If I could give rate this place lower I would . I just found out today that they not give me permission paper to cross border into Mexico
Even. Though I had international insurance through farmers .

I was glad at first to be a customer of Westlake Financials. but my intrest is wayyyyy too high and this is upsetting me and I believe they need to work on this and try to help me . I do not like to give bad review but this is reality not a bad review .

I had loan paid on time less than six months they did not report to credit report. also after paying off promise will remove off credit report and mark paid with in 30 . They lyer drag it our 90 120 day stop me from buying my condo.

Ryan Bessey was amazing. He was able to help me with an issue I had. He was very knowledgeable, with regards to what assistance I was qualified for, as a result of the pandemic we are currently living within. Ryan bessey was professional, yet personable and pleasant. He seemed to have a serious desire to help me resolve my issue, and he did just that. The team over at Westlake Financial is amazing!

I have worked in the customer service field in upwards of 25 years that being said, there is a standard of service I look for and expect to receive. It is VERY seldom that someone not only provides said service but goes above and beyond. That is the service that Christopher Escobar (coupled with his supervisor Joel Castro) provided me with. Christopher showed patience, offered resolutions, was diligent in following up and just overall showed me that he enjoys his job and is extremely good at it!

I called today to make a car payment and set up automatic payments. The person I talked to was Triana Prince. She was very polite and professional. She provided the information I asked about, she explained everything very clearly so I could understand it. I really enjoyed talking to her. She is a valuable employee.

Trust me, you would not want to work with this company. They are totally disaster, they never say no to any of your requests at the same time never fulfill their promises. Rude and slow customer service. Bench of unprofessionals never ready for customers.

Horrible company! In 2013 they wrongly put our car in repo status. The repo company took our car on a Saturday, which we had no idea what was going on. On Monday we called the company and they apologized and sent our car back two days later. We sold the car shortly after because I refused to work with them any longer. Now three years later, we pulled our credit and the car was recently reported on our credit as a repo. Now trying to work with them is even worse than before. I hate this company, we are reporting them!

They usually are very helpful a few time I have had to call I ve had good agents.. however this recent call I had a couple days ago the agent was awful she was not helpful very rude didn t even give me her name in the beginning of the call asked if they could help me with one of my payments that is late due to this pandemic and not longer being employed agent was being smart about me not being able to make my April payment saying well you don t have a job so you wouldn t be able to make April s very disrespectful I worked in a call center job as well i would have never spoken to one of my client like this I was very upset I ask to speak with a supervisor and for her name agent still did not give me her name and just transferred me.. supervisor was not much help as well very rude didn t give me her name as well this was just the worse ever I really hope they look into there employees and double check who they making there supervisors!!!!

The representative that I spoke with, Nate, was extremely helpful.

I haven't had any real issues with these guys. Always been friendly and gave me a loan when I was in the process of rebuilding my credit. Always be wary of people that complain about dealing with finance companies because it's usually the person's fault that is complaining. It's pretty simple really; pay your bills on time and everything is usually fine.

Whenever I have questions or concerns about my account with WESTLAKE they are always very helpful and do their best to answer my questions.

I have not had any problems with this company. Although, after reading the horrible reviews I was quite leary. Kudos for excellent customer service.

Worst Financial institution around, during this pandemic they have zero customers service skills or care about their clients . No slack or assistance Provided while the entire world has stop working , also when we have had 2 vehicles financed through them one is paid off and the other we only have a 2k balance, they wouldn t even allow you to miss or put 1 payment on the backend of the loan, will never allow them to finance any other vehicles or anything for that matter!! A complete disappointment

When calling in to complete the closing of my account , I spoke with a rep by the name of Omar G. He was informative , patient , and prompt. He was able to find my account details with no problem once identity was confirmed assuring me all documents needed were mailed off to correct address. Moving forward if needed financial assistance again per loan , I will definitely consider and recommend Westlake.

The worst loan company I ve ever experienced. They are rude and won t offer any assistance with this whole pandemic going on! What a joke, I ve always been on time with my car payments and now I m on unemployed and can t find a job with this whole Covid-19 thing going on, they won t offer any month extension what so ever. Do your self a favor and shop around for another loan company. These guys are like loan sharks. I ve got 12 payments left and they won t offer any assistance! What s so ever! Horrible experience I ve ever had with a loan company.

Westlake Financial has literally been the best financial institution that I have ever worked with. They are very accommodating and the representatives are always always very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely use them to finance through again!!

Westlake Financial Services is a fraud in my opinion...They help people with no credit but cheat you out of being able to pay off your vehicle in good standing. I sent in an Insurance Claim Ckeck almost 2 years ago and they just in July of 2017 posted the check to my account ( or so they say , I'm going to check on that tomorrow.) They have stated that they've lost the check , can't find it ....ect.Only when I threatened to turn them in to the proper authorities did my insurance check post to my account....so , for 2 years they have been charging me interest on $1,200.00 ( wich may not seem like alot , but it is , in terms of interest of your total balance) and my payoff is at the same it was 2 years ago because of it!!! It's time for a lawyer!!!

I had an issue regarding my title and I was blessed to speak with Christopher Escobar. Chris was awesome with helping me out and getting my issue taken care of ,he even expressed that if anymore problems arise to give him a call back. If anyone needs help of any kind ask for Chris Escobar!

I agree that if you continue to make your payments with the financial institution as agreed by the contract then there wont be any issues or repos. Things happen in life that we have no control over deaths, illnesses, etc; but accordance to the contract any financial institution have the right to repossess what is theirs and will release it back when payments are caught up or a payment plan is formulated which both parties can agree on. I do admit I may have been late a day or two but when they do call it is not harresment when they have the right to know the reason they have not received a payment. You loan money to your friend and they promise you in a week they'll pay you back. But a couple of days pass by and of course in the back of your mind you are doubting the situation, blah blah blah, but if you know your friend for 20 plus years then I doesnt really matter but if its someone really recent and considering the amount, let's say 5,000? Hell yeah I would want to know what happened, if I will continue to get my money and/or should I make it into a civil issue(court, etc.) I have bad credit because life happens, but it is what it is though. Westlake gives people like me a second opportunity to build up my credit and establish a line of credit through them. Get a second job and continue to make your payments or refinance through another bank. It is not their fault if you got fired for harassing an employee or getting to work late. Leave earlier, beat the traffic and problem solved. I got an amazing car through Westlake and im very thankful they said yes. I do recommend them if you plan on working to keep the car/truck you want by PAYING off the LOAN you applied for and received.

I had a loan with Westlake for several years. I experienced many financial setbacks throughout this time. I was relieved & so grateful that they were accommodating to my situations & what I could pay them. I never had one bad experience with them. NOT ONE
They helped me to get my credit rating back to good standing & were very supportive. I can't name each one of these agents by name, but I can say Garland, the last agent to assist me with my final payment, was very polite, courteous, respectful & helpful. Thank you so much to the entire team in the charge off department. You are amazing! I would highly recommended this company . Thank you so much.

HORRIBLE CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY...These company has the worst customer service. I paid off my account like two months ago and they still have it on my credit. Every time I call it a different excuse, I have spoken to 3 supervisor and 10 agents and my situation is the same. I am unable to get another loan because they are still reporting these account under my credit. But here is the kicker the s,s they have on file its not mine , but they are running it under my CREDIT amazing. Now I have to do all these other step call and wait and I did so I call and now I have to wait.

MY YONGER BROTHER ( BIPEN SINGH ) TOOK LOAN FROM WESTLAKE FOR CAR. YEAR AND HALF LATER MY PERSONAL BANK TOOK OVER THE LOAN AND PAID OF THE CAR. AFTER PAYING OFF THE FULL LOAN AMOUNT MY BANK SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE THE TITLE BUT THEY NEVER RECEIVED. SO I CALL THE WESTLAKE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ACCIDENTALLY SENT TITLE TO MY INSURANCE SAFEGO, SO I CALLED SAFEGO THEY SAID THE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM WESTLAKE. IT HAS BEEN MONTH I N=BEEN CALLING THEM EVERY WEEK TWICE, NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IS THE TITLE?? EVERY TIME NEW PERSON PICKUP YHE PNONE AND PUT ME ON THE HOLD FOR WHILE THEN TRANSFER ME TO THE TITLE DEPT. IN THERE OFFICE THEY ALWAYS SAYING THEY ARE FIXING THE PROBLEM THE ONE THEY CREATED. STILL NO ANSWER. BAD BAD COMPANY

Got my car paid off 4!!! Four months ago. Still not received my title. Every time I call someone tell they are sending but they never do. I got already 3 track numbers but they never send it. Terrible!

Today I spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. I had many questions that I needed answered. Mercedes was very helpful. She was very patient. I was pleased with her understanding of the elements of her job. Having representatives like her make it so much easier on consumers. Employees like her are assets for Westlake Financial. I rate my experience 5 stars.

It is the only company that does not give you a month for the coronavirus ,,, call to pay next month because I have no job and they only give you ten days ,,, it is actually a bad company, it does not take into account your customers.

I don't know what everyone's problem is with this company. All you need to do is make your payment on time and there are no problems. I have had good experiences with customer service and they helped me to the best of their abilities. They cannot help what company policy is, nor can they change them. They give credit to people, who in most cases probably don't deserve it. They really helped me out by extending me credit for a car I needed, my credit is damaged to circumstances beyond my control.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is they do lack payment options that work for me. I have online banking and they do not accept payment through the debit card I have.

The representative(christopher) I spoke with was very understanding and knowledgeable. He understood I had things going on and together we came up with a solution.

I love this company. I have been with them for 1.5 years and they have always been great to deal with.

Horrible. I financed a car through them and never received the welcome packet with an account number to pay my bill online. I sent a check in the mail and they claimed to have never received it so they dropped my account. They wouldn't let me pay over the phone and the man I spoke to was very rude. I called again and spoke to a different person who let me pay my bill. They ended up dropping me 10 minutes later. No communication in this company and I ended up losing $500. Hoping to get a refund but overall they were not helpful or understanding in the slightest.

So I called this Bank on March 21st then the 23rd to ask an extension or waiver for my payment, because I was unemployed for a week and half already reason we all know is the COVID-19... I Spoke with two people from the Financial Institution and they were very helpful with the petition.
But now 24 days have passed I received a letter of collection.You guys are not doing the right thing for the Customers.
Consumer Affairs should investigate.

Did applied for auto finance and dealer told me it was only Westlake that was willingly to finance,even at that the APR was ok and customer service was excellent.

PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! This financial institution does illegal things with people s money. They will screw your life and give you nightmares! Do not buy a car with them!

0 stars, i bought my truck 4 weeks ago. my first payment is due aug 2nd. i have received 30 emails and as many phone calls from them trying to force me to go on auto pay. the first phone call was 3 weeks after i got my truck stating the cannot charge my account as i am not on auto pay. so not only are they non stop harassing me there trying to bill accounts before there due. i told them i will be making my payment on the due date not 2 3 weeks before so no they are not going on auto pay. i talked to my attorney who has advised me to file a harassment lawsuit against them for unfair and illegal finance practises . stay far away from these con men. my payment is due on the second they will have there money on its due date not before.

I got a loan from westlake in October 2016. I had in my pre-adult life failed at being responsible but had worked to build my credit from what it was. Got the loan through westlake (found out after i bought the truck) and honestly, was nervous at first due to the poor reviews, but after 3 months of payments (always before the due date) they have already reported to the credit beareau the good, and the only time i have had to speak to them was when they gave me the welcome call and verified all my information. that's it. set it up through my bank to have the payment made a week before the due date. the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I havent worked with them that long. otherwise no issue. hope it stays this way!

I paid my car not through automated system 12/1. I received a email 12/8 stating I signed up for automatic withdrawal 12/9 another payment would be out of my account. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AUTO WITHDRAW. Would never make two payment in one week time. Asked for withdrawal to be removed and payment still came out of my account. Will be switching banks especially if I encounter a overvdraft fee immediately

The words financial services company. Horrible costumer services, I contacted the company to pay off my son car, make the payment got a confirmation email. Few days later payment was never process, they added $39.18 extra fee plus $2.69 daily interest. I called the company to find out what is happening, after hours on the phone (getting transfer like a pin pong ball from one to another representative) finally I was able to talk to a third supervisor that took the payment information and of fully I can be done with Westlake financial. Be very careful to do business with this company, I wish I check their online reviews before I got stuck with them by the car dealer.

I have had a great experience so far. Both of mift grandparents recently passed away, and Michael at Westlake Financial showed great empathy and understanding of my situation while he assisted me with my account.

This particular finance company has great customer service. They definitely treat you with respect and they build a great relation with you taking into account unforseen difficulties or problems that may arise financially. They have went to great lengths to assist me in my arrangements and have always been understanding regarding my loan. I definitely appreciate their staff and services.

I usually get someone with very bad English and thick accent, no hate but that is so annoying! How can you solve my issue if the communication is lost is translation???! But I got John today and BAM!... he solve my issue immediately. I understood him. He understood me and we worked to resolve the issue! Happy to leave a positive review for John.

My daughter s car loan was sold to this company. After informing her they couldn t split payments as the previous company had they took an unauthorized half payment anyway. It took us 15 days and speaking to at least 6 people wach one assuring us the refund had been processed. Each of the six lied and Didn t do their job! Thank heavens we have refinanced and gotten awaybfrim this incompetent business!

Worst business mistake I ever made was to borrow money from here. They have taken massive amounts of money out of my account with no warning. I've lost 2 employees because they have bounced my account before I ever knew it had came out. You are unable to dispute the charges at your bank because of business to business transaction laws. I beg you as a business owner myself, go any where but here for money. Just stay away from them, not recommended at all.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible! This company is dishonest, their practices are QUESTIONABLE! I filed a complaint with them with CFPB. They agreed in writing to remove something from my credit report. Two days later they put it back on. I believe they ve committed fraud (getting two payments on one car) and I m contacting my attorney general today!

WFS had a major computer ACH processing payment glitch from November 13 2015 WFS sent customers an email and pledge to pay everyone's late fee until Feb 2016, it finally got fixed.
WFS put a 3 month hold on me using their FREE ACH option when it was their fault due to that glitch.
I had to call in to process my ACH transactions and representatives act like they were giving me courtesy by waiving the $5 debt charges.
It took the WFS executive to fix the system ACH payment processing:)
I had to let WFS know that this isn't my first Enterprise car and I will let Enterprise know how WFS lacks accountability to their Enterprise sale customers

Worst company ever, I got my car 8 months ago and every month it's a nightmare just to process a payment, they make one mistake on my social and guess what I have to pay for their mistake every month never fails and no one can correct the issue or is willing to. Don't use this company for car loan or anything you will regret it. Now its April 2018 and still after sending all documents they haven't fix nor update my account and I know why their goal is to keep me hostage like they do everyone and like others have said good luck getting the title from this guys, if any lawyer read this and wants to help us do a collective sue against this crooks get ahold of me please either this bullies are not regulated by government or don't follow rules either way.

I have used Global Track to assist me many times, their response is awesome with knowledgeable people. Never had an issues that they couldn't resolve!!!

Traded in a vehicle 3 weeks ago. They still call to demand payment and threaten to hit the credit. Their communication between their own departments is wack. Yet they are all quick to call and harass for a payment. Sergio and Roxanna are the worst. They don t do their jobs and the consumer gets affected.

Worst company ever! AS well as "paul blanco" so called "good car company". They are the ones who matched me with this bank and they are outragous. They SUCK!! Basically they refused to submit my positive payment history to the credit bereau so my credit wouldnt be accounted for. I spoke with a representative about refinancing because I want out of there garbage loan and she had attitude with me. They are the scum of the world, probably owned by some fraud low life individuals who have no respect for people. NEVER USE THEM they suck 8====D

Worst company I have ever done business with!! They lie and lie and lie. Take your payments and lie about financing, refund it to the dealer who lies and lies! I am out the down payment, the car and my monthly payments. My balance was at 0 and they still took the car

If no stars was in option that's what I could give. If you have the chance to use a different financial institution DO IT. I recommend not to do busin6with WESTLAKE FINANCIAL you will regret it. They do not care about customers and have the worst customer service I've experienced ever.

I have had nothing but good service from this company and it's staff. Rafael's help was a key factor in me continuing to use this company.
