Crappy front desk staff that do not care. Unable to find my reservation through expedia and blame me for booking with expedia. Lady asks me to pay a higher price than the price I agreed to as she cannot find my booking. Mistake on their end. Rooms are old and tacky. Pool area not too clean. Bad experience overall. Front desk staff call and bother you at 10 pm and 11 pm demanding payment for services which can be paid on checkout as you can with every hotel. I advised them that it was my anniversary however they seemed to make my experience worse than just a regular stay. I did not even stay the full night as I was getting consistent disturbance from front desk. I am glad I left early. Will not return or recommend this unorganized place.
