I did write up a response however I don't see it... only the rating. Here it is...My husband and I stayed at White Oaks this past week-end to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We had a fabulous time. From the moment we arrived until the next morning when we left everything was perfect. We were very impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone we encountered was polite, friendly and very professional. It truly made a difference to our stay. We had an early check-in which was great to a beautiful suite. We had a really good lunch at Play just before going on our wine tour. Brian the driver was fabulous. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he made the tour fun. After the wine tour I went to the Spa and everyone was super friendly ...I wanted to stay there longer. We then had dinner at LIV and it was outstanding. The server was a lady and she was very professional and attentive. We love the restaurant food, ambiance and staff. The food was amazing. All in all a fabulous experience from start to end. We will come back.
