As always, we had a wonderful time. Love the flowers in the reception and all the staff were so accommodating, kind and friendly. We went to Play for dinner and it was fabulous, with live music too :) Can't wait to come back!!

Excellent service for sure. Hotel is a little outdated, despite people saying otherwise. We stayed for a night and no complaints, other than the price of package, slightly overpriced. If they offered better deals l am sure we would visit more often.

I had the privilege of using the fitness club for the month of January. They have great facilities and if you like racket sports then this is the place for you. I will let others know that a membership usually runs you about $100 a month, so I don't want anyone to have sticker shock when they walk in and inquire about a membership. They have lots of classes and a variety of different fitness facilities. The men's change room is great, steam room, sauna, lots of showers and lockers.

Amazing!! Extremely clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was no bath tub in the room. The shower area is quite slippery. Good thing there is a mat to put in the shower. When I booked the hotel, I was lead to believe that there was no restaurant open on the property. Liv wasn't open but the other one was and it was fantastic! Nice not to go out for dinner. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Hope to return another time.

Went to the White Oaks Resort for their girls week...

Went to the White Oaks Resort for their girls weekend away package. There were three of us; however the room was only set up for two (with robes and wine glasses), however getting the third was no problem. We received a complimentary chocolate fondue - however couldn't take advantage of it as it arrived when we were leaving for our spa appointments as we had pre-booked them for 4:30pm.

The spa was amazing (and deserves five stars); all of us were very happy with our treatments and it was definitely the highlight of the weekend; unfortunately things went downhill from there.

We went to dinner at LIV and were seated immediately (we had reservations at 7pm). We ordered our meals and drinks and then the problems arrived. Drinks arrived fairly promptly but the appetizers and mains took a long time to arrive. We had our apps by about 7:45 and they were enjoyable - but the mains didn't arrive until 8:40pm. Two of us ordered medium steak, and one person ordered rare tuna - all of the meat was overcooked to well-done and while we were offered the chance to have it remade we declined due to how long the food took to arrive; and the level of service we received (poor). We were credited with 50% off the mains as it was clear we weren't happy. All in all we didn't leave the restaurant until after 9:30

We had also received complimentary drinks to PLAY (received from the spa) which we went to after dinner. While there were no issues with the drinks (and they were delicious); we did have some problems settling up the next day.

We then went back to the room to order our free movie (included in the package); but the tv wouldn't let us order. We did call down and get maintenance to help - but he couldn't get the tv to order a movie either - so it was a part of the package we could not use. They did comp us room service coffee for the issue; which was a nice gesture; but overall it was disappointing not being able to order.

When we went to check out that's when it got ugly. There were credits we were entitled to because of our package didn't show up on the bills, one of us was overcharged for dinner; they tried to charge us for the free drinks at PLAY and a $20 credit for breakfast was showing up as $2.50. We ended up spending nearly 20 minutes checking out due to these issues.

Overall, the dinner experience really ruined the weekend for us; which is a shame as it had the potential to be amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The battery on both our safe and door died during our two night visit but maintenance was able to fix them within half an hour each.
The restaurants Play and Liv were really nice and had great food.
It felt like staying at a fancy hotel.

This is the second time I've stayed at White Oaks. Rooms are clean and luxurious, food is fantastic, and there are lots of things to do while you are here. Location is a short drive to downtown Niagara on the Lake and to the Niagara Falls tourist area.

My husband and I booked massages at the spa at white oaks for our Friday date night. My husband had never been for a massage before so he was nervous at first. The updates at the Spa are amazing. New change rooms, newly renovated quiet area to relax and they now sell wine right in the spa. We were so lucky to relax for a half hour before our services started.
Brandan D and Steve D were absolutely incredible. My husband was so impressed at how professional and skilled Steve was during his massage, he promised to come back once a month just to see him. Brandon also did such a fantastic job. I was so relaxed and we left feeling in complete bliss after an hour with those two.
Our receptionists were professional and so welcoming. Javiera and Siobhan were standing with welcoming smiles as soon as we entered. We were immediately assisted during checkin and checkout. They reviewed our services with us and we re happy to ask about our experience after.
Way to go white oaks spa team!

This is my Hotel of choice in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area, clean and recently renovated accommodations, convenient location, lots of amenities, and great in-house restaurants.

Next door is McDonald's and Premium Oulets, 20 minute scenic drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake area, wineries, and the actual Niagara Falls.

Average price is around 200-250$ a night if you can find deals.

I'm going to reiterate that the restaurants are very good even the all you can eat breakfast! They offer fine dining around the clock and pub for more casual eating.

I give them 8/10!

One of my better experiences. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My younger brother has many allergies and was not sure what he could eat at the lunch and dinner buffet, the head chef made sure to personally bring out fresh food that did not come into contact with anything my brother was allergic to. Right across the outlet mall if one would want to go shopping. Rooms are clean, the pool was also nice!

Attended a wedding and due to allergies I was unable to eat the main course dinner. The chef offered to make me the main course without the spices I am allergic to. They are very accommodating and super friendly. I will be going there again as a guest to the resort this time.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The customer service is amazing and surpasses any and all expectations. This should be your first and only stop in NOTL. The restaurants are excellent as well. They have a upscale fine dining restaurant LIV, they also have a business casual restaurant called Play with amazing food. All is generally healthy and they have many gluten free options. They have a state of the art gym, spa and conferences.

Interesting place. It is at once very well maintained and completely dated.

The staff I encountered were models of professionalism and quite friendly.

The restaurant food was OK. Not fantastic but competent. The silly absence of Coca Cola is inexplicable. Most people the world over prefer Coke and a hotel ought accomodate the guests.

All in all a recommendation ought be based on value. The value for dollar is simply missing. The rooms and public spaces are not to the standard the price would suggest.
