White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa Review

Serene and quiet place for a get away, great location!

We were delighted to have stayed yet again at this great resort....finally had a spa treatment (facial...Fire and ice) I had been given a certificate from Natalie the Spa Manager about six months ago from a previous stay, and I was a little reluctant to try it because of a previous not so great experience. WELL I have to say if you haven't tried this facial then you are missing out big time....Brittnee was amazing, so much so that I WILL be booking with her again very soon...in fact all of the spa was fabulous...Nikki and Siobhan were very welcoming and gracious and I'm so happy to have experienced the spa at this wonderful resort. The Front Guest Relations staff were fantastic....thank you for making our stay great - AGAIN!!

Beautiful property and rooms. Stayed in the Deluxe Luxury Suite and would definitely stay again.

We had such a nice time here! The lady who greeted us was so welcoming, made sure we were comfortable, always smiling! Definitely a relaxing time and the staff were all excellent ..pool/hot tub/massage was so relaxing! Thank you Don! We ll be back again!

Very accommodating, come here every year for a girls scrapbook and spa weekend

This is our second time we have stayed there as the first time was so memorable. When we decided to head up to Canada again, we knew EXACTLY where we were going to stay. My wife and I view them as "home" when we go to Canada.

The staff was so patient and wonderful with us as we had an issue with our CC miles reservation. Garry rocked as reservation assistant and the assistant manager pitched in to try and help. She reassured me they had a room for us and that we just need to recreate the reservation. After all that, the General Manger (sure wish I knew their names) heard from Garry we were on our Honeymoon and upgraded us to a Suite at no charge. TOTALLY AWESOME of them!

The location of White Oaks is set perfectly between the Falls, Wine Country, and Niagara-on-the-Lake. One feels like their are so many different places to go and yet it only takes 20 min to get there.

The greatest part about White Oaks is they treat us just as well as every other "Higher Class" guest. Both times we have stayed there, we felt like part of the family. I HIGHLY recommend them if you want to stay.

There were a couple weddings this weekend, and based on their facilities and conversations with some guests attending the weddings, it is a beautiful place to have your indoor and even outdoor wedding. White Oaks did it up right for their two married couples.

Highly recommend for a girl's getaway weekend. My girlfriends and I recently returned from a weekend at White Oaks on the "Girls just wanna have fun" spa package and we had a fantastic time and didn't break the bank!! This was our second stay at White Oaks and no doubt, we'll be booking again!

Food was very good and the gym facilities were amazing.

Enjoyed our stay. Best corporate banquet food I've ever had. Very Nice.

Whiteoakes is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The amenities are great and the food in the restaurants exceeded my expectations. I ve stayed there many times and always have a great experience.

Guest services were inviting as soon as you enter the resort. Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. Stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary, guest services gave us a surprise with wine and a plate of blueberries, strawberries and cookies. Highly recommend this place.

The White Oaks Resort is a wonderful place. I de-stressed in the Spa, the pool and steam room over my week-long stay. The accommodations and staff were excellent, the hotel rooms were quiet and well-appointed. At any point, had I a question, I felt comfortable enquiring of the staff, as their top priority was to make me feel welcome. From the initial welcome at the front door from the concierges, to interactions with Housekeeping staff, I could count on a positive response. I hope to be back soon.

Stayed for a friends birthday party. The SPA was great. Enjoyed the rooms and how nice everyone was. Definitely will stay again.

The rooms and spa are great. My only complaint is the buffet food which I can't eat because it's loaded with MSG or some other equally bad preservatives. The food in the restaurant is fine though.

Went for a day spa. It's ok, meant to relax. But I don't really like those kind of spa. Prices are slightly on the higher side.

Hands down the best steak ever! Liv is well worth the drive. Nice rooms and amazing service. Will definitely be back :)

wow, i wish my stay was longer then just the one night, the room was super clean and the shower was very cool!! i felt like i was in a car wash. Front desk was so pleasant and the details were way over my expectation. Like to give more then 5 stars. Already planning my next trip around staying at White Oaks, super close to the wineries. if you want to spoil yourself, head there!!

Spa was amazing, gym is amazing but room was no where near as beautiful and luxurious as the picture on the website site.

Overall the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. They allow 48 hours between guests and their are hand sanitizer stations all over the hotel. In the hotel entrance at check in desk, in elevator, outside the elevator By phones on each floor and by exit/entrances. Pool deck was being cleaned but probably needs someone in there more frequently to clean in between guests using tables or chairs. Would recommend booking reservation for Table at the restaurant in advance because we could not get in at all and had to order out. We had some issues with wifi and No Netflix on tv in room so we rented a movie $25. Overall great stay, our kids enjoyed the stay and we would return!

Food was great, very happy they have vegan options, makes going out very fun instead of asking a million and one questions, sandwich I got was very greasy but other Then that everything was delicious

Great experience! We went as two couples and loved our experience at White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa. We did the wine tour provided through the resort - which was absolutely amazing and so much fun. Well worth the money and would recommend it to others. We also had dinner at LIV which was amazing!!

Location is great - right beside the outlet mall. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioning machine in the room is very loud and kept me up for most of the night.

Been a member for a few years now. The staff are friendly and helpful. All the restaurants have great food and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Conference halls for any size functions you can think of.

I have stayed here twice. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are always clean. Valet parking attendants offered bottled water.

During my most recent correspondence with White Oaks Resort and Spa, I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with respect to rescheduling and appointment.
The request was responded to with intemperate dialogue which took place in conjunction with deplorable customer service.

My experience was exacerbated in speaking with not one, but two managers; both of whom made me feel bullied and intimidated for airing my concerns.
Their tonality was callous at best.

The situation was equally troubling as it was disappointing with several opportunities for resolution, however at no juncture was there an attempt to do so.
Conversely, I was met with combativeness and beratement.

Based on my direct experience(s) with management, there appears to be an unhealthy culture of abrasiveness and disrespect; particularly towards patrons when attempting to bring forward a grievance.

If these attributes are reflective of the company's ideologies, they leave much to be desired.

White Oaks Resorts mission statement is: "We are committed to the philosophy of treating our guests as though the success of our business depends on that individual alone".
Respective to my ordeal, I find this statement to be extraordinarily misleading; I did not feel valued as a client at any point.

My hope is that management will reach out with an acknowledgment and sincere apology for this negative experience and moreover express cognizance for the situation being handled in such an unprofessional and upsetting manner.

Went on a girls trip to Niagara and absolutely loved everything about our stay. We did a wine tour and had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The service was everything we wanted and then some. I cannot wait to go back and it will be soon. By the way, the food at Liv is heavenly. Thank you!

Great place to work out,relax, and shop all in a day

Very comfortable stay and clean facility. Extra cot can be requested for around $20 and you get a full bed delivered to your room. Much better than couch bed. Overall I love the time stayed here and would definitely love to come back in the future

Outstanding venue for a wedding. This wedding was outdoors on their grounds, well groomed. The reception and dinner was tasty and first class. Menu was selected beforehand of course, and allowed for vegetarian and gluten free options. Staff was professional and respectful. Many options for photos on the grounds, and stone sidewalks made getting around easy for those with ambulatory issues.

Literally the best conference or meeting location in Ontario. Purposefully have staff ready and willing to solve anything. Staff dn hide - they are positioned to be available. Best breaks and they started the all day break. Much better than hotels who take your break away even After you paid for it.

Just got back from a night your hotel with my daughter and granddaughter. It was an amazing stay from start to finish. Check in was very smooth and informative. I had a spa treatment with Lindsey who was fabulous. Dinner in the dining room was beyond my expectations. From being greated by Lexie and our servers Rachel and Thomas.So professional, friendly and made my granddaughter feel so special. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend White Oaks if you are looking for a great place to stay and be spoiled.

Rooms are great - here for the squash tournament cheering on my cousins restaurant is pretty good too and gyms are awesome.

Renovated rooms are very nice and new showers are fantastic. It's the simple things I love. Good water pressure and quality shower heads (Grohe). Have the Eggs Benedict!

Incredible hotel and Fitness club. State of the art facility. Conveniently located with shopping right across the road. Multiple restaurants on site to choice. The staff are the best in the biz It really is a top notch hotel with all the luxurys you could possibly need.

Was magical last year but turned out to be an average hotel stay this year.

Everything was perfect, the service is professional the rooms are attractive and the spa is first class. There is also a pool a gym along with many other things to do that are also very impressive. lf you haven't gone already you need to visit.

This place is pretty relaxing and comforting. Right beside the outlet malls which is nice. I wish tennis court fees were included in the price.

Your team overall was excellent! I have been organizing conferences for our group for over 5 years and your facility was the best!. Carlie and Tristan were far beyond accomodating, they were friendly, attentive and especially Tristan, he always went the extra mile for our guests individual needs. He ensured that every aspect of the conference was on point. I didnt just notice this, but our membership did and EVERYONE applauded his leadership and the entire team at White Oaks. They said this was the best conference they ever attended! It is very evident that your entire team is trained on the value of customer service and the treatment of guests. At no point in our 3 day stay did we encounter an issue and its because of your staff, facilities and attention to detail, you have increased our expectations for other facilities.
