The staff are amazing and very accommodating. They deal with issues right away. The restaurant Liv is quite pricey but the food is fantastic. The resort is located closed to great shopping and just a short drive to many great Niagara wineries. My only small complaint would be the fridge in my room was not very functional. It was clearly a mini bar fridge that was never replaced. There are only outlets on one side of the room which is inconvenient. Other than these relatively small things, I was super happy with everything else.
