My husband and I stayed here in the past, and our room wasn't as clean as we would've liked. There were dust on the side tables and one of the table lamps weren't working. We did tell the front desk about it, but nothing was done so we didn't bother. We also wanted to book an appointment at the spa during our stay. but was told that we should've booked far in advance because appointments get filled up quickly... other that those things our stay was good. It could be better considering how much we paid.
