What stood out to me as the biggest positive was how friendly the staff were... and the hosts/greeters by the front doors are a really nice touch. The biggest drawback was the room itself. For such a highly rated venue, I expected something sharp and excellent. It was spacious in size, but only average in appearance. My room was dated, the fridge was broken, and the arm rests of the chairs were soiled. It could use a decorative overhaul.
