To tell you the truth this hotel is over priced. I have always wanted to come here after hearing amazing stuff about this place. I bought a package where it gave me $100 credit to the restaurant LIV and $50 credit for each person at the spa which worked out to $100 as well. A complimentary bottle of wine, and 2 $20 gift cards to the outlet across the street. It was really a let down over all. When I came to the hotel no one explain how this package worked, so when I got the my room I noticed I had nothing to claim these credits with. I called the front desk where I was sent to 2 other people before some said let me look into this and get back to you. A really nice man showed up to my room and gave me the gift cards to the outlet and nothing else. I then had to go back downstairs to talk to someone, and even she could not really explain how it worked. She seemed nervous about it actually. It was not until I got to the restaurant where the lady looking after our table fully explained how it worked. The hotel is out dated and seem a bit unkept in some areas, but there were nice amenities. The spa was actually fantastic and everyone was very nice, but when we got home and did the math I felt taken advantage of. We added up the room cost along with everything, and I paid more with the package then going with just paying for everything separately. For the price I would not recommend over other hotel/spas in the area. Definitely do not do a package.

The play urban cafe, food was amazing so was the music.

Play had good food and a nice atmosphere. Many different options, including vegan.

Really great service and I loved the pool. Only issue was the beds; I thought the mattress was too hard. Other then that, would recommend this place to someone.

The staff at White Oaks is extremely professional, and execute an event very well. The venue is very well put together, and consistently improved to enhance guest experience.

Enjoyed a therapeutic massage at the spa. Staff that greeted us were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Massage was excellent and the setting was very relaxing. Following our massages we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

My family had dinner at the Play restaurant. As a vegan I was happy to see a few specific vegan options available. The food and wine were great and the service was top notch. I recommend checking it out.

Comfortable stay, spa is relaxing, restaurants in the hotel are reasonable (especially Liv), and location is right across the outlet mall and within 15 minutes drive of pretty much anywhere in Niagara on the Lake.

Cheap breakfast excellent service buffet was limited in choice.

Used the Imperial Ballroom for a work meeting... absolutely beautiful, very friendly, helpful staff!

Stayed here with a girls night package. Staff was very friendly and room was very nice. We enjoyed our spa treatments and dinner at LIV. The only downfall was the party in the room next to us. Girls laughing, screaming and singing (very loudly) past 1am. We metioned this to the front desk at checkout and they made a small compensation on our invoice.

This is a great option if you're traveling to the Niagara area. Some of the best amenities I've seen period! The gym is amazing and restaurants and beautiful with creative foods and good wine selection. The only complaint is the breakfast buffet could have been better.

From the moment of check in to check out, staff members were delightful! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was always kind and offered their assistance if needed. In particular however, is the gentleman who assisted us with our television. On the evening we checked in, my friend and I wanted to rent a movie. The TV wasn''t working so we called the front desk and within 2 minutes, Matthew was there. We cannot say enough good things about Mathew! He was incredibly kind, courteous and informed us of everything he was doing and might have to do to correct the issue. His easy going personality yet quick to complete tasks made our stay so enjoyable. He fixed the issue and continually told us that if there was anything else he could assist us with, he would. I can imagine that a position like his has the possibility to engage with people who are frustrated, but his cool demeanor and ability to respond quickly is a special skill. Please be sure to reward him for his outstanding service.

The location of the resort was conveniently close by to the outlet mall and numerous wineries. The room i stayed in was neat and clean. I visited on a special occasion, so it would have been nice if the front desk had asked about it and perhaps suggested a special service in accordance, but they didn't. Every time i was walking about the property and happened to pass an employee, they were always very friendly and greeted me. I saw a sizable gym/fitness area, squash courts, and some fitness studios while exploring. I also found numerous conference rooms and banquet halls. I also know they some spa services, but i haven't tried it. I had some trouble with the room service ("private dining" extension). I requested for something just before 11pm, but they never brought it or contacted me back. Despite some shortcomings, i would still recommend White Oaks for its location, comfortable rooms and variety of services.

Impeccable service; the staff is courteous, patient, attentive, we were served to the little onions! For example, noises woke us up at night and we warned the front desk, they sent a security guard to warn people and the next day we had a letter of apology with a $ 10 gift card to use on the resort, impressive!

Impeccable food; many varieties at the daily buffet, for all tastes! I am someone who is relatively "picky" on his food and I was able to feed myself well (fresh fruits and vegetables, meat / fish varieties, different soups every day etc.)

No need to have facilities near the resort because everything is there; dirty workout, various group classes, coffee shop etc.

It deserves a 5 stars!

Went for a couples massage and couldn't be happier. Outstanding setting and services. Room was Lu too with a very relaxing vibe.

Very clean and spacious. Parking is hard to find a spot and would have enjoyed a massage but they were fully booked weeks before hand.
Gave a four star because when I called to make the reservations the man on the phone gave me a more expensive price then was on their website for the exact same room. Book online if you can.

Massively expansive resort and conference center. Conference rooms are huge and well attended. Staff are super helpful. Catering is top notch.

Lots to offer. Expensive. Myself and others got hurt a few times in classes, instructor never noticed, teaching a class, exercises not consistent, too fast and erratic.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is a bit pricey however if you get a package, they come with coupons for their restaurants Will be back

Exceptional customer service, fabulous food, impeccable facilities

It was a much needed mini vacation for my sister and nieces. We enjoyed the very clean facility and felt safe eating at the restaurant, using the pools and enjoying late night walks in the beautiful gardens. Staff went above and beyond. I had a couple of cousins who weren't able to make it the day before and reservation offered to cancel the room with no penalty which I ended up keeping as everyone needs the business in these trying times. Can't wait to visit again

Location is great and easy to get to. The staff are extremely friendly and eager to assist whenever in need. Most conference rooms are great and the dining area is as wonderful as the food.

Had a 2 night stay at the hotel for my boyfriend's birthday. We had the wine and dine package which included meal credit and a bottle of wine for each night of the stay which was lovely.
check-in was super easy and welcoming, and after they found out it was my boyfriend's birthday Thu sent us some chocolate dipped strawberries! We didn't get to dine at Liv because it was closed due to the pandemic, but we did have breakfast there which was really good, we had lunch at Play Bar and Grill - everyone was super nice! Food was good too!
we did get therapeutic massages at the Spa, the experience is different because of the pandemic, but overall i felt that it was very safe, and they set up appropriate protocols to reduce risk of exposure, so i did appreciate that!
Overall, very clean hotel, comfortable, right across from the outlet mall which was great! never did so much outlet shopping in my life! the staff are very nice and friendly

It can be said that great music makes you homesick for something you have never had. Older hotels can start to produce the same feeling that once you enter them you are immediately filled with a sense of calm and warmth.

White Oaks brings together very attentive and accommodating staff with large and clean rooms.

The food is top notch as well! The Liv restaurant delivers a terrific experience. Play restaurant offers some more standard fare.

Whenever I am in the area I stop by to grab a quick bite.

Weekend's away, a stop for lunch, or conferences, White Oaks has a bit of everything.

Great fitness facilities, amazing spa and awesome value on the rooms all next to wineries and the outlet malls in Niagara-on-the-Lake south!

Very clean! Room was one of the cleanest I ve ever stayed in. Linens were fresh and whole room smelled like fresh linens. Not entirely relaxing though, had trouble sleeping. The whole room was buzzing/electric! Modem lights flashing, fridge humming, blinds didn t quite cover window and street ligHt shining in , etc etc. once I unplugged and covered most things it helped!

Due to covid the restaurants have limited menu used for lunch and dinner. Some amenities are unavailable. If you going wine tasting call and book the winery as most are doing reservations only.

I have not complaints. White Oaks was a fantastic place to host a conference and stay overnight.

Location is great for exploring the area however the hotel is somewhat dated.

Room is clean, fairly comfortable. Bed is a little soft though, but overall a good experience.

Relatively comfortable and clean room, but felt quite outdated and old in many respects for the price we paid for the room. The pool area, for example, could use a refresher, as well as the room bathroom. Service was good though, and we slept very well.

Had a lovely lunch there with my kids on Mother's day. It was delicious.

Love White Oaks. Great for winter getaway - everything you need is in-house so you don't have to go outside at all!

Staff in both the hotel and conference centre were all helpful and very courteous!

Room was booked as fully renovated and we noticed that only the washroom was. Mattress and pillows were in very bad condition. Other things in the hotel were ok. Make sure they give you what they told you.

We had the best service we've ever had at a hotel here. Such lovely people and a clean hotel with lots of parking. Definitely a step up from other large chains, while maintaining a boutique feel.
