I had a massage at the spa. The massage itself was wonderful, but the little touches made the visit most special. The staff's attentiveness is second to none.i will definitely be back!

Great facility and great service! Complimentary sparkling wine for our honeymoon was a great touch!

My husband and I went for a couples getaway weekend. Our first experience was exactly what we were hoping for and much more. Will definitely go back.

Really great place to stay. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Great service for dinner at the restaurants. Lots of activities to do as well. Service was great once they realized we booked a room there and weren t lingering in the lobby.

A fabulous resort! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient and close to all the attractions of the area. There's no shortage of things to do at the hotel yet it is quiet if all you want to do is relax. We look forward to returning.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The hotel and room are absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, and hand sanitizing stations all throughout. They re taking the appropriate measure to make sure everyone stays safe in this Covid-19 era. The staff are extremely friendly and are willing to help with bags, recommendations, etc. Always a smiling face and a friendly greeting! They also surprised us with wine and chocolate covered strawberries to help celebrate our 1 year!! It was perfect. Also, right across the street from the outlet mall! Will definitely stay here from now on!

One of the Nicest hotels in one of the Nicest areas in Ontario Canada. Would highly recommend to eat at Live, there restaurant. It's an experience you will never forget. Rooms are decorated beautifully as well. Enjoy!

I've had nothing but amazing experiences at White Oaks. The food is delicious, the spa is very relaxing and customer service is nothing but 5 star.

This hotel has excellent facilities and is reight accross the street from the Niagara prime outlets. It's within 10 min of Niagara falls. It's located right on the new making it very accessible . Great hotel

Had a couple's massage for our anniversary, which was great. Was confused going in since we didn't know we were at the club entrance rather than the main one and it was a bit of a journey down to the spa. The spa itself was great. My fiancee and I were thrown off when we went to the steam sauna and dry sauna and found out they were separate for men and women.

My family and I stayed on the weekend of march break as a mini getaway for the kids and we were thoroughly impressed by our experience. Beautiful hotel and great service. Thank you!

Stayed at White Oaks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we booked, arrived and left we were made to feel more than special. The customer service at White Oaks is outstanding. They are doing some much needed improvements to their rooms but our stay was still wonderful. Highly recommend White Oaks.

Great place to spend our 25th wedding anniversary. Great room and fantastic dining. And nice special touches to help us celebrate our occassion like complimentary champagne and sweets. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff restaurants and amenities are amazing

White Oaks is a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara Region. They are well-located, just off the QEW. You will not be disappointed with their rooms, restaurants or other amenities. The staff do an exceptional job looking after you. They take care of all the small details.

Our second visit to Whiteoaks was just as perfect as our first. We are actually in the process of planning our third visit. Both restaurants are fabulous but the Liv restaurant has above and beyond service and "to die for" menu selections. Great spa. And absolutely the best concierge - Andre (hopefully I've remembered his correct name). Highly recommended.

Amazing weekend getaway. Everything we could have imagined (even including the circumstances). Staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. We stayed in the platinum suite (749) and the room was very clean with a thoughtful layout. Very comfortable and included everything we needed. Great location and superb amenities throughout the resort. Restaurants included great wait staff and were accommodating, affordable, and delicious. Overall great experience.

Staff was wonderful in the hotel and both the restaurants. The food was quite amazing. One of the best Caesar salads I have had. For breakfast I had the eggs Benedict. They eggs were perfectly placed and the breakfast potatoes had a lovely crisp on the outside and moist and flavourful on the inside. The best part....both meals were quite reasonably priced. I was just there for a quick business stay, so didn't have the opportunity to use any of the spa facilities.

I've had dozens of massages. The two best have been here. You won't regret it.

WiFi was too slow but other than that it was pretty good.

Great place to stay when heading to the falls. Generous clean rooms with a spa on premises as Well as cafe's and restaurants all under one roof. Great shopping within walking distance.

Went for a pedicure. The location is ideal for some pampering then lunch and shopping as it is located across the street from the outlet mall. The environment is lovely. Soft colouring, music, and a whisper zone are very relaxing. We take the option to change into super soft robes and sit in the lounge room for a full hour afterwards letting our nails dry. This is our third year going at Christmas and we will return again next year. Some esthetician's are better than others, but only going annually we haven't had the same ones from visit to visit. I recommend going here for an exceptionally clean & decent pedicure in a luxurious environment.

Very nice facility. Attended for a wedding and reception all in the same venue, I was impressed. Definitely for the thick walletted individual though, I'm sure it doesn't come at a cheap price.

Great location, short drive to Niagara on the lake and the falls. Outlet mall across the street, nice amenities and very friendly staff. Nice facilities by way of gym, raquet courts and pool. Fitness classes available for fee. Price was a little high, particularly for the food but shopping centre has a decent food court.

A very comfortable place to come and take a mini vacation. You are always treated like royalty anywhere in the hotel.

Thank you so much for a wonderful 29th anniversary stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities made you feel special but you still felt comfortable. So many amenities, so little time! Right across from Niagara Outlets and 10 minutes to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We enjoyed the area and came home feeling very refreshed. We will be back :)

I just joined White Oaks gym and have been blown away by their service. They really go above and beyond for their members which shows that they treat their staff well. They have great amenities including a cafe, eucalyptus steam room and spa, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden, restaurants, and even childcare! I am looking forward to enjoying their club this year and hopefully many more!

Very impressed with the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel and amenities. As a vegan I was extremely impressed that their restaurants offered vegan options for breakfast and dinner. Right down to the coffee mix and dips for food. Will definitely be back again!

So disappointed in white oaks. My husband and I arrived at 430pm for our 5pm massages. We had requested a pregnancy massage for my self and a female masseuse for my husband. We set up a nice weekend in Niagara got a babysitter. We arrive and are told only male masseuses. To compensate offered free drinks at the bar even though I booked a pregnancy massage. I am so disappointed our weekend was ruined. They stated they called and and told me there were only males but I recieved no call. I received a confirmation text message for the appointment and I confirmed it 4 days before arriving. I am just so upset with this experience I will never ever return.

Michael in the front lobby was the best. He was so polite and informative and he made us feel like we were right at home.

We held a small meeting at White Oaks and everyone felt comfortable with the physical distancing, cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were great and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend White Oaks as a meeting venue.

My partner booked a Superior Room with a King Bed on September 27th, 2019 to celebrate our anniversary through Expedia. Much to our dismay when we got our room, there were two double beds. When we asked them to look into it, they said we could check in after our hour and a half Spa service. We then went to the front desk and spoke with Gerry who checked and stated there were no rooms available. He stated because it was booked through Expedia the bed type was only a request. He was dismissive and unapologetic. If this was simply a "request" why weren't we told about it ahead of time by White Oaks and why would Expedia advertise rooms with two Double beds, two Queen beds and one King bed when booking. We picked this place because of the excellent reviews we read, sadly our experience wasn't the same and greatly missed the mark, while leaving a sour note to our wonderful day in Niagara-on-the-lake.

Great service. Might be pricey for some people, but it was a great stay. The gym is an actual membership gym that you get access to with your stay! A full gym with everything you need, and a separate floor for cardio machines..

White Oaks - "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" package was perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed the amazing services at the spa and a wonderful dinner at LIV. Staff was welcoming and took pride in the services they provide. I have already informed many friends of this great hotel and impressive spa and dining!

I would never join this club after trying it a few times. It's really hard to find a parking spot, the yoga classes are packed and you end up touching/ bumping into people around you or vice versa (maybe some people like That! ). You have to sign up a week ahead for spinning and (3 days?)trx. I usually plan that like maybe an hour ahead of time so that wouldn't work for me. Then the narrow corridor of lockers reserved for us non-locker renters is cramped and crowded. I did however enjoy the steam room and it is a nice facility but just too crowded. Plus there's this superficial kind of fake aura about the place too...so one star for steam room and showers and one for cleanliness of the facility.

My hubby and I are just on route returning from our Fabulous stay at White Oaks Resort!!
This was my third visit here, but my husband's first visit. We needed a mini escape from the 'new' lifestyle we've all been living unexpectedly and unfortunately for the past six months! Not only was White Oaks a perfect reprieve from the constant reminder of living amidst a pandemic, but it was also an opportunity for us to celebrate our belated 12th Wedding Anniversary which we did not get around to properly celebrating on August 30th, our original Anniversary date. We opted for the "Get Out of Town Package", one of Many Awesome packages offered at White Oaks!!
All the staff at this resort were extremely Pleasant and Attentive from the moment we checked in yesterday afternoon, to when we checked out this morning.
Our room and the Hotel in general was impeccably clean and kept super well sanitized, respecting all of the recent protocols to ensure everyone's Safety, from contacting and spreading Covid-19!!
Our package included a $150 Dinner Credit, and a $50 Breakfast Credit. We paid just under $400 for the both of us, which we found to be very reasonable for all that this package included!!
Our dinner at Play restaurant was sooo tasty, and our lovely server Amanda was simply Terrific!!!
I loved my eggplant and tagliatelle Pasta and highly recommend it!!!
Our Breakfast at Liv restaurant was also really delicious, we both ordered the French Toast, and once again we're attended to by a sweet and super efficient server. Thank You So Much, Rachel!!
Book a Getaway at this Beautiful Resort on Breathtaking Niagara on the Lake, right across the street from the Niagara Outlet Collection strip mall, where by the way the hubby and I got some nice shopping done with great deals!! You too will Love your time here guaranteed!!!!
