He let me know what needed done to fix our AC and what may be needed in the future. He was done within 30 minutes and the AC has worked flawlessly ever since! Did not give 5 stars due to price being a little higher than I had originally thought.
We called for service this morning and the customer service rep was thorough. 5 minutes after, we got a call from repairman Logan who gave us an ETA of 30 minutes. Logan arrived on time, worked with us to diagnose and explain what was going on. Since we just bought the home as first time homeowners, this was invaluable. Logan then offered options for service agreements, provided written explanations of the programs, and didn t push us into buying them with tongue in cheek threats like other companies we have dealt with have. That s really what sold us! Logan treated us well and with respect. We would love to have him provide our service again, but not too soon! Thank you so much!
Great experience with William s Comfort Air yesterday. Had our furnace stop working. They were able to get someone out within a few hours. The furnace technician, Andrew, was friendly & knowledgeable. He was able to get it up & running in a short time. We appreciated his time on a Sunday afternoon as otherwise we would have had no heat. Great experience with Williams Comfort Air. My appt. was for 2-5pm on Saturday and they called around 11am advising they could be there in 30 minutes if I'd like. I jumped at the chance as this would free up my late afternoon. Michael Peacock arrived as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He offered lots of insight and helpful tips to keep my heating/ac unit working most efficiently.
Our tech Andrew was just awesome...he was early; very efficient and so helpful...He helped us find a coupon to help with the unexpected costs... I would recommend this tech to anyone and will sure ask for him again. WCAIR is very lucky to have him working for them ..
I've been in my home 24 years and have had the furnace cleaned many times. This is the first time the technician "took things apart" and cleaned them. He also opened up the intake location so more air could flow into my furnace to help make it more efficient! And he also cleaned up everywhere he worked, once he was finished. He was prompt and friendly and explained things as he went along - which I surely appreciated.
I can certainly recommend Williams Comfort Air and I even signed up for two more visits - one for the A/C and again, next year, for the furnace.

We have used Williams Comfort Air for our heating/cooling needs since 2012. We have always been please with the quality of work and the quality of their employees in our home. They have always been prompt, explained any issues thoroughly, explained any repair options thoroughly and when possible, given us options on work needed. I highly recommend them for heating/cooling needs.
I recently installed a new smart thermostat. The furnace was not running after my install. So I called comfort air to get help. They were able to come out same day and even earlier which was great. Technician identified the problem within three minutes of looking at the thermostat and it was just a couple of selections that were made incorrectly in the first place. It seems as if he then stayed around to try and find some thing else to look at and charge me more money. I wasn t interested in an on the spot AC tune up Or the two maintenance programs he offered. I was told on the phone when scheduling that I would be made aware of the estimate before any services were performed. The tech seemed to be fumbling around on his iPad, not looking up at me and said I assume they didn t tell you how much a thermostat install is? I was confused because he didn t install, he clicked the right options on the thermostat and could have been out the door in under 10 min & I was told by Jordan/phone coordinator that I would be made aware of an estimate. Had I not brought this up to the tech I would have spent $250 rather than the $94 service charge. He asked me if I was mad at him. At this point I was extremely annoyed and felt like I was being taken advantage of and just wanted him gone. I don t believe this tech was good representation of the company.

Ryan did a good job with replacing my defrosting board and the defrosting sensor on my heat pump/AC unit. He was very helpful and he check the entire heating system to make sure that our furnace and heat pump was working correctly.
I will start out by saying that I am not a Williams customer. Read on and you will see that their policies prevented me from giving them consideration to be their customer.
I called Williams to get a quote on r22 in order to possibly have them come out and recharge my system. The girl stated that only their techs could provide an estimate on that after a service call ($94). She said it was their policy not to quote pricing from the office. I said that surely she knows the price of the r22. It's not like I was asking for the price of a repair very specific to my system. She again stated that it was their policy not to give out prices from the office.
Some places are charging $175/lb or more for r22, while others charge $166 for the first pound, then $78 each additional pound. If you need more than 1 pound of r22, you could be paying several hundred dollars more to one company vs another.
By Williams not even providing me with a quote on the r22 price per pound, I was not able to give them any consideration to earn my business. Every other place I called happily provided me their current r22 price.
The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable about what we were faced with. He gave us several options, and educated us on each one. He was able to produce a quote on the spot which was helpful in expediting the process.
I am very disappointed at their service. They don t fixed the problem after paying them nearly $3,000. I am told to pay again for unclogging the drain afterward. I am very unhappy with them. I only give them a star because they are quick to come when I call them.

My mom recommended this company to us because she has used them for 20 years. It's no wonder why she was so loyal to them! As new homeowners we had an issue with our HVAC and everything from scheduling, service and customer service follow up was above par! We will be using them for many years to come as well!!

I thought Bill and Dusty were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I liked them and how they interacted with us/the family. They both went above and beyond while in our home. Our elderly neighbor happened to fall in her garage and they both assisted in getting her into her house and calling for help before returning to installing our water heater. We were very impressed with that. Also every time I have called Mr. Plumber they have made me feel like I am their number one customer. Everything is always handled in a timely manner and the process is thoroughly explained so you know what to expect.
Arrived on time and quickly determined the cause of the furnace problem. Offered options (repairs vs. replace) and set up a time to meet with a sales person to discuss. Overall very pleased with the service.
