Very friendly staff! The hotel is conveniently located across the street from an outlet mall and is about 10-15 mins away from the Niagara-on-the-Lake shopping district. Rooms are comfortable but could use a little upgrade. There are a ton of indoor squash and tennis courts available on the premises (it looks like the hotel is used for professional tournaments). The spa has very capable and friendly staff, and the interior is nice but could also use a little design upgrade. Overall, my stay was great.
