Birthday spa retreat, did not disappoint. The bodywraps were heavenly! Will definitely be back. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Dinner was great. Shopping right across the street. It was a perfect trip.

This place is always outstanding but last night exceptional. The heel on my italian bootie broke. Within seconds staff asked if they could help. Maintenance came to me, took my boot, straightened the nails, reglued and put back together. When he delivered I said I wouldn't wear so the glue could set. He told me to wear, I could dance if I wanted. Seriously? Maintenance fixing shoes. Amazing! This place never disappoints.
Great place, great people almost like a family atmosphere. The service exceeds expectations. The staff truly are problem solvers and guru's in the art of hospitality. Coming from the Bahamas on our honeymoon and first visit to Canada they did not disappoint.

Great location with outlets across, this resort hallway and lobby smells so so so good and people are great and great tasty food. Starbucks inside the resort is additional.

I did write up a response however I don't see it... only the rating. Here it is...My husband and I stayed at White Oaks this past week-end to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We had a fabulous time. From the moment we arrived until the next morning when we left everything was perfect. We were very impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone we encountered was polite, friendly and very professional. It truly made a difference to our stay. We had an early check-in which was great to a beautiful suite. We had a really good lunch at Play just before going on our wine tour. Brian the driver was fabulous. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he made the tour fun. After the wine tour I went to the Spa and everyone was super friendly ...I wanted to stay there longer. We then had dinner at LIV and it was outstanding. The server was a lady and she was very professional and attentive. We love the restaurant food, ambiance and staff. The food was amazing. All in all a fabulous experience from start to end. We will come back.
Great for a quick getaway! Lots to do but if you're looking for something less commercial or quiet then try more in Niagara on the lake.
I love this place it has an excersize facility and great rooms and halls for rent. They also have a garden patio to sit and relax out side.
Ive just recently had my wedding at white oaks which was more than perfect. Thanks to Alicia and Jennica every step of the process was clearly layed out and ran so smoothly. They made accommodations for all the children involved by preparing child friendly meals, adding playpens where needed and coloring activities for the older kids. Service was always amazing. Loved our bell man Philip! I also cant say enough about the hair salon.I highly recommend a visit during your stay. Pool hours were great..and lots of places to take wedding party pictures. Thanks to everyone at white oaks!
Top notch hotel, great service and people. Exceptionally clean. Only wish the beds were a little softer. Meeting facilities and food were top notch.

My husband and I enjoyed the 2 night stay here. As soon as we arrived , we had a warm welcome from concierge team. The service was plesant and check- in was quick. There are a lot of amenities. The hotel is very clean, no issues with our room. For breakfast we had a choice of menu or buffet. We chose buffet. The food tasted great and service was excellent . It is also conveniently located right across from the outlet mall no need to cross the border to shop. Top class service at this hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Great resort, lots of amenities, spa and pool. The only thing I didn t like was that the mattress in our room was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank
Stayed her for a girls wknd and we loved it. All the staff are great and the rooms are clean. Within walking distance to the outlet mall and the spa was very nice. Had some issues with the movies and the front desk credited us to make up for the inconvenience. Highly recommend

Don't let the name fool you! White Oaks in Niagara-on-the-Lake is also known for their athletic facilities, in addition to their conference resort and spa - these days, I go there for the gym, and steam & sauna rooms - I've been a club member on & off over the years. Many people come for the tennis and squash courts too.
While White Oaks is considerably more expensive than other options, as they are the regional benchmark for cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism, and delivering a premium experience overall. The property & facilities are well-kept and beautiful. I almost forgot to mention the variety of excellent eating & dining options; they're worth exploring as well.
Last but not least, White Oaks has an EV (electric vehicle) charger available - delivering up to 69 amps, it's among the fastest "destination chargers" in the region - there's only one plug/connector, so it gets occupied often enough
Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the platinum suite. Wow! Huge room. Very friendly staff. Lounge was very nice. Live music was a nice touch.
This is my first time staying at White Oaks and overall, it was mediocre for the price. The conference centre was nice, good food and pleasant service, but the room was below par. For a high end hotel in Niagara, the bathroom was less than average, paper thin walls, noisy bathroom fan (SO loud), and there was damage to the wall when I first walked in. For the price, I would have rather went downtown Niagara Falls, or even have drove to the Toronto Delta where there is luxury suites and exceptional lounge for the same price. I didn t pay out of pocket for this room, and In the future, I wouldn t select this hotel.
Great ambiance and dinner setting with dimmed lights. Went on NYE and had chicken curry and rice. Curry was nice and chilli hot. There was a musician singing and playing guitar, so we listened to some jazz and sultry songs which added to a great atmosphere of dining and chatting.

Their gym is modern and well equipped with useful equipment and facilities.
They accommodated our large group just a couple days in advance. We all really enjoyed ourselves. My massage was excellent, they even gave us a bath bomb at the end, we also went to their sauna and pool. Great place, will come back again.

My wife and I booked the Couples Kickback package as a long weekend get away. Definitely great value with the package including spa, breakfast and dinner credits. Swap the spa credit out for golf or a wine tour; works for everyone! The resort, spa, and restaurant staff are extremely nice, superior hospitality. Would definitely come back!

Great experience from start to finish. All staff are extremelly polite and courteous with the exception of checkout. But I'll chaulk it up to her likely having a bad day.
Spent a night here for a girls weekend away. The resort is beautiful, better than I had anticipated. The staff are polite and very professional and really go above and beyond to ensure the ultimate guest experience. We had one incident with a cleaning lady where we overheard her saying our room had asked for too many towels. We didn't confront her, bit were shocked that a service industry worker would speak about guests so openly where they can be overheard.
We ate at both Play for dinner and Liv for breakfast. At both service was great and the food was delicious.
The room are lovely and cozy, although the beds a bit small (theuret doubles) and the bathroom tiny as well.
We'll definitely be back. Hopefully in warmer weather when we can hit up some wineries for tours.
Amazing service and attention to detail. Clean, comfortable rooms offer a quiet sleep. Dinner at Liv was exceptional! Will definately return to be pampered again. You will not be disappointed.

Not so good - bed was rock hard, seems to be a little dated, coffee cups in our room were dirty and no hangers in bathroom for your towels.

A wonderful spa/hotel. The entry, rooms, restaurant and spa are all gorgeous. The service was exceptional, and everything was very clean. The reason for my 4 star rating is simply that the pool/hot tub area is quite out dated and not what I'd expect from a 'spa resort'. Otherwise, definitely recommend.
Honestly I wasn't impressed with White Oaks. With is being a 4 star resort and spa I expected more. Had breakfast the next morning also and the food was bland and everything was wrapped in plastic wrap instead of individually packaged. Small thing like that... I expected a better experience.

They were wonderful. Our server was welcoming and sweet, and the food is great. Noise does carry in the restaurant 'PLAY,' so hopefully you don't sit beside a loud party like we did.
Given current Covid restrictions hotel provides a clean and comfortable room. Close to wine country and outlet mall.

We had booked 2 nights stayed at the conjunction room 109 & 111. Mole found on ceiling at room 111, immediately let the front desk know they insist it's not mole but willing to change room for us the next day.
The next day we told them we don't need to change room because it's only 1 more night and we'd unpacked all the stuff already, also we're on the way to the outlet. They insisted we have to change room because they booked the room for someone else ( not cleaning the mole but booked for someone else???) We told them we can stay and just give the client our new rooms but they said we must leave. So we went back to room, packed our stuff in a hurry, that's the time my mom lost her diamond ring.
Although the manager is still investigating the case but this is definitely a terrible experience.
Beside the mole and the incident, staffs are extremely polite and great service.
Location is across from a mall, a ten minute drive from downtown Niagara and a really nice place to stay. The front desk was super nice and helpful.

We had an Executive Team meeting & the events coordinator Tina B was awesome! She & her team made sure that our group was very safe for our meeting space as well as our dining experiences. Arrangements were made for us to travel to a local winery & the shuttle service from the hotel was very convenient. Kudos to the entire staff for creating a safe place to meet, to eat and enjoy our 4 days there. Would highly recommend this facility!

The staff are amazing and very accommodating. They deal with issues right away. The restaurant Liv is quite pricey but the food is fantastic. The resort is located closed to great shopping and just a short drive to many great Niagara wineries. My only small complaint would be the fridge in my room was not very functional. It was clearly a mini bar fridge that was never replaced. There are only outlets on one side of the room which is inconvenient. Other than these relatively small things, I was super happy with everything else.
Always have an amazing time at Liv restaurant and the rooms are second to none.
I am Chinese-Canadian and my husband is Tanzanian-Gujarati-Canadian. Needless to say, there was a diverse set of needs for our wedding! We met with Alicia, our venue coordinator, over a year ago and settled on White Oaks purely because of her sincerity, meticulousness and overall awesome personality; she was the #1 selling point. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout our planning process despite our varied needs. I actually cannot express in this post how amazing Alicia is - she really made my dream wedding come true!!! We hosted four events at White Oaks over the weekend: our rehearsal dinner, an Indian sangeet, a secular wedding ceremony and a wedding reception (with a Chinese tea ceremony!) Alicia guided us throughout every event, making sure everything was done just right and we stayed on time. I do also have to point out another spectacular human who also added an extra +++ to every party: Achille. Achille is honestly the best wait staff / bar tender I have ever met. He began his time with us right from the start at the rehearsal dinner all the way through to the wedding reception. His drinks are delicious but above all he just has the most amazing energy. By the end of the night everyone was on a first name basis with Achille. We stayed over at White Oaks for four nights and the overall customer service is unparalleled - every single person working in this facility is extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, with all the wedding festivities I did not have a chance to really enjoy the amenities! I guess I'll just have to come back :) Thank you so much to the White Oaks team especially Alicia, Jennica and Achille for making our wedding the best wedding I've ever been to!

We had an event there and it was well organized and catered. I enjoyed the layout of the facility and the rooms. There was lots of seating and the space was more than enough for out meeting.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very pleasant and the rooms are nice. The food is amazing and dessert is even better.
Excellent experience! All employees were attentive and professional. Great adherence to covid guidelines. Close proximity to shopping, wineries, breweries and restaurants. Can't wait to visit again.
