White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa Review

The spa was overpriced for the service we received, and majority of staff did not seem very personable. The rooms were renovated, but appeared to be done so on a budget. We didn't mind that look, but felt it made the hotel seem overpriced. A small detail, but there were no slippers and very limited selection to the coffee and tea in the room: something we expected to be standard given the price we paid for the suite. Nonetheless, we appreciated that the hotel was very conscious about incorporating green initiatives into their practices, including offering $5/night for choosing not to have guests towels changed daily

The hotel is beautiful. I was there doing makeup for a bridal party. The staff was very nice and helped me find where I needed to go.

White oaks is an awesome establishment. From the gym to the dining everyone is beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

Attended the Pearl Gloves charity boxing event. Amazing venue

Rooms, common areas and pool; were clean, and comfortable. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Restaurants were accommodating and the food was great. Location was excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay, and look forward to another visit.

Very nice for receptions and events. However the spa downstairs is a bit small. Lots of parking on he side and close to the outlet.

White Oaks has been my choice for both leisure and business stays for some time now. I will continue to be a return customer simply because the level of service is unmatched in this area. The staff of White Oaks are pretty much able to anticipate my needs even before I do. We held a small corporate meeting Aug 11 and 12. The business side of the event was excellent - large meeting room with plenty of space for distancing. Tech was very responsive when we needed adapters etc to connect to the projector. Coffee and snacks were well organized and the meals were timely and very good. The rooms were also very well appointed and we always felt like our safety during these COVID days was a priority and felt completely well taken care of. I would recommend this again.

I expected a lot more from it, the doormen were super hospitable but the hotel wasn't that great.

Good experience overall. Booked the Tower room because it was larger and we were a family of 4 (2 adults 2kids). It felt spacious. The bathroom area is very functional and spacious. The layout allowed more than one person to use with some privacy (separate toilet, sink and shower areas).

Good resort and conference rooms. Food is average and drinks are expensive and the basketball courts closed earlier than expected. Overall still one of the best hotels I've been too. Room service is top notch.

Great place!!! Wonderful room, spa and breakfast brought to the room. One thing, bring your own water if you drink a lot of it... they charge you for a jug if you want it in your room. Other then that, really enjoyed it.

What a great facility! Had a corporate meeting there and impressed with cleanliness and friendly staff. Also breakfast buffet is sweat!

My girlfriends and I booked this trip as a one-night 'get away' girls' trip. We reserved in advance spa appointments for 2pm on the day of arrival. The spa was clean, friendly, and professional. The hotel staff was somewhat helpful and accommodating. I say somewhat, because we asked where the spa was (no signage from the lobby), and we were led half way to our destination, then given direction, which still ended up being a bit confusing. Directions to the elevator were confusing as well. Also, I had requested early arrival check-in because of our appointments. I was told they would try, but there would be no guarantee the room would be ready. That would've been fine, had, at the time of our arrival upon checking in, they told us our room was not ready, but we witnessed other people checking in and receiving the keys to their room. I will say the room was decent, and they even thought to leave us with 3 of almost everything, since we reserved 3 people to the room. The water pressure of the shower was amazing compared to other hotels. And the TV in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Very pleased with facility and the staff. Highly recommend for couple getaway and corporate events.

Stopped off to enjoy a terrific breakfast while on a family vacation and enjoyed being treated like royalty. A wonderful introduction to Canada!

Spent a fabulous weekend with the ladies. What a wonderful resort. Just a short getaway but left feeling incredibly relaxed. The staff were incredibly inviting and super friendly. Always quick to get us anything we needed for our stay. We were very fortunate to have been upgraded to a luxurious suite. Can't wait to for our next visit.

Great food and pretty good accommodations, TV's in the bathroom are a nice touch. Highly recommended for business trips and conferences.

Really wonderful place. Everyone goes out of there way to make you feel important. The food for me was average and it was definitely not cheap. But the atmosphere and staff are very nice.

We had our Xmas party there and it was an absolute pleasure, the staff was welcoming and the facilities were even better.

We went to this beautiful hotel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The price was great! $180 for a Friday-Saturday. We wanted to stay Saturday also but the price was almost double so we passed. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile. My only disappointment was our room- we walked past many rooms with open doors and the rooms were renovated and stunning. We obviously were given an older room but that's okay because it was still nice and we were treated well. There's a very nice outdoor outlet mall across the street. We had dinner at LIV which is a beautiful upscale restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. The food was incredible, the decor was stunning and the service was fantastic. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we felt celebrated on our special day. I'm vegan and my only real menu option was cauliflower steak which sounded delicious but I wasn't in the mood. I asked the server if she would speak with the chef and create a vegan dish off menu. I received a beautiful baked half squash with lentils, zucchini, peppers, green onions and Sriracha jasmine rice. Amazing. My husband had the halibut and said it was the tastiest fish he's ever had. The entire experience was beyond what I expected. I will recommend this hotel and their restaurant for the rest of my life!

I went for a haircut. It's always awesome. It's not too expensive. Everyone is friendly. They play cool music. It's convenient location means i don't have to walk through the hotel and accidentally run into someone from high school only to find out they're stuck in a multi level marketing scheme selling essential oils. All in all - a great experience.

Great stay, excellent customer service, you felt like they appreciated your business. Clean spacious rooms. Food at restaurants was awesome..had the best Caesar salad ever and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Eggs benny and french toast were delicious. Outlet mall across the road with food and shops. Would recommend and would stay again!

I was there for a seminar, but near the end it was difficult to hear the speaker over music playing in the next room. Dinner was good.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location to visit wineries and right next to the shops. Service was incredible and quick bringing things to the room. Food at the restaurant/in-room service was okay not spectacular. But would definitely go back without question.

We were pleased with the friendliness of the entire staff. Waiters, greeters, doormen, concierge and staff at the desk were always friendly and helpful. the Health Club was fabulous and restaurants were very good.

Not a chance this place is 5 star. Rooms are dated except for the bathroom .We had paid extra for an executive suite which it was not worthy of the name. Jetted tub didn't even work properly Pillows were terrible .Bed was uncomfortable There is a Keurig coffee maker but you can't drink the coffee because they have that disgusting powdered whitener which I can't understand why some hotels do this and some don't. Get rid of it! And to top it off the prices are really high! Facilities are good but you have to share everything with the non guests who have memberships there and hog everything and make it crowded. Great location .Nice friendly staff but not sure if we will return.

Bedrooms have not been updated in a while. Walking path needs to be repaved and branches cut back. They have lots of activities to keep you busy. Waking distance to high end mall. Food was really good for breakfast buffet, and wedding attended. Beautiful grounds for weddings. Staff very friendly.

Look beyond the exterior which has a bit of dated design/architecture to discover a beautiful experience inside. Nicely appointed rooms. Unparalleled service. Great food. And I love LOVE all the fresh flowers throughout the facility. Close to home, but a great location for a quick getaway. And very well price!

Conference room was very clean and well prepared. Food served was decent but not spectacular.
