We had booked 2 nights stayed at the conjunction room 109 & 111. Mole found on ceiling at room 111, immediately let the front desk know they insist it's not mole but willing to change room for us the next day.
The next day we told them we don't need to change room because it's only 1 more night and we'd unpacked all the stuff already, also we're on the way to the outlet. They insisted we have to change room because they booked the room for someone else ( not cleaning the mole but booked for someone else???) We told them we can stay and just give the client our new rooms but they said we must leave. So we went back to room, packed our stuff in a hurry, that's the time my mom lost her diamond ring.
Although the manager is still investigating the case but this is definitely a terrible experience.
Beside the mole and the incident, staffs are extremely polite and great service.
